面向服务架构SOA的流通企业信息化战略研究

文章以流通企业管理信息系统的建设为背景,通过分析当前电子商务环境下流通企业管理信息系统建设的特点及存在的问题,探讨了如何结合面向服务的架构及Web服务进行流通企业信息化建设的战略思想,提出了基于SOA的信息系统战略框架,并以企业服务总线ESB的方式实现企业信息资源的集成,使信息系统更具易用性和可扩展性。     

非对称信息条件下代建制的研究

由于代建项目一般工程量大、建设周期长、涉及的关系复杂、隐蔽性较强,很多质量问题在使用过程中逐渐暴露出来,而且在施工过程中项目代建单位比政府投资主管部门对工作及其环境更为了解,因此,政府投资主管部门和项目代建单位在信息占有方面不对称。在这种情况下,有些项目代建单位可能会利用自己的信息优势,通过损害政府投资主管部门的利益来最大化地提高自己的利益,如偷工减料、以次充好、无理索赔等等。在此,文章针对在这种非对称信息条件下如何完善代建制提出一些建议。     

Sustaining Collusion Via a Fuzzy Trigger

Probability theory is the standard economic representation of uncertainty, although it is not always an accurate one. Fuzzy logic is an alternative representation that does not require individual beliefs regarding the explicit functional form of uncertainty. This paper applies fuzzy logic to an oligopoly trigger pricing game. The fuzzy trigger pricing game reverses the standard cyclical price war prediction; collusion-sustaining price wars are most likely to occur during times of high demand. The fuzzy model also predicts that markets with relatively volatile prices are more likely to undergo collusion-sustaining price wars. The predictions are consistent with available empirical evidence.     

The impact of strategic sourcing and E-procurement on supply chain performance management

Major changes are currently taking place within purchasing functions of manufacturing firms. Purchasing is shifting its focus from daily procurement activities to long term, value-adding purchasing and supply chain initiatives. At the same time, it is responding to the challenges and opportunities of electronic procurement （E-procurement）, which refers to the utilization of the internet to buy and sell products and services. The responsibilities of purchasing have changed markedly over the last few decades, purchasing focused heavily on the transactional elements of the procurement process. Purchasing was accepted as a support function that provides for the sourcing needs of other departments. The development of materials management and introduction of new manufacturing technologies in the 1970s brought pre-and post-production flows closer together. The manufacturing-purchasing interface strengthened, creating a need to align the buying cycle with production requirements. Purchasing started to create a ＂culture＂ that could help it to attain a more proactive role in the company and start taking responsibility in product design and development activities. The research reported here was undertaken to understand the impact of purchasing on this thesis supply chain performance by （1） investigating current and emerging E-procurement practices, （2） identifying the critical elements of strategic sourcing, and （3） assessing the impact of strategic souring and E-procurement on fn＇m and supply management performance through empirical investigation.     

我国个人信息权保护现状及体系建构探究——基于网络侵权语境的分析
