专业市场与电子商务联动发展的演化路径研究--以义乌中国小商品城为例

当前,专业市场的发展总体上呈现出分化、整合、转型、提升的态势,地区、行业间的专业市场正处于全盘“洗牌”时期。在此背景下,借助电子商务改造提升专业市场势在必行。基于演化经济学理论,文章从资产专用性、交易的不确定性、交易频率三个维度分析专业市场与电子商务联动发展的演化特征、动力及其路径选择。研究发现,专业市场与电子商务联动发展呈现出植入性变异、多样化和动态博弈的演化特征,而专业市场资产专用性减弱、交易的不确定性增强及交易频率的波动共同构成两者演化的驱动力,同时两者联动演化的过程大致分为起步期、发展期、联动期三个阶段。最后,以义乌小商品市场为案例,从实证角度验证了本文理论,并给出了相关对策建议。

当今社会,企业需要的是技能型人才,随着我国职业教育体系的不断完善和发展,职业教育工作的重点也从强调“量的扩张”逐步转向“质的提高”。基于工作过程的教学模式,是以培养学生知识、能力、素质协调发展为目标,十分符合企业对人才培养的要求。该文以《电子商务概论》课程中“网上开店”实践教学为例,探讨了工作过程导向的实践教学设计方案及其实施过程。

E-business's impact on organizational flexibility

Organizations are finding that their ability to respond to unpredicted changes in the market is becoming a key factor in survival. The ability to adjust e-business processes to customer preferences (flexibility) has become a necessity for online systems. Despite the interest in e-business flexibility the academic literature has not kept pace with industrial developments. This research study builds upon previous work through two investigations. First, the results of five case studies are used to develop a seven (alliance/joint decision management and intelligence, enterprise-wide change management, organizational learning, process oriented agility, network centric information management, leadership of transformation and knowledge exchange meetings) factor model that depicts the influences of flexibility on organizational effectiveness in e-business environments. Second, this paper illustrates how the model can be used as a benchmarking tool and has the potential to become a key learning mechanism. The authors discuss the conclusions and managerial implications of the findings.     

基于电子商务的供应链设计与重构策略

企业推行供应链管理必然面临电子商务这一新环境,电子商务为供应链管理创造了新机会,同时也对供应链管理提出了新挑战,供应链管理必须根据电子商务环境做出相应调整和重构。分析电子商务环境对供应链管理的影响,探讨电子商务环境下供应链设计与重构的方法、原则和步骤,使物流、信息流和资金流发挥最大效能,最终实现理想的供应链。     

On the creation and evaluation of e-business model variants: The case of auction

E-business model variants aim at creating customer value through differentiation. At the core are two major components of the business model concept—business process and customer value. Focusing narrowly on these components, this paper provides a new and systematic way to identify both, create potentially competitive variants, and to evaluate them quantitatively. With a clear presentation of the whole business process, it is possible to highlight key sub-processes, and increase a shared understanding between multiple stakeholders. Moreover, understanding customer preference and the expected market share of potential variants can allow managers to benefit from clear value propositions for variants' potential profitability. Our method also promotes rapid and efficient consensus-building about the most competitive variant. Taken together, our proposed method will help both managers and researchers refine the business model more precisely. An e-auction case in Korea is presented to illustrate the empirical application of our method in detail.

电子商务是未来经济的归宿,对中国经济的发展十分重要。通过分析中国现阶段电子商务发展的环境,提出在中国电子应用模式要具中国特色,要和中国现有经济相适应。
