论我国仲裁裁决承认与执行制度的矫正

我国现行的仲裁裁决承认与执行制度存在着分类用语十分混乱、不予执行理由不适当及仲裁裁决承认或执行异议程序不合理方面的诸多弊端,应在更广泛地参考更多国家或地区立法最新实践及学者们研究成果的基础上结合我国的实际情况予以矫正,包括：应使用七个分类用语并确切地予以界定,对纯内地裁决仅应保留可仲裁性和违反公共政策这两项不予执行的理由,废除针对涉外仲裁裁决和外国仲裁裁决的不予执行司法审查裁定前的内部报告等制度。

通过梳理欧债危机的起源和发展状况,总结欧洲应对危机的举措,探索欧债危机的根本原因,分析其对金融市场和全球经济的影响,以期为解决欧债危机问题提供建议,并为我国相关部门识别和应对欧债危机带来的风险提供参考。     

Memories of hard won victories: amateur moviemaking contests and serious leisure

Contests are one of the most successful stimuli to production within the amateur moviemaking sector. Despite pleas from some commentators that moviemakers should view their practice as non-competitive civic participation, many more consciously sought out the public recognition that came from winning an award at regional, national and international film competitions. The ‘Ten Best’, an annual production competition that ran from 1936 to 1986, is of particular note as it was the highlight of the year for many amateur moviemakers who referred to it as ‘our Oscars’. Focusing on a Ten Best prize-winning film from the Merseyside region, War Declared (1985), consideration of this title encourages empirical data gathering to be extended beyond primary print sources by drawing on original interviews conducted with local cine-club members. While some filmmakers see the pursuit of awards as a superficial path to follow, others viewed the ‘Ten Best’ as setting the standard for others to aspire to. These interviews revealed that amateur moviemakers have mixed feelings about the central role of contests and awards in the amateur sector. However, the potential satisfaction and/or ‘compensation’, which winning can provide, overrides the perceived costs and secures the cultural value of participants’ work.     

高职院校创新创业理论知识教育改革研究

文章着力于提高高职学生综合素质,分析了创新创业理论知识教育的重要性,提出了目前在培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍三个方面存在的问题,并分析了原因,探讨了高职院校创新创业理论知识教育改革的具体策略:优化人才培养方案、完善创新创业理论知识教育课程体系、加强创新创业师资队伍建设和改革创新创业教学管理等四个方面.     

会计信息质量对企业并购估值的影响研究

本文利用1995年到2015年的公共企业收购公告的数据样本研究会计信息质量对企业并购估值的影响,提出在企业并购中高的会计信息质量更有利于企业收购方这一假设.通过数据分析验证假设的正确性.具体来说,当目标企业的会计信息质量较高时,收购方的回报会更高,目标公司的回报则表现稍低.这与收购人通过更少的收购付出而获得更大收益是相一致的.研究结果表明,高质量的会计信息促进更好的收购投标决策,并对于会计信息质量的不确定性和控制替代措施有很强的鲁棒性.     

关于我国建筑施工企业质量管理的研究

对建筑施工企业来说,建筑施工质量管理是企业工程项目管理的首要目标,也是企业工程建设的根本。介于我国社会经济的的快速且稳定的发展,建筑施工企业建设项目的规模也是日益扩大,建筑施工企业在得到空前的发展的同时,也面临着前所未有的挑战。因此,规范建筑施工企业管理体系、提高施工质量和企业管理水平成为建筑施工企业管理工作者深入研究的课题。笔者在此浅谈一下建筑施工企业质量管理,并作简要的分析研究。     

The European Electronic Communications Code: A critical appraisal with a focus on incentivizing investment in next generation broadband networks

In September 2016, the European Commission (EC) published its proposal for a directive establishing the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) – with one key aim being the provision of sufficient incentives for infrastructure investments into high-speed communication networks. Based on a detailed review of the theoretical and empirical literature of the most relevant regulatory measures – that is, co-investment models as well as different types of access regulation – we provide a critical appraisal of the respective provisions in the EECC. We find that, although the EECC can generally be seen as a step into the right direction, the expected effects on investment incentives as well as substantial implementation challenges in combination with a high degree of complexity of the envisaged measures contain substantial potential for improvement.     

基于AHP-TOPSIS的城市轨道交通应急演练评估研究

为提升演练质量与效果,阐述城市轨道交通应急演练现状,在构建大客流综合处置演练评估指标体系的基础上,将层次分析法AHP与TOPSIS法两者有机结合,建立城市轨道交通应急演练评估模型,以城市轨道交通大客流综合处置演练为例,从协调指挥、信息传递、关键流程控制、运营恢复4个方面综合考虑影响演练效果的评估因素。通过层次分析法得出各指标权重值,采用TOPSIS法进行计算排序,针对参演各班组的演练情况进行排序,实现对城市轨道交通大客流演练的评估。经过实例验证表明,AHP-TOPSIS模型具有良好的适应性与合理性,对各种类型的应急演练评估有很好的应用价值。     

数智化如何赋能经济高质量发展 ——兼论营商环境的调节作用

数智化如何赋能经济高质量发展,是近年来实务界和学术界共同关注的焦点。从理论上分析数智化对经济高质量发展的影响机制,并探讨营商环境对两者关系的调节作用,然后以2009-2018年我国内地31个省、市、自治区数据为样本,实证检验上述影响机制和调节作用。研究发现,数智化转型与应用对经济高质量发展具有积极促进作用,营商环境在数智化与经济高质量发展之间具有显著调节作用,营商环境越优良,数智化对经济高质量发展的促进作用越显著。同时,营商环境的调节作用在我国存在显著的区域差异性,其在东部和中部地区的调节作用显著高于西部地区。     

Modelling perceived quality,visitor satisfaction and behavioural intentions at the destination level

Visitor perceptions of the quality of a tourist destination, satisfaction with their experience and the resulting behavioural intentions are vital for successful destination management and marketing. The purpose of our research is to explore the complex relationships between these constructs using structural equation modelling, whereby both formative and reflective constructs are included. The structural model was tested on a sample of 1056 visitors at four tourist destinations in Slovenia. The empirical validation of the conceptual model supports the research hypotheses. Destination attributes affect the perceived quality of tourist offerings, which positively relates to satisfaction as well as visitors' behavioural intentions. The link between satisfaction and behavioural intentions was also confirmed. These research findings contribute to a better understanding of which behavioural mechanisms and factors represent a viable basis for increasing customer retention at the level of individual providers as well as a destination as a whole.
