我国行业协会的性质和功能研究——从交易成本和规制角度分析

随着我国加入WTO以及市场经济体系的逐步完善,作为同行业企业联合的服务性组织——行业协会将在经济发展中发挥越来越重要的作用。但是长期以来,我国行业协会的性质和功能的定位一直比较模糊。本文从交易成本和交易规制结构出发,对我国行业协会的性质和功能进行界定:即行业协会的本质是一组企业契约联合体,行业协会最核心的功能在于降低成员企业的交易成本。     

浅论我国会计准则再造

本文主要从我国会计准则的制定过程出发,结合对美国会计准则制定基础变化的研究,揭示了以规则为基础和以原则为基础的两种准则制定基础的辩证关系,探讨了我国会计准则的导向问题,以及我国会计准则国际化的问题。     

The risk-return trade-off in human capital investment

In this paper, we analyze investments in human capital in a way which is standard for financial assets, but not (yet) for human capital assets. We study mean-variance plots of human capital assets. We compare the properties of human capital returns using a performance measure and by using tests for mean-variance spanning. Fields differ strongly not only in common rates of return, but also in return per unit of risk. We identify a range of educations that are efficient in terms of investment goods, and a range of educations that may be chosen for consumption purposes.     

Abnormal trading volume,news and market efficiency: Evidence from the Jamaica Stock Exchange

This paper investigates market efficiency of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE). Together, weak and semi-strong form efficiency claim that historical and newly released public information do not predict future stock price movement. We test both forms of market efficiency by analyzing stock price behavior during times of abnormal trading volume and around the release dates of earnings information. Abnormal trading volume may be driven by liquidity demand or reflect new or private information flow to the market. Using JSE data over the period 2000 to 2021, we find price dynamics consistent with price pressure as firms experience negative abnormal returns on the day of abnormal trading activity but offsetting positive abnormal stock returns on the following day. Further findings show post earnings announcement drift on the JSE. Taken as a whole, the evidence suggests violations of market efficiency and has implications for capital allocation in this emerging market.     

协整在产业组织学中的应用

首先从协整的原理着手,结合产业组织学学科特点,分析了协整在产业组织学中的可用性。随后利用协整理论分析了LydiaPinkam公司的数据,给出了一个产业组织命题的经验证据,用实例说明将协整应用于产业组织学领域是一种有益的尝试。     

构建和谐社会的法治思考

和谐社会是一个秩序井然、公平正义、权利保障的社会。和谐社会不能没有法治；法律相对于其他实现社会管理的方式．如道德、宗教等具有强制性、规范性、全面性、程序性等优越性．这就决定了法治是社会管理方式的主导。由此，构建社会主义和谐社会必须充分发挥法治在促进、实现、保障社会和谐方面的重要作用。     

孔孟儒家的德治学说与为己之学

认为孔孟儒家的德治学说并不是一种独立的治国理论,而是孔孟儒家为己修身的一种落实。德治虽然具有为己修身层面上的价值,但却不乏治理层面上的弊端,不具有国家治理层面上的价值。     

国外法治文明成果和教训

中国共产党实施的依法治国方略 ,是对人类近代社会以来资本主义和社会主义两种制度治国经验的科学总结。积极吸收资产阶级创造的优秀政治文明成果 ,特别是法治文明成果 ,吸取苏东剧变的惨痛教训 ,对于推进我国依法治国的进程有着重大的现实意义。     

构建和谐社会的法治基础分析

和谐社会的法治基础研究是近年来重大的理论和实践课题。法治作为和谐社会的基础应当表现为其不可或缺性、不可替代性和必须依赖性；法治是构建和谐社会的理念基础、制度基础、规范基础和基础性保障。     

Intertemporal Equity and Efficient Allocation of Resources

Competitive paths which are efficient are shown to satisfy a terminal cost minimization condition, thereby providing a continuous-time counterpart to the discrete-time result due to Malinvaud. Using this result, competitive paths which are equitable and efficient are shown to satisfy Hartwick's investment rule, which states that the value of net investment is zero at each date.
