波士顿矩阵在中小学教师团队中的应用

教师是人类灵魂的工程师。中小学教师担负着培养下一代的重任,他们素质的高低直接影响到下一代的成长进步。如何打造一支专业化、高素质、优秀的中小学教师队伍已成为当下的重点课题。本文引入波士顿矩阵分析模型,对中小学教师进行区别分类,从而构建中小学教师团队波士顿矩阵模型,这对加强中小学教师队伍的建设有一定的指导意义。     

基于新测算方法的资产流动性与资本结构关系研究——来自制造业上市公司2007-2010年数据的实证分析

本文以沪深两市638家A股制造业上市公司2007年-2010年公司年报披露的相关财务数据为样本,采用新的测算方法计算资产流动性指标,运用多元线性回归模型对我国制造业上市公司资产流动性与资本结构的关系进行了检验,结果发现:制造业上市公司资本结构与资产流动性呈现负相关关系,公司规模与股权集中度与资本结构也具有显著的相关性,新的资产流动性测算方法在综合以往计算指标优点的基础上,通过上市公司2003年到2005年的历史数据计算的权重矩阵来衡量,能比较准确地代表公司的资产流动性.     

碳税对广东省产业结构调整影响研究——基于CGE模型

我国目前没有全面开征碳税,开征碳税会影响生产要素价格和企业投入,对于产业结构会造成一定影响。本文在广东省数据基础上,建立广东区域社会核算矩阵(SAM),同时建立CGE模型,模拟分析在征收碳税的情况下对各产业的影响,同时提出一定的政策建议。     

Risks Matrixes Risks Assessment Tools of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises： The Case of Latvia

The enterprises need to assess the risk dynamic of financial instability and its impact on small and medium-sized enterprises＇ development, because it is important for enterprises to extend commercial activity and to open a new structural subdivision. We have researched types of risks, their identification, classification, and assessment possibilities in activities of small and medium-sized enterprises. We have used our own algorithm of identification, classification, and assessment of enterprises＇ risks. The goal of this research is to study the economic and financial risks＇ impact on small and medium-sized enterprises＇ development in Latvia. For study purpose, we have carried out the questionnaire of representative small and medium-sized enterprises about the economic and financial risks＇ impact on enterprises＇ development in Latvia. We have created classification of Latvian services sectors＇ economic and financial risks in the period from 2011 to 2012. Those risks have been included in the questionnaire. The risks matrix is a quantitative assessment tool of risks. We have created Latvian service sector economic and financial risks matrix. We have arranged risks by their sizes of possible losses for enterprises. For each risk has been assessed its probability of realization. We have created Latvian accommodations （hotel） and food services technological process risks map. Several parts of the risk map （segments） make it possible to assess each type of the risk separately in its segment. Risks matrix can be used to choose enterprises＇ strategy of risk management. Enterprise＇s strategy of risk management is developed by analysing zones of risk level.     

信息固有价值与其新闻价值内在关系的研究

文章从信息流入公众的途径以及根据接受到的信息溯源媒体形式,从正反两方面探讨信息的本身固有价值与其新闻价值的内在关系。文章建立了"影响力函数"并利用改进了"贝叶斯模型",两模型相结合,再根据信息的固有价值、信息的传播途径、信息的传播速度以及公众兴趣这几个影响因子将数以万计的信息分类,最终筛选出可被当作新闻报道的有新闻价值的信息。     

马尔科夫链在股票价格预测中的应用

论文首先对马尔科夫链模型的数学原理进行了概述,然后在当前股票市场的背景下,应用马尔科夫链模型对沪深300指数的波动进行了预测,通过马尔科夫的平稳分布和最终的稳态条件,计算出股指下跌、持平、上涨三个状态的概率分布,为马尔科夫模型应用的拓广和股票价格的概率估计预测提供理论依据和实际应用的参考。     

从财政风险矩阵看公办高校债务风险化解

高校扩招政策的实施,对我国高等教育的发展起了巨大推动作用,实现了中国高等教育从精英教育到大众化教育的过渡。但高校扩招也带来了一系列问题,教学用房和学生宿舍紧张、教学仪器设备落后、图书资料陈旧短缺等现象,已影响到了学校教学质量的提高和可持续发展。为解决这一问题,在财政拨款和学校自筹资金有限的情况下,向银行贷款来解决基本建设中资金不足的问题已成为各公办高校的通行做法。但过度负债反过来又阻碍了公办高校又好又快发展,形成了极大的财务风险。因此,如何化解和防范公办高校债务风险,已成为摆在理论界和高校财务管理部门面前一个亟待研究解决的问题。

Countermeasures of adaptation to climate change： establishment and application for implementation matrix

In the conceptual framework of adaptation policy assessment to climate change, adaptation measures can be categorized as two groups：facilitation and implementation. Facilitation measures refers to activities that enhance adaptive capacity, while implementation refers to activities that actually avoid adverse climate impacts on a system by reducing its exposure or sensitivity to climatic hazards, or by moderating relevant non-climatic factors. This paper aims to establish a matrix of implementation measures of adaptation to climate change, through four different ways how adaptation can influencc the relevant elements of climate change. reducing the exposure, reducing the sensitivity, alleviating the adverse impacts and reducing the negative non-climatic factors, and then further discuss the particular implementation measures of adaptation to climate change, through application studies on the selected sub-systems, intend to organize the disordered implementation measures in existent, and put forward some new measures under the guidance of this matrix, which could enrich and promote the system and content of implementation measures of adaptation.     

诺基亚手机的市场竞争策略分析
