锅炉效率视角下运行参数的分析与探讨

锅炉在现代工业中有广泛的应用,研究锅炉运行机制,提高锅炉效率显得尤为重要。在研究锅炉运行参数对锅炉效率的影响中,影响锅炉效率因素主要有排烟温度、灰渣可燃物、送风温度、给水温度、蒸汽压力等。通过查阅文献并结合锅炉的实际情况,构建了每种参数对锅炉效率影响的模型。以NOx与锅炉效率为核心建立多目标优化模型,讨论了NOx对锅炉效率的影响,可指导运行人员优化燃烧流程,进而提高锅炉效率。     

Aggravated fragmentation: A case study of SME behaviour in two emerging heritage tourism regions

This paper investigates the behaviour of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) within the heritage tourism supply chain (HTSC), in two emerging heritage regions. SMEs are conceptualised as implementers, working within the constraints of government level tourism structures and the heritage tourism supply chain. The research employs a case study approach, focusing on two emerging regions in Northern Ireland. In-depth interviews were carried out with small business owners and community associations operating within the regions. The research identifies SME dissatisfaction with the supply chain and the processes in place for the delivery of the tourism product. To overcome the perceived inadequacies of the heritage tourism supply chain SMEs engage in entrepreneurial behaviour by attempting to deliver specific products and services to meet the need of tourists. The challenge for tourism organisations is how they can integrate the entrepreneurial, innovative activities of SMEs into the heritage tourism system.     

Adaptive nature of coordinated road traffic injury prevention responses in some OECD countries

This study examines the context of coordinated responses, triggers for coordinated responses, and preference for or choice of coordinating strategies in road traffic injury prevention at a local level in some OECD countries. This aim is achieved through a mixed-methodology. In this respect, 22 semi-structured interviews were conducted with road traffic injury prevention experts from five OECD countries. In addition, 31 professional road traffic injury prevention stakeholders from seven OECD nations completed a self-administered, online survey. It found that there was resource limitation and inter-dependence across actors within the context of road traffic injury prevention at a local level. Furthermore, this study unveiled the realization of resource-dependency as a trigger for coordinated responses at a local level. Moreover, the present examination has revealed two coordinating strategies favored by experts in road traffic injury prevention – i.e. self-organizing community groups, which are deemed to have a platform to deliver programs within communities, and the funding of community groups to forge partnerships. However, the present study did not appear to endorse other strategies such as the formalization of coordinated responses or a legal mandate to coordinate responses.In essence, this study appears to suggest a need to manage coordinated responses from an adaptive perspective with interactions across road traffic injury prevention programs being forged on a mutual understanding of inter-dependency arising out of resource scarcity. In fact, the role of legislation and top-down national models in local level management of coordinated responses is likely to be one of identifying opportunities to interact with self-organized community groups and fund partnership-based road traffic injury prevention events.

挖掘机泵轴封渗油故障分析

文中对挖掘机泵连接处进行三维建模,通过模态分析和谐响应分析发现动刚度是泵轴封渗油的主要原因。为了提高轴封机械结构的动刚度,文中提出5种方案,并对方案进行了分析和对比,最后得到了相对较优的方案。     

QHR在国际地震勘探项目管理中的应用及效果

质量隐患报告(QHR)的理念要求全体员工善于发现质量隐患、制定预防措施,并及时向总部报告,总部对数据进行统计分析,根据分析结果制定质量管理方面的预防和改进措施,以预防质量事故和提高工程质量。阐述了QHR理念从引入到推广、执行和应用的全过程,以及QHR能较好地预防质量事故的效果,给其他工程项目提供借鉴作用。     

金融危机背景下我国适度宽松货币政策效果分析

本文利用2008年9月—2009年11月的相关数据,运用Granger因果检验和脉冲响应函数进行实证分析,结果发现在这次全球性金融危机的背景下我国实施适度宽松的货币政策对促进经济增长有很好的效果,而且货币政策中的货币渠道传导途径的作用效果要比信贷渠道的作用效果好;但是在稳定物价水平方面,货币政策的效果不是很显著。     

财务重述公司盈余反应系数研究——基于中国上市公司年报财务重述的经验证据

GAO(2002)的研究报告指出,投资者对财务报告的信心是证券市场有效运作的重要保证。近年来,财务重述现象在国内外呈现出蔓延局势,国外一系列研究表明财务重述对公司价值产生负面影响,而比短期的市场价值受损更可怕的是投资者对重述公司的信任度大打折扣,对整个资本市场的信心下降。中国上市公司的重述现象也不容乐观,但是对于财务重述经济后果的研究相对较少。因此本文主要考察重述报告对重述公司的盈余反应系数的影响,通过理论分析与数据检验投资者对财务重述公司盈余信息的反应程度,研究发现重述公告使重述公司特别是涉及核心会计指标重述公司盈余反应系数降低。以期通过本文的研究为上市公司敲响警钟,并为监管部门对财务重述行为进行规范监管提供经验证据。     

Environmental uncertainty and the market pricing of earnings smoothness

Environmental uncertainty induces variability in an organization's reported earnings, and accentuates the information asymmetry between its managers and outside stakeholders. Managers operating in an environment of high uncertainty, therefore, have an incentive to reduce such variability by smoothing income numbers. We investigate the stock market response to earnings smoothness for firms operating in an environment of high uncertainty. We measure income smoothing by the negative correlation of a firm's change in discretionary accruals with its change in pre-managed earnings as per Tucker and Zarowin (2006). Using future earnings response coefficient (FERC) methodology to measure the informativeness of smoothed earnings, and two measures of environmental uncertainty, this paper documents that current stock price incorporates more information about future earnings for firms operating in high uncertain environments, thus supporting the informational value view of income smoothing.
