基于复杂供应链库存管理策略的系统动力学研究

在分析了具有不同提前期和加工时间的复杂供应链特点基础上，研究了混合CONWIP／Kanban库存管理思想与同步CONWIP库存管理思想在复杂供应链上的应用。同时借助Vensim建模平台。针对这两种管理思想建立了基于复杂供应链系统的动态仿真模型，并对模拟结果进行了分析。

通过对目前我国中小型第三方物流企业市场现状的分析，从供应链一体化的角度，阐明了提高企业营运竞争力的重要性，并试探性地提出了有关我国中小型第三方物流企业如何在营运层面上提高竞争力的建议与解决方案：     

On the evolutionary edge of altruism: a game-theoretic proof of Hamilton’s rule for a simple case of siblings

We offer a game-theoretic proof of Hamiltons rule for the spread of altruism. Voting in assemblies of shareholders and incomplete markets

Summary. An economy with two dates is considered, one state at the first date and a finite number of states at the last date. Shareholders determine production plans by voting - one share, one vote - and at -majority stable stock market equilibria, alternative production plans are supported by at most percent of the shareholders. It is shown that a -majority stable stock market equilibrium exists if where S is the number of states at the last date and J is the number of firms. 影响盈余信息含量的因素——来自A股的实证结果

研究中习惯用回报／盈余关系来表示会计盈余的信息含量。通过A股的实证结果发现，当时间窗口为公告日前后60关时，回报／盈余关系较显著；盈余的持续性越高，回报／盈余关系越显著；非线性的模型比线性模型的解释能力更强。但是模型总体的R2水平都较低，这可能是由于研究方法的缺陷、市场的非理性、盈余本身信息含量低等原因造成的。     

国有企业审计监督体系构建研究

在我国现行国有资产管理体制下,国有企业不仅要接受国有资产监管体系内部多种形式的监督,而且还要同时接受政府审计、社会审计和内部审计的监督。由于各种审计主体职责重复、各自为政,在导致审计资源严重浪费的同时,还造成许多国有企业长期缺乏有效的审计监督。本文从我国国有资产监管体系的现行架构出发,对政府审计、社会审计、内部审计及其他多种审计主体的分工与配合问题进行了研究,为国有企业建立合理有效的审计监督体系提供参考。     

THE JOINT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCESS FOR THE M/M/l QUEUE

We consider the M/M/1-queue and derive an explicit expression for the joint distribution of the number of arrivals and the number of departures in [0, t), given the number of customers initially present. The derivation is almost purely combinatorial, it avoids the use of generating functions, and immediately yields a simple probabilistic interpretation of the result.     

Analytic derivation of sociometric dimensions

Dimensional analysis has been defined variously as the synthesis of dimensionless variables and as a way of spatially representing data. While in sociometrics, one may not be able to devise models resembling those of the physical sciences because of the complexity of many social situations, one may in some cases successfully apply the techniques of classic dimensional analysis and get empirically valid results. More often we derive with analytic methods from the social sciences different kinds of dimensional frameworks in which to represent data. This paper will compare these approaches to the study of relationships and give examples of where each might be appropriate. Finally, a classification of the analytical methods will be presented.     

基于SOA的物流信息系统架构研究

以物流信息系统架构为研究对象,在分析面向服务架构的组成成分、基本特征和应用原则等技术特点,以及传统物流信息系统架构特征的基础上,提出了一种基于面向服务架构为基础的新型物流信息系统架构。指出这种架构通过增加业务流程层和业务服务层从而能获得高度的业务敏捷性和可观的信息化投资回报,对物流信息系统的建设策略、物流业务和信息技术融合等都具有较大的影响。     

全球价值链视角下中国制造业地位的提升

制造业是我国工业经济的命脉,在国民经济发展中的地位举足轻重。目前,我国制造业规模很大,但总体水平不高,在参与国际垂直分工时,大多接受来料加工,采用OEM的生产方式,处于全球价值链的底端,成为跨国公司产品的生产基地。这种国际分工对我国的经济安全构成严重威胁,只有嵌入GVC,提升中国制造业的分工地位,才能改变中国“制造工厂”的地位。
