介绍了GSM向3G过渡时期GSM用户的认证与密钥协商过程，分析了GSM用户对3G系统的安全威胁，并对GSM用户接入3G系统提出了改进认证与加密算法。它可以有效防止攻击者假冒合法GSM用户滥用UTRAN网络资源，并可以保证用户的通信安全。     

What skills and attributes does an accounting graduate need? Evidence from student perceptions and employer expectations

For some years there has been much debate between various stakeholders about the need for accounting graduates to develop a broader set of skills to be able to pursue a career in the accounting profession. This study uses mixed methods to examine perceptions and expectations of two major stakeholders: students and employers. Findings indicate that students are becoming aware of employers’ expectations in terms of communication, analytical, professional and teamwork skills. Although employers are still expecting a good understanding of basic accounting skills and strong analytical skills, they are also requiring ‘business awareness’ and knowledge in terms of the ‘real world’. Both students and employers report that many of the ‘essential’ non‐technical and professional skills and attributes are not being developed sufficiently in university accounting programmes.     

金融变革中的中国国债市场功能定位与发展策略

国债市场发展与金融可持续发展具有十分密切的关系,中国金融改革的深化更是离不开国债市场金融功能的完善及有效发挥。但转型背景中确立的中国国债市场,其定位存在着重财政筹资和轻金融调控的功能扭曲。因此金融变革对于中国国债市场的发展提出了更为迫切的要求。一方面完善包括立法在内的国债运行与管理制度;另一方面完善国债市场体系。这对于中国国债市场发展而言,至关重要。     

Globalisation and the European disease

Summary This paper analyses the impact of globalisation of economic relationships on the European labour market. The main finding is that Europe's unemployment problem is rooted in rigidities in the labour market itself, while the increasing importance of international trade should provide an opportunity to reduce long-term labour market slack. To reap the potential benefits in this respect, European governments would need to re-orient structural policies towards a better functioning of labour and product markets.Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Economics Department, Paris. Key account relationships: An exploratory inquiry of customer-based evaluations

The management and retention of key accounts is imperative in facilitating a firm's long-term viability. Previous examinations of key account relationships have revealed valuable insights into the factors facilitating key account management and driving relationship strength. However, account managers often fail to recognize weaknesses within their existing key accounts and the sources of their relationship vulnerabilities. Utilizing an exploratory inquiry of in-depth interviews with 99 executive decision makers across 52 key accounts cases, the authors assess customer relationship evaluations prior to contract expirations for account retention opportunities valued at over $1.3 billion. Unique positive and negative drivers of key account relationship evaluations are identified in a thematic categorization, along with a subsequent content analysis highlighting their patterned associations with positive and negative relationship evaluations, future business intentions, and business referral behaviors. These patterned associations reveal that positive and negative perceptions of relational drivers often affect outcomes in a differential manner, resulting in a classification of conventional constructs, prevention constructs, and promotion constructs. The results indicate that the desire of a supplier to maximize positive relational outcomes or minimize negative relational outcomes is driven by distinct underlying associations and allow for insights into resource allocation strategies within key account relationships.     

双元性创新与企业竞争地位——来自中国上市企业的经验数据

文章基于组织二元性理论、资源基础理论，探究了双元性创新与企业竞争地位的关系以及冗余资源的权变影响，并以2009-2015年我国上市企业为样本进行了实证分析。研究显示：探索式创新对企业竞争地位的影响具有"拐点效应"，呈正"U"型，利用式创新促进了企业竞争地位的提升；双元性创新的互补性降低了企业竞争地位，而平衡性则对企业竞争地位的提升产生了积极影响；财务冗余强化了双元性创新对企业竞争地位的促进作用，并能缓解利用式创新的负效应；人力资源冗余弱化了探索式创新对企业竞争地位的积极效应，但对利用式创新与企业竞争地位的关系却未表现出显著影响。统计结果在基于勒纳指数年度行业排名的面板排序模型和一阶差分模型中依然保持稳健。进一步分析发现，探索式创新与双元性创新互补性的积极作用具有"时滞效应"，利用式创新及双元性创新平衡性之积极影响存在差异化的效应周期。     

国企脱困之后的思考

三年脱困是国企改革进程中，在一定政策条件下的阶段性成果，它使国企恢复了一定的元气。深化国有企业的改革，从宏观层面上说是调整优化整体国企的布局，对国企进行战略性重组；从微观层面上说是对具体的国企进行公司化改造，即进行制度创新，建立现代企业制度。这两个层面仍是现阶段国企改革的当务之急。     

新一代数字电视传输标准DMB-T的关键技术

本文描述了地面数字电视广播（Digital Televison Terrestrial Broadcasting ,DTTB)的要求和地面数字电视广播的信道特点，在介绍国外现有的DTTB传输标准的基础上说明了清华大学数字电视传输技术研发中心提出的DMB－T（Terrrestrial Digital Multimedia /Televison Broadcasting)标准。通过与现有标准在调制、同步、信道估计等方面的比较证明,DMB-T具有优越的性能。
