发达国家高速铁路项目政府投融资经验借鉴及启示

政府投融资对高速铁路项目的建设具有重要作用。近年来,我国高速铁路项目发展很快,建设规模越来越大,现行的政府投融资模式已不适用,存在负债风险升高、建设资金紧张、投融资模式单一僵化等问题。通过借鉴日本、法国和韩国等发达国家高速铁路项目政府投融资的成功经验,我国应加快创新多元政府投融资模式,设置合理资本投资比例,并成立专门机构负责投融资运营管理,同时完善相应的立法政策,从而构建出与高速铁路建设可持续发展相适应的的政府投融资模式,促进我国高铁事业的进一步发展。

Ritual legitimation, de-coupling and the budgetary process: managing organizational hypocrisies in a multinational company

The study of participation in the budgetary cycle has formed a prominent part of the research literature concerned with the budgetary process. More recently there has emerged a body of literature concerned with exploring the political and symbolic nature of the budgetary process. The paper reports upon the outcomes of an empirical study of the introduction of `budgetary participation' in a division of a European subsidiary of a large North American car manufacturer. We detail the long process of consultation and negotiation within the subsidiary, and between it and the European Headquarters. The study provides a revealing instance of the roles of formal budget participation as a ritual of control and legitimation without the substantive involvement of middle managers and suggested to us the introduction of de-coupling and organizational hypocrisy alongside the introduction of budget participation. The study pays close attention to the contingent effects of the wider political context of the division and the relationships between the division, its organizational context and organizational environment, and how this context played upon the budgetary process in the division. The outcomes that we analyse at `Delta' reflect the de-coupling strategies and organizational hypocrisies commonly found in public sector organizations. In this wider setting the corporation persists with the ritual of `tight' budget negotiation and target setting and apparent underachievement in performance. Yet we conclude that the complex technological and political context to the formation and siting of Delta continued and may continue to support its existence.$g0     

高新技术上市公司资本结构影响因素研究--基于多元线性回归分析的实证检验

公司资本结构是否合理直接影响到公司经营业绩和长远发展,高新技术上市公司是中国企业的优秀代表,仍然存在背离资本结构优化理论的种种因素,因此找出影响资本结构的主要因素是实现中国高新技术上市公司资本结构优化目标的必要途径。     

Under the sway of a mobile device during an in‐store shopping experience

Mobile device technology is transforming the retail shopping experience. Today's consumers are mobile dependent, preferring to consult with their phone, instead of using the salesperson, while shopping at the retail store. In the absence of literature investigating how the salesperson might sell to this omni‐channel, mobile‐connected consumer, this paper proposes a conceptual model and tests its proposed linkages. The empirically tested model presents a dyadic view of the omni‐channel consumer and the salesperson. Uniquely contributing to the omni‐channel and marketing literature, samples from an emerging economy (India) and developed (United States) economy represent the contexts. Specifically, the research examines the salesperson's role in selling to a mobile‐dependent consumer who uses mobile technology to search for information during the sales meeting. Findings show that adaptive selling can affect purchase intention and customer predisposition to comply with salesperson input. Results also reveal how perceived control, mobile dependence, and customer predisposition to comply with mobile device input affect purchase intention. Managerial and research implications specifically appropriate for the omni‐consumer retail setting are offered.     

A STATE‐CONSTRAINED DIFFERENTIAL GAME ARISING IN OPTIMAL PORTFOLIO LIQUIDATION

We consider n risk‐averse agents who compete for liquidity in an Almgren–Chriss market impact model. Mathematically, this situation can be described by a Nash equilibrium for a certain linear quadratic differential game with state constraints. The state constraints enter the problem as terminal boundary conditions for finite and infinite time horizons. We prove existence and uniqueness of Nash equilibria and give closed‐form solutions in some special cases. We also analyze qualitative properties of the equilibrium strategies and provide corresponding financial interpretations.     

Examining the effect of flow experience on online purchase: A novel approach to the flow theory based on hedonic and utilitarian value

The literature indicate that when flow is approached as unidimensional, its effects on online purchase intention are always positively significant, however the results of the studies where the flow is approached as a multidimensional level, is far from indicating a general tendency. The inconsistent results appeared in the literature are regarded as a result of overlooking both the utilitarian and hedonic significance of research context and the hedonic and utilitarian characteristics of the flow's sub-dimensions. In this direction, the effects of flow on online purchase intention are examined upon consideration of those two factors. Research's data were gathered via e-mail survey from an online shopping website's database. A total of 490 samples obtained in this study were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The results indicates that the flow's most valuable antecedent is feedback in the context of online purchase. The dimensions of “enjoyment”, “perceived control” and “merging of action and awareness” has positive and time distortion has negative significant effects on online purchase intention. However, no significant effects of the concentration and curiosity on online purchase intention were determined.     

六十年演进:建设中国特色无形资产学

无形资产学的建设是一个过程。1949年,中华人民共和国成立,在当时国内和国际环境下,在此之前形成的无形资产理论是我国无形资产建设的基础。1978年12月,党的十一届三中全会开启了改革开放的历史新时期,推动了无形资产学的建设。进入21世纪,我们应面向世界,开拓创新,建设中国特色的无形资产学。     

一维卷积神经网络用于雷达高分辨率距离像识别

针对人工提取高分辨率距离像（HRRP）优良特征比较困难的问题,研究了基于一维卷积神经网络（CNN）的HRRP识别方法。利用CNN具有分层学习特征的能力,训练CNN自动地从HRRP中学习有用的特征并分类。在仿真实验中描述了网络的相关配置,分析了不同激活函数、不同参数、不同网络结构的识别性能,对比了CNN与其他分类器的识别结果,用可视化特征图直观地说明了CNN通过卷积层能够学习到易于分辨的特征。实验结果表明CNN具有很好的识别性能。     

超高分辨率PolSAR图像去噪对极化特征的影响

随着超高分辨率极化合成孔径雷达(PolSAR)图像数据的出现,有必要对PolSAR图像的去噪过程对于极化分解结果的影响进行评测。相干斑去噪过程的实施将对观测场景中的PolSAR图像原有极化属性产生不同程度的影响,这将会导致分解结果出现偏差。以非相干分解模型为评估对象,以喷气推进实验室(JPL)提供的开源机载超高分辨率PolSAR系统数据为实验样本,提出了一种利用绝对相对误差的定量评测方法。评测结果显示：对于超高分辨率图像,相干斑噪声的影响明显变小,分解窗口可相应的缩小为7×7的尺寸。研究结果对于PolSAR图像的后期遥感应用中的参数选择具有重要参考意义。
