什么样的数字创新生态系统能提高区域创新绩效——基于NCA与QCA的研究

什么样的数字创新生态系统有助于提高区域创新绩效是亟待解决的热点问题。采用必要条件分析（NCA）和模糊集定性比较分析（fsQCA）两种方法,对我国内地31个省（区、市）进行实证分析。研究发现：①数字企业、政府、高校及科研机构、数字创新基础设施、数字人才和金融服务是数字创新生态系统的关键构成,但单个要素并不是提高区域创新绩效的必要条件;②4种数字创新生态系统要素组态有助于提高区域创新绩效,构成的数字创新生态系统分别是政府引导的智力聚集型、企业开拓的环境支撑型、主体多元的综合发展型和企业主导的资本驱动型;③各地应因地制宜,选择合适的数字创新生态系统,培育区域创新新动能,助推“数字中国”新发展。     

基于改进TOPSIS法的供应商选择模型研究

为有效地帮助企业快速找到合适的供应商合作伙伴,采用直觉模糊集、评分函数等方法对TOPSIS评估法进行优化,并以此为基础建立了一种供应商选择模型。首先,采集和评估供应商的产品质量、产品价格、产品交货的可靠性、供应位置、财务情况、库存水平、劳资关系、发展能力和技术能力等相关信息,由专家给出主观评估信息,汇总为综合属性值;然后,通过直觉模糊熵确定各评估指标的权重;最后,综合考虑供应商选择决策过程中的多个目标和标准,应用改进TOPSIS法的对供应商进行分类选择。结果显示,基于改进TOPSIS法的供应商选择模型能够较准确地反映出各供应商的真实水平和对企业的潜在价值,可以有效地解决不确定条件下对供应商的选择问题,提高了供应商选择结果的可靠性。改进后的模型简便易行,具有良好的稳定性,对于合理制定企业供应商选择标准以及进一步优化决策模型具有一定的借鉴意义。     

基于模糊层次分析法的合同能源管理项目风险综合评价

以合同能源管理项目为研究对象,结合我国社会经济发展现状,分析了我国合同能源管理项目实施过程中存在的政策与市场、融资以及运营与效益三方面风险,并运用模糊层次分析法对合同能源管理项目进行了风险评价。     

基于模糊综合评价法的市郊铁路客运站选址研究

本文针对其特点,应用层次分析法建立市郊铁路客运站站址比选的指标体系,确定各指标的权重,结合模糊综合评价原理建立相应的站址方案评价模型,并给出算例分析,为市郊铁路客运站站址方案的比选提供了一种更科学、更符合实际的方法。     

一种算法改进的模糊神经网络及其性能分析

将T-S模糊模型与前馈神经网络相融合构造了一种新型的模糊神经网络,该模型采用基于梯度下降法和算法相结合的混合学习方法,其中梯度下降法用来训练高斯型隶属度函数的非线性参数,而算法用来训练线性参数,即权值。从理论上,证明了该模型对非线性函数的万能逼近能力。仿真实验表明,该模糊神经网络用于非线性动态系统辨识的有效性。     

Groupon模式下团购网站消费者信任度的模糊综合评价

Groupon模式网络团购的快速发展,是当前我国电子商务领域出现的新热点。虽然消费者信任度对于Groupon模式团购网站的发展有着重要的作用,但是当前还没有相关的研究文献。本文首先分析了影响Groupon团购网站消费者信任度的主要因素,然后用AHP和模糊评价分析建立了Groupon团购网站消费者信任度评价模型,最后以某团购网站为例,对其消费者信任度进行了评价。     

企业并购的财务风险评价研究

首先对企业并购中存在的对目标企业定价、并购融资、并购价值支付及在并购后对于目标企业的财务整合风险等财务风险进行了概述,在此基础上提出了企业并购决策中财务风险评价指标体系,然后构建了企业并购中财务风险评价的二级模糊综合评价模型。最后对运用一案例对财务风险评价模型进行了实证研究,验证了模型的可行性。     

The evaluation of forest crop damages due to climate change. An application of Dempster–Shafer method

In order to assess damage risk caused by climate change in forest areas, Dempster–Shafer theory of evidence and fuzzy measures were applied to develop a framework for the estimation of economic forest damage. According to the definition of risk supported by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, a function of hazard and resilience lines of evidence was defined. The results of the hazard and resilience assessment were used to develop an economic framework based on Faustmann studies. The evaluation model, implemented through a spatial analysis procedure, was carried out linking Faustmann formula with hazard and resilience raster maps. The model permitted to estimate in monetary terms two possible costs to be supported: the first one is expressed as the expected damage to the forest crop on the basis of the current obtainable woody assortments and the second one referred to the potential expenses to pay in order to mitigate the risk. Finally, the framework was tested on an area of central Italy (Tuscany region).     

多重目标决策在企业管理中的应用

本文通过对多重目标综合决策的方法改进,对几家企业的经营管理进行评估.结果表明,这种方法能使评判结果更客观地、合理地、正确地反映事实的本来面目.     

A supplier evaluation model based on customer demand in blockchain tracing anti-counterfeiting platform project management

This study assesses supplier selection at the beginning of project management to establish an evaluation system corresponding to blockchain tracing anti-counterfeiting platforms (BTAP). First, this paper determines 20 evaluation criteria from the four dimensions of platform overview, core technology, application support, and operations management. On this basis, multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) based on customer needs is proposed, which consists of three main steps. First, quality function deployment (QFD) and the best and worst method (BWM) are used to evaluate the four dimensions of the BTAP and specific evaluation criteria from the perspective of customers to obtain the criteria weight. Then, this method uses the extended Vlse Kriterjumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) approach to sort the alternatives. Finally, the improved decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used to analyse the relationships between the 20 criteria in the four dimensions. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by an example. According to the sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis, the results show that this method can evaluate blockchain anti-counterfeiting enterprises. The main conclusions are as follows: the core technology is the most important factor influencing the choice of a BTAP project, and the role of application support in evaluation cannot be ignored.
