Knowledge sharing and strategic fit in integrated product development proejcts: An empirical study

While product strategy has been approached from a variety of perspectives, the role of strategic fit as a critical linkage of knowledge sharing practices and new product development outcomes have not been adequately explored. This paper discusses how strategic fit is instrumental for cross-functional teams to integrate product development outcomes. This paper identifies critical knowledge sharing components that enhances the extent of strategic fit that in turn improves the success of product development efforts. Strategic fit or alignment requires knowledge sharing practices of the product development team. Teams with a shared knowledge base are more capable of thinking strategically, adapting their actions to their project environment and accordingly engaging in innovative problem-solving while ultimately achieving project goals of time, cost and value. This paper presents and tests a research model using a sample of 285 product development projects of firms from USA, Canada and Spain. The results suggest that strategic fit is associated with greater knowledge sharing and enhance product development outcomes in both small and large firms as well as diverse regions (i.e., USA, Canada and Spain).     

Business ecosystem strategies of mobile network operators in the 3G era: The case of China Mobile

In order to define the mobile network operators' strategies of building value network in the 3G era, this paper applies the ecosystem principles to the mobile industry through a China Mobile case study. Based on an analytical framework of such principles, this paper reviews China Mobile's ecosystem, and identifies its success factors and problems. The results indicate that a complete ecosystem, where mobile network operators collaborate closely with value-added service providers, content/application providers, equipment and device manufacturers, and other involved organizations, can promote the development of mobile data services substantially. Therefore, mobile network operators should play a central role in the ecosystem by managing the entire value-chain and setting up proper value-sharing mechanisms. However, while doing so, problems may arise because of regulatory issues and information asymmetry. High-value common assets, a centralized management system, partner selection schemes and continuous innovations are important success factors.

国际金融危机后为促进国内经济继续稳步增长,我国各地方政府制定和实施了多种多样的旅游产业促进政策,对乡村旅游的发展发挥了积极作用,但在实践中也存在一些问题。针对此背景下乡村旅游的发展问题分别从乡村旅游经营者和政府管理部门两大主体方面提出了对策建议,希望可以促使乡村旅游业借此机遇更好发展。

本文就n=3的情况,求出了α=0,1,2,3,4,∞时αBn表达式,随后给出了2B3的相对于Bernstein多项式的矩阵变换,最后提出了如何利用这种算子来完成满足某些给定条件的多项式曲线的设计。     

基于EOWA算子的独立学院青年教师培训服务供应商决策方法研究

基于直觉模糊集的供应链战略合作伙伴选择

企业建立良好的战略合作伙伴关系可以使供应链产生更强的竞争优势。文章通过对供应链战略合作伙伴的基本原则和影响因素进行分析,建立了合作伙伴的评价指标,运用直觉模糊集广义混合加权集结算子,对合作伙伴选择问题进行了综合评价,并通过实例说明该方法能够很好的解决供应链战略合作伙伴选择的实际问题,具有科学性和可操作性。     

基于数字图像在医学病灶检测方法的比较研究

数字图像边缘检测在实际应用中有很重要的作用,本文介绍了数字图像处理中的几种的边缘检测算子,利用这几种算子对医学图像进行边缘检测,并对各种边缘检测算子的优劣进行了比较,选择适当算子对确定病灶的大小、位置等信息有重要的意义。     

基于改进LOG算子的非局域均值图像降噪

为了改进非局域均值图像去噪的性能,利用二阶导数可以更好地保护图像边缘的特性,通过高斯权值函数获得高斯-拉普拉斯算子,并对其进行修正代替指数权值函数。再根据局域像素块相似性特点将权值函数进行截断。在多个典型图像上的实验结果表明,提出的改进方法获得了较好的降噪性能。另外,在利用欧氏距离对称性的同时,避免了两像素点间距离的重复计算,降低了算法的处理时间。     

上海、武汉、成都近郊型农家乐业主开业起始目标实证研究

本文基于对上海、武汉、成都城郊休闲娱乐型农家乐业主的调查,运用比较分析法,通过对三地业主开业起始目标调查结果分析,得出三地业主开业起始目标研究结论如下:三地业主开业起始目标的共性表现出农家乐初期发展阶段的特点,即浓重的乡村情结、对近期经济目标和社交目标等较高的关注、对远期经济目标和实现自身价值等关注较低等.三地业主开业起始目标的差异性因地区经济发达程度不同、发展阶段不同、政府的支持力度不同以及实际的经营效果不同等原因而表现出不同的特点.本研究对三地甚至全国农家乐的健康发展具有重要现实意义,同时又具有重要的理论意义.     

综合评判预测黑旺铁矿矿坑涌水量

本文通过对黑旺铁矿矿坑涌水的条件分析,采用模糊数学理论中综合评判的方法对矿坑涌水量进行了预测。在评判过程中,首先利用模糊统计方法建立起综合评判的变换矩阵,再用Fuzzy矩阵的复合运算,得到综合评判结果,即预测结果。
