从福利经济学的角度看生态系统服务功能

生态系统服务功能与人类福利之间存在着密切的联系。深入认识生态系统服务功能与人类福利之间的相互联系与相互作用,对于保护和持续利用生态系统服务功能,提高人类的福利,促进经济社会的可持续发展具有重要的意义。本文基于联合国“新千年生态系统评估”(Millennium Ecosystem Assessment,MEA)项目的最新成果．系统分析了生态系统服务的内涵,从福利经济学的角度分析了生态系统服务与人类福利之间的关系,探讨了恢复和提高生态系统服务功能的主要措施。     

Human Capital and Growth Cycles

This paper studies the dynamic interaction between human capital accumulation and economic growth. Capital market imperfections and an indivisibility in human capital investment prevent poor agents from accumulating skills, the acquisition of which positively affects technological progress. More productive technologies in turn require more sophisticated qualification and involve higher training costs. The equilibrium dynamics can be characterized by the joint evolution of productivity growth, the schooling costs, and the income distribution. Under our assumptions, individual incomes follow a non-linear Markov chain. This non-linearity generates endogenous fluctuations of schooling activities and the rate at which productivity improvements occur. We thank an anonymous referee for many helpful suggestions. Does seeing more deeply into a game increase one’s chances of winning?

The substantively rational value of the games studied in this paper does not help predict subject performance in the experiment at all. An accurate model must account for the cognitive ability of the people playing the game. This paper investigates whether the variation in measured rationality bounds is correlated with the probability of winning when playing against another person in games that exceed both players’ estimated rationality bound. Does seeing deeper into a game matter when neither player can see to the end of the game? Subjects with higher measured bounds win 63 percent of the time and the larger the difference the more frequently they win.     

企业文化对知识型员工组织承诺影响的研究

为了探讨提高知识型员工组织承诺的有效路径,文章针对现有研究中的一些不足,提出了不同企业文化导向对知识型员工感情承诺及继续承诺影响的研究框架,从理论上探讨了员工导向文化与任务导向文化如何对知识型员工组织承诺产生影响,以期为企业提高知识型员工的组织承诺提供理论指导.     

企业人力资产确认及其计量模型改进

本文认为,企业人力资产的确认与计量应与人力资源管理紧密结合,同时应将“区别考评制度”引入对企业人力资产的确认及对人力资源价值的计量中,并对原有个体和整体人力资源价值的计量模型进行了改进。     

企业人力资源管理有效性研究

本文通过分析企业中人力资源经理和直线经理对人力资源管理实践的相关问题的认知评价,研究了中国本土企业的人力资源管理实践有效性的问题。研究数据表明,目前企业中直线经理和人力资源经理对于人力资源管理各功能的重要性认知相同,但在人力资源管理对于企业内部客户服务的有效性的认知和评价标准存在显著差异。本研究的意义在于帮助企业从人力资源管理职能的角度,加强人力资源管理系统与企业战略目标实现的匹配,为改善企业业绩的“捆绑性”的实践提供实证依据。     

Assessment of the agricultural sustainability of Shaanxi Province,China

It is significant for the study on the sustainable development of regional agriculture to monitor and measurethe trend of agricultural development with an effective method. The sustainable development of regional agricultureshould accord with regional population, rural economic development, social progress, resource and environmentalsupport. This paper establishes the evaluating indicators system of sustainable development of regional agriculture,evaluates the agricultural sustainable development in Shaanxi Province with a comprehensive multi-indicator method,analyzes the support of resource and environment for regional agriculture by the resource-development index and theenvironment-development index, and gets the conclusion that the indicators, such as education level, the income gapbetween urban and rural residents, the per capita area under cultivation and the consumption of pesticides and chemicalfertilizers per hectare, are the main factors to restrict agricultural sustainability, and that the pressure of the developmentof subsystems of population, economy and society on the subsystems of resource and environment turns out to bestronger and stronger. Agricultural environment gets better, but resource becomes one of the important factors to restrictthe development of regional agriculture. In a word, this paper highlights the potentials and limitations of sustainableagriculture of Shaanxi and helps identify the development direction in the future.     

西方庸俗经济学理论对中国的误导

通过对西方经济学理论庸俗性表现的反思，可得出如下结论：（1）不能割裂个人与社会，个人与国家，个人与集体的联系，而过分宣扬“经济人”或“理性人”的假设；（2）不能割裂经济与政治、意识形态的关系而孤立地研究经济。对于西方经济学理论，不能仅仅研究其理论本身，还应研究其产生的思想和文化背景；不能照搬西方的理论和模式，不能过分倚重或迷信经济数量分析。对于中国的经济问题，必须放在中国的历史、思想、文化、民族心理等这样的大背景下来开展研究和寻求解决途径。     

Schumpeter's circular flow,learning by doing and cyclical growth

A two-sector growth model with endogenous technical change is presented. Concerning technical change, we assume that it is reflected by increases in the stock of human capital which are acquired through learning by doing. As a result, it turns out that transitory or, using the Hopf bifurcation theorem, persistent oscillations of the economic variables may be the outcome. Thus we are able to show that learning mechanisms alone may be sufficient to destroy the circular flow as described by Schumpeter.
