本文论述了个性化信息服务是以用户为中心的主动服务，即根据用户的特定需求提供服务或通过分析用户的个性、使用习惯等主动向用户提供信息服务。同时分析国内外个性化信息服务的现状和差距以及实现个性化信息服务的途径和措施。     

Monetary equilibria over an infinite horizon

Summary. Money provides liquidity services through a cash-in-advance constraint. The exchange of commodities and assets extends over an infinite horizon under uncertainty and a sequentially complete asset market. Monetary policy sets the path of rates of interest and accommodates the demand for balances through open market operations or loans. A public authority, which, most pertinently, inherits a strictly positive public debt, raises revenue from taxes and seignorage, and it distributes possible budget surpluses to individuals through transfers. Competitive equilibria exist, under mild solvency conditions. But, for a fixed path of rates of interest, there is a non-trivial multiplicity of equilibrium paths of prices of commodities. A Stochastic Overlapping Generations Economy with Inheritance

An overlapping generations model of an exchange economy with two sources of uncertainty is considered. Individuals have a finite expected life span and uncertain annual income. Conditions concerning birth, death, inheritance and bequests are fully specified. Under such conditions, the existence of a stationary Markovian equilibrium is established in some generality, and several explicitly solvable examples are examined in detail. A Sports Consumption Comparative Study on Urban Residents between Chongqing and Some Cities in Advanced Eastern and Western Regions

This paper compares and analyzes the EE consumption structure of urban residents in Chongqing and other cities in Eastern and Western areas （Such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Zhejiang, Chengdu, Xi＇an, Guizhou）. The research shows the level of P.E consumption is in the lower-middle position, and its structure is not reasonable. This paper also explores the factors that restrict P.E consumption of urban residents in Chongqing city and puts up some feasible suggestions on improving P.E consumption structure and increasing P.E consumption level.     

University Life Science Programs and Agricultural Biotechnology

We examine sources of productivity in bioscience research and graduate training in U.S. universities. For this purpose, we first identify the scientific publications cited on agricultural biotechnology patents, and then trace the citations back to the universities producing the cited research. Insight is thus gained into the university investments that demonstrably influence useful technology. Life-science budget allocations substantially affect both graduate education and technology-relevant science. Graduate training shows decreasing returns to budget scale, while productive research shows decreasing returns in the short run but increasing returns in the long run. Training is a weak substitute for research, while research is a moderate complement to training.

激励理论在管理科学中占有突出的地位，是高职院校教学的一个重要内容。在激励理论教学中引入管理实例，既符合该理论的特点，增强其说服力，又显示出该理论的操作性，对学生增强吸引力。在引入管理实例中，要切实做好管理实例筛选工作，注意区别管理实例的共性和个性，管理实例的运用必须准确到位。     

Pricing practices in two industries

Although a critical part of marketing decision making, very little has been written about industrial pricing policy and strategy. This article has three objectives: First, to report the pricing practices of the chemical and construction industries; Second, to compare their pricing policies; and third, to develop a simple pricing framework for industrial marketers. The results of this study are interesting and somewhat unexpected. The buyer and his behavior only play a small part in pricing policy. A pricing framework or model is presented in a logical and systematic way.
