中部地区利用外资承接产业转移的博弈分析(英文)

FDI is crucial to macroeconomic development of a region. The paper analyzes the FDI utilization performance of the central regions in recent years. It points the adverse effects out that the local central governments regard preferential policies as the main means to attract FDI. We use static game theory and dynamic game with complete information to analyze preferential policy strategy of the central region, thus obtaining its pragmatic impacts on FDI attraction. On this basis, some policies and recommendations are given to improve the means of FDI attraction to ensure that local governments achieve mutually beneficial results.     

农村信用社小额信贷发展对策研究——以云南省为例

云南省农村信用社小额信贷经过十几年的实践发展,在实现农民增收、改善农村经济现状方面作出了重要贡献。但是由于云南省农村金融体制的制约,导致农信社和小额信贷的融合出现诸多问题,严重影响到小额信贷具体实施的效果,从而对农信社小额信贷的可持续发展构成威胁。因此,本文基于农信社、小额信贷机制、农户三个角度来全面探讨影响其发展的不利因素,试图寻求促使农信社小额信贷合理健康发展的有效对策。     

新型农村合作医疗经办机构监管现状及改进建议

新型农村合作医疗经办机构是卫生部门管理下的全额预算事业单位．肩负着日常管理工怍及基金安全运行，经办机构的质量和效率关系新农合医疗事业的发展。本文通过分析新农合经办机构在履行职能的过程中存在着的风险点，并针对这些风险点分析相应的监管体系中的问题．进而提出解决这些问题的措施。     

Pricing decisions in a dual channels system with different power structures

This paper investigates the effect of product substitutability and relative channel status on pricing decisions under different power structures of a dual exclusive channel system where each manufacturer distributes its goods through a single exclusive retailer but two goods are substitute. A linear demand based on the utility function of a representative consumer is assumed, and three game scenarios(Manufacturer Stackelberg, Retailer Stackelbeg and Vertical Nash) are examined under symmetric and asymmetric related channel status. It is shown that no power structure is always the best for the entire supply chain though all members on supply chain have incentive to lead the Stackelberg game. Meanwhile, the vertical Nash game is an equilibrium for the members, however, a Prisoner's dilemma necessarily incurs for the entire supply chain because the Retailer Stackelberg or the Manufacturer Stackelberg can gain the better performance than that in vertical Nash for the entire supply chain when the product substitutability is moderate or higher and the asymmetric relative channel status is moderate, while consumers always get the most welfare from the vertical Nash game.     

本钢实业发展有限责任公司项目投资决策分析——基于博弈论视角

企业关于某个项目的投资与否,轻则影响企业的经营效益,重则关乎企业的兴衰存亡。本文基于博弈论的视角,分析了基础产业的行业特点,并根据市场情况,以单个博弈主体和多个博弈主体为前提分别对本钢实业发展有限责任公司关于镁粉项目的投资决策进行分析,分析结果表明,两种情况都可以进行投资。     

Burger King and McDonald’s: Where’s the Spillover?

This paper studies how spillover effects from competitors’ choices affect a firm’s decision to open a store. Using panel data from the UK’s fast food industry, I propose and estimate a game of entry under incomplete information that incorporates spillover effects between firms’ entry decisions. A positive spillover is identified for Burger King – increasing the stock of existing McDonald’s by one outlet increases Burger King’s estimated equilibrium probability of opening a new store by approximately 18 percentage points. Furthermore, the estimated model suggests that this spillover affects Burger King’s variable profit, as opposed to its fixed cost of entry. It is less clear whether this externality matters for McDonald’s.     

基于合作博弈的西部国防科技产业集群竞争力分析——以陕西航空产业集群为例

本文基于合作博弈的视角,分析西部军用产业与民用产业在军民融合过程中的发展情况,通过建立军工产业与民用产业博弈的模型,认为合作博弈打破了国防科技产业的绝对垄断地位,使军民企业走出相对隔离的困境。在竞争中寻求合作,可有效提高产业集群的自主创新能力进而提高产业集群竞争力。     

Game theory-based identification of facility use restrictions for the movement of hazardous materials under terrorist threat

Government agencies can determine which specific facilities in a transportation network to restrict for each class of material and for which times of the day and/or week to stem the consequences of a terrorist event. To guide in making these determinations, this paper develops a three-player game of the interactions among a government agency, a carrier, and a terrorist. It also develops an effective solution procedure for this game and illustrates the use of that procedure on a realistic case study based on the freight rail network in the continental United States.     

农村资金互助社金融许可证制度的反思与变革——以金融许可证制度的功能为视角

金融许可证具有择优功能、维持金融市场适度竞争功能、优化市场结构功能和公示功能。就农村资金互助社而言,这些功能或无存在之必要,或无实现之可能,金融许可证一定程度上反而成为制约农村资金互助社发展的障碍。为促进农村资金互助社的发展,我国应废除对之实行的金融许可证管理制度,但应当加强业务监管,防止农村资金互助社目标异化而产生的风险。     

医药行业的政府价格管制效率评价

就基于我国政府在对医药企业的管制中,存在信息不对称,从政府加成成本定价出发,建立政府管制模型和企业策略模型。同时,利用博弈论分析政府管制失灵和虚高药价的原因,指出政府直接管制定价将不可避免地形成对医药行业企业成本监控的失效,并且不能形成激励相容机制。
