交易效率视角下的高校学生管理

高等学校的学生培养目标是要使其成为能独立自主发展的社会专业人才。学生个体的发展原动力并不是来源于通常意义上管理教育,而是来自学生所在大学的整体学习环境与这环境中个体间及群体间的交往水平。这种交往水平类似于经济发展中的分工水平,它既是增长的原动力,也是衡量最终个体水平的标志。交流交往的产生,一般认为是个体间各种差异的结果。实际通过超边际比较静态分析方法可以得出,这种水平的提升应为交流障碍的消除也就是制度经济学中的交易成本下降或交易效率的提升。通过不断减少交流交往的阻碍,才能真正提升学生自发交流的水平,也才能使学生在这样的交流交往中获得原发的进步。高等院校的学生管理的目标是力求学生成才,则着力点就应该是努力提升学生个体间的交流交往水平,形成群体间的交流氛围,促进学生的自我发展。     

高校创新型MCS-51单片机虚拟实验室的建设与应用

单片机的教学与应用需要软硬件知识的结合,实践性非常强。然而在目前单片机的教学实验中,设备的更新及损坏导致单片机实验室建立与维护成本较高,实验设备不足导致实验过程多是进行验证性的实验,很难开展创新实验。因此,本文以高校单片机课程的实验教学为背景,采用单片机仿真软件Proteus与Keil整合构建单片机虚拟实验室,为解决目前传统的单片机实验教学存在的一系列问题提供了一种新的思路。     

Private Benefits of Managerial Control,Government Ownership,and Acquirer Returns: Evidence from the Chinese State‐Controlled Listed Companies

This article examines how government ownership affects the relationship between private benefits of managerial control, measured as excessive overhead expenses, and profitability of acquirers. A total of 246 merger and acquisition (M&A) events from Chinese state‐controlled listed companies (CSCLCs) between 2001 and 2006 constitutes the analytical sample. Under a low level of government shareholding, private benefits of managerial control positively correlated with acquirer announcement returns. However, there was no relationship between private benefits of managerial control and acquirer announcement returns under a high level of government shareholding. 文章主要对我国公务员与对应的民间从业者工资水平市场对比方法进行了研究,在综合了学术成果、实际调研和各国/地区先进经验的基础上,提出了基于我国国情的完整的研究方法,其中包含公务员工资内涵的明确,作为公务员工资水平市场对比参照的民间从业者及其所在企业性质和规模的选取,公务员与民间从业者的基于职务种类、工作年数、性别和学历等决定要素的职位配对和工资水平对比以及与当地地区发展现状相适应的公务员工资水平的最终确定等流程在内的市场对比的完整方法.最后,为目前尚未实现的公务员工资市场对比提出了相关的政策发展意见.

ABB AC800M的DCS CMB软件PID回路分程调节应用开发

中国石化胜利油田临盘压气站DCS系统采用ABBAC800M DCS系统,其中自控回路28个主要采用PID单回路两个串级回路部分开关量远程启动机泵及联锁控制.在分馏系统中脱丁烷塔由四个PID单回路回路组成,其中有一个PID分程调节回路组成,但在系统运过程控制方案效果不理想.     

Entrepreneurship and business culture in Japan and the U.S.

It seems to me likely that entrepreneurship will take a different path in Japan than it has in the U.S. Given the prominence of large organizations in key areas of Japan's economy and the emphasis its society places on lifetime employment relationships, many of the “startups” of the sort that transformed the American business are more likely to happen within existing firms rather than as new enterprises. Such development, called “intrapreneurship” in the U.S. requires new institutional structures and rewards. Such changes will not come easily, because they run against the grain of Japanese society and business culture, yet I believe that success will come to those who can execute such strategies.     

The Structure of China's Imports: A New Framework

Using the elbow function method to determine the number of classification groups of goods and applying the K‐means algorithm to classify technical goods, this paper constructs a scientific classification framework of commodity structure and then measures the changes in China's import commodity structure. It is found, first, that from 2000 to 2012, the import commodity structure in China underwent structural change. Shares of non‐agricultural primary products and high‐technology products increased significantly, whereas shares of low–medium‐technology products and medium–high‐technology products declined. Second, from 2000 to 2006, the overall technology level of China's imports declined, but then increased from 2007 to 2012. Therefore, the Chinese Government should increase the share of high‐technology and extra‐high‐technology products in total imports to stimulate structural transformation in manufacturing industries to make full use of foreign advanced technology and to prevent stepping into a low‐end import commodity structure.     

关于建设省级区域开放大学的思考

依托省级电大建设区域开放大学对构建中国开放大学体系、促进区域经济社会发展、整合与共享地方教育资源等具有深远意义;面临的问题和挑战有因思想观念因素的束缚而对开放大学的认识不足,因制度供给不足使开放大学建设的保障机制不健全,电大现行系统办学模式和体制及存在的其他因素的制约;提出要进一步营造有利于开放大学发展的社会氛围,加大投入依托省级电大整合省级区域成人教育资源,加强质量保障体系和监控体系建设,亮化自身优势彰显省级区域开放大学特色等建议。     

Small‐scale Inference: Empirical Bayes and Confidence Methods for as Few as a Single Comparison

Empirical Bayes methods of estimating the local false discovery rate (LFDR) by maximum likelihood estimation (MLE), originally developed for large numbers of comparisons, are applied to a single comparison. Specifically, when assuming a lower bound on the mixing proportion of true null hypotheses, the LFDR MLE can yield reliable hypothesis tests and confidence intervals given as few as one comparison. Simulations indicate that constrained LFDR MLEs perform markedly better than conventional methods, both in testing and in confidence intervals, for high values of the mixing proportion, but not for low values. (A decision‐theoretic interpretation of the confidence distribution made those comparisons possible.) In conclusion, the constrained LFDR estimators and the resulting effect‐size interval estimates are not only effective multiple comparison procedures but also they might replace p‐values and confidence intervals more generally. The new methodology is illustrated with the analysis of proteomics data.
