IS09001质量管理体系在高校基建管理中应用与实践

ISO9001质量管理体系的核心思想是四个"凡事"的思想,在高校基建管理中具有重要的指导意义.在高校基建管理工作中开展ISO900i质量体系认证工作是当前现代大学制度体系建设中高校现代基建管理制度体系建设的客观要求.文章研究了ISO9001质量管理体系在我国高校基建管理工作中的应用问题.首先阐述了ISO9001质量管理体系及其核心的思想,然后介绍了我国高校基本建设管理工作的特点,结合ISO9001质量体系认证工作的实践,论述了ISO9001质量管理思想在高校基建管理实践中的重点问题及其具体成效,并提出了基于高校基建管理特色的ISO9001质量管理思想的实现途径.

品牌竞争已经成为国际竞争的焦点,品牌价值评估是品牌竞争的重要手段。作为世界上第一部品牌价值评估的国际标准,ISO10668的颁布实施将成为该领域一个新的里程碑。文章介绍了ISO10668的框架和主要内容,分析了它对我国可能产生的影响,并提出在我国成立品牌价值测算标准化技术委员会等相关建议。     

Using ISO 14001 to promote a sustainable supply chain strategy

Formally adopted in 1996 by the International Organization of Standardization, ISO 14001 represents a voluntary international environmental standard, which will likely be adopted by a vast majority of corporations. Its major focus is on the structure, implementation and maintenance of a formal environmental management system. Despite its international acceptance, ISO 14001 is surrounded by controversy and criticism. The literature is clearly divided in its assessment of ISO 14001, which is viewed as a variant of total quality environmental management or a paper‐driven process of limited value. In this study, case‐based research is used to address the competing views of the standard to show that ISO 14001 registration can be leveraged across the supply chain into a competitive advantage. By looking at ISO 14001 registered firms, we compare different amounts of integration and sustainability in the supply chain. We then posit several research propositions to provide an empirical framework for the impacts of ISO 14001 on supply chain design and how it will evolve in the future. 建立ISO9000税收质量管理体系是一项复杂的系统工程,需要全体人员的共同参与才能构建、运作起来,并发挥其效用。税收征管工作错综复杂,新情况、新问题层出不穷,希望通过“贯标”工作来解决所有问题的想法是不客观的,也是不现实的。在客观条件尚不具备的情况下急于将ISO9000标准引入到税收管理中必然会造成新的管理模式与传统模式发生冲撞而产生诸多的矛盾,并进而影响现行的税收工作。     

ISO 14001 and the Reduction of Toxic Emissions

ISO 14001 is an international standard for Environmental Management Systems, adopted by over 36,000 organizations worldwide. This paper attempts to determine the length of time after which a given company has implemented ISO 14001 experiences emission reduction. The sample used is a group of 264 manufacturing facilities in the USA, which represent 23 percent of all the ISO 14001 certified organizations in the US, analyzed throughout the period from 1996 to 2001. The results show that 75 percent of the companies experienced a reduction in their emissions, among which 53 percent had already done so just one year after obtaining ISO 14001.     

高职教育引入ISO9001质量管理体系的探究

高职教育必须面向市场,有针对性地培养企业所需要的人才。高职院校以企业的方式引入ISO9001标准,有利于与国际标准接轨以及适应市场需求,有利于转变观念,突出服务,有利于科学管理,实现可持续发展。在分析高职院校的产品和顾客的识别基础上,本文提出了高职教育建立ISO9001质量管理体系的程序。     

引入ISO质量管理体系 构建高职院校管理新模式

作为同样具有管理过程、服务性质的高职院校,引入ISO9000族标准具有现实的必要性和可行性。按照标准要求构建教育务质量体系,既要体现ISO质量管理体系的规范性,又要突出职业教育的特点,科学辨证地看待ISO质量管理体系在高职院校管理中的应用。     

The impact of environmental management systems on financial performance in fashion and textiles industries

With rising environmental concerns from consumers and stakeholder groups, environmental management has become an important responsibility for today's fashion and textiles manufacturers. The production of fashion and textiles related products often requires high levels of energy and water consumption, and emits large quantities of pollutants to the environment. Therefore, the adoption of environmental management systems (EMSs) is important and could have a significant impact on these firms' operational performance. This study presents empirical evidence on the performance impact of EMS adoption in the fashion and textiles related industries (FTIs). Although EMSs have emerged as a passport to business in the FTIs, their actual impacts on firms' financial performance have not been explored. We reveal that the adoption of ISO 14000, the most popular EMS, improves manufacturers' profitability in the FTIs over a three-year period as measured by return-on-assets (ROA). Based on our sample, we find that profitability improvement started during the implementation stage and continued at least one year after the firm obtained ISO 14000 certification. We also find that profitability improvement is mainly due to improvement in cost efficiency, measured by return-on-sales (ROS). Specifically, certified firms improved up to 2.9% in ROA and 3.3% in ROS over the three-year period since they implemented ISO 14000. We conclude that there is a positive impact of EMS adoption on firms' financial performance in the FTIs.
