高职教育教学质量监控与评价指标体系分析研究

文章通过深入分析影响教学质量全过程的“四个”重要环节，重点探讨了高职院校内部日常教育教学自然状态下的质量监控与评价，形成了一套较为行之有效的高职院校教学质量监制体．系，这对确保和提高高职教育教学质量具有重要的意义。     

欧盟运输政策的发展及其对我国的启示

欧盟的运输政策经历了四个发展阶段,即:1957—1985年,以“罗马条约”为标志的起步阶段;1985—1991年,以1985年“建成统一市场白皮书”为标志的发展阶段;1992—2000年,以1992年“未来共同运输政策发展白皮书”为标志的修订阶段;2001年以后,以“欧洲运输政策新白皮书”为标志的完善阶段。文章分别介绍了以上各阶段的运输政策框架,并根据其经验和教训,总结出对我国的启示。     

Market Power in European Banking Sectors

We analyze the evolution of market power in the main banking sectors of the European Union. The evolution of the relative margins does not show an increase in the degree of competition within the EU. The explanatory factors of the relative margins most directly related to market power are not significant, and even have a negative influence (concentration in the deposits market). The size and efficiency of banks, default risk, and the economic cycle have a notable capacity to explain the behavior of the market power. The results show the inadequacy of using concentration measures as proxy for the competition environment in banking markets.     

Fostering Corporate Social Responsibility Through Public Initiative: From the EU to the Spanish Case

Should CSR be approached only on a voluntary basis or should it be complemented with a compulsory regulatory framework? What type of government intervention is more effective in fostering CSR among companies? This paper is an attempt to answer these questions, reviewing the debate between proponents of the voluntary case and the obligatory case for CSR, and critically analysing current international government-led initiatives to foster CSR among companies, and national government-led initiatives in the EU area. Finally, the paper focuses on the Spanish case, as an example of the failure of an exclusively voluntary approach. Despite the rapid uprise of CSR, Spain is still far behind late in CSR promotion strategies. Most action has been undertaken by companies themselves with no common guidelines, governmental support, or independent verification. The lack of a regulatory framework for CSR or ethical investment issues and the virtual absence of other indirect incentives, explains the misbalance between private, public and Third Sector initiatives. Based on the Spanish context which is quite similar to other non-OECD countries, the authors call for a more proactive government position in CSR related issues. The conclusions of the paper detail the features of this regulatory framework and other policies to promote CSR in Spain as well as in other OECD countries.

东南亚国家联盟现已经成为很有影响的多边经济合作组织.在很多方面,它不同于欧盟、北美自由贸易区这两个区域经济一体化组织.这种差别体现在组织内成员国之间的地缘亲和力、经济优势的互补性、组织的发展历程、组织的运作机制、区外合作模式以及内部关系等方面.     

Pilgrims to the Eurozone: How far,how fast?

In our analysis, we re-examine the nominal and real convergence of all recent 10 European Union (EU) members to EU standards. Testing for monetary convergence has significant implications for interim optimal exchange rate and monetary policies before a formal and permanent link to the euro, while real convergence is the ultimate objective of economic integration. Novel features of the paper include broader measures of real convergence in both euro as well as local currencies, an examination of inflation and interest rate convergence with respect to the Maastricht benchmarks, and employment of more appropriate tests of convergence allowing for structural breaks. The results indicate slow but steady per-capita real income convergence towards EU standards. On the other hand, evidence indicates significant strong inflation and interest rate convergence. Policy implications of the paper are also discussed.

欧盟国家养老金改革与中国养老金制度建设和调整具有不同的历史起点和任务,因此欧盟改革的理论和经验难以直接用于中国实践。不过,欧盟国家养老金改革的进程对于目前有争议的中国养老金制度调整,可能有着重要的启示。     

STOCHASTIC HYPERBOLIC DYNAMICS FOR INFINITE-DIMENSIONAL FORWARD RATES AND OPTION PRICING

We model the term-structure modeling of interest rates by considering the forward rate as the solution of a stochastic hyperbolic partial differential equation. First, we study the arbitrage-free model of the term structure and explore the completeness of the market. We then derive results for the pricing of general contingent claims. Finally we obtain an explicit formula for a forward rate cap in the Gaussian framework from the general results.
