基于FTV的改进深度估计算法

深度估计是任意视点电视(Free View Television,FTV)系统的关键技术。为提高深 度边缘的深度估计准确度,并解决视频序列中不同帧间同一深度物体深度估计值不一致问题 ,提出一种在深度图的时间一致性保持算法,以前一帧的深度图与当前视图的运动信息为约 束条件估计当前帧的深度,使得相邻帧的深度图在时间上保持一致。     

薪酬契约中的业绩评价指标

为了最大程度地激励经营者采取增加股东价值的行为，必须合理地选择薪酬契约中的业绩评价指标和构建业绩评价指标体系。本文运用代理理论有关业绩评价方面的研究成果，对提高业绩指标的质量及合理构建业绩评价指标体系问题进行了初步探讨，试图从理论上阐明相关原则。

Local and global consistency properties for student placement

In the context of resource allocation on the basis of priorities, Ergin (2002) identifies a necessary and sufficient condition on the priority structure such that the student-optimal stable mechanism satisfies a consistency principle. Ergin (2002) formulates consistency as a local property based on a fixed population of agents and fixed resources—we refer to this condition as local consistency and to his condition on the priority structure as local acyclicity. A related but stronger necessary and sufficient condition on the priority structure such that the student-optimal stable mechanism satisfies a more standard global consistency property is unit acyclicity.     

Employee performance management culture and system features in higher education: relationship with employee performance management satisfaction

Little is known about the satisfaction with employee performance management systems in higher education institutions. In this study, we contribute to this field by focussing on the alignment features of employee performance management systems, on communication related to these systems and on control tightness in the academic unit. An important contribution to the literature is the adoption of an integrated approach to employee performance management in higher education institutions. Employee performance management system features and satisfaction result from a survey to which 589 employees of a Flemish University contributed. Separate estimations are done for different tenure types of academics. The estimation results show that a higher level of internally consistent employee performance management systems, more communication and tighter control are associated with higher academic employee performance management satisfaction. The study also reveals that employee performance management satisfaction depends on the tenure type, suggesting that a diversified employee performance management policy should be considered in universities.

There are comparatively many scenarios for equipment replacement in engineering economics. With a view to the unsystematic solutions, a classical case is studied here to demonstrate the inherent consistency in the various evaluation methods for equipment replacement analysis.     

On the Observability of Plans in Dynamic Choice Problems Involving Risk: Comment about J. Hey

We show that in dynamic choice problems, the observability of a decision maker's first move does reveal his plan for the dynamic choice problem, only under strong restrictions about the structure of his preferences. These restrictions imply consequentialism which in turn implies dynamic consistency, a condition which is not necessarily satisfied by experimental subjects.

Time consistent export quotas in an oligopolistic world market

We investigate the strategic behavior between exporting countries that face endogenous terms of trade on the world market. In a non-cooperative setting, if production decisions occur before consumption decisions, the ex-ante optimal export quota is not time consistent as the ex-post elasticity of the residual foreign import demand curve is lower than the ex-ante elasticity. However, we show that the exporters’ inability to irrevocably commit to their quota may be welfare superior to the precommitment solution. If exporters can sell forward a proportion of their exports before production decisions are made, they will do so even though, in equilibrium, it may decrease welfare compared to a situation in which forward markets do not exist. Moreover, the equilibrium with forward markets is welfare inferior to the commitment equilibrium for exporters.
