综合客运枢纽框架性行业规范和标准体系研究

综合客运枢纽是经济社会发展到高级阶段的产物，对综合化水平提出了更高要求。在分析综合客运枢纽圈层形态基础上，认为规范标准体系是一系列技术性、政策性和制度性文件的综合反映，承担了法律规范、规划体制、技术标准等综合功能。在总结境内外经验基础上，认为我国综合客运枢纽规范标准需要考虑10大基准元素，构建出由60个指标构成的框架性体系。     

Economic Status and Social Attitudes of Migrant Workers in China

Migrant workers, meaning those who used to be farmers but have left rural areas and found jobs in cities as a result of economic reform and rapid development in China, have made a significant contribution to the burgeoning labor market and played an important role in speeding up the transition from a planned to a market economy. This present paper considers the economic status and social attitudes of migrant workers. It is based on the analysis of a large‐scale survey in 2006, which was conducted using questionnaires and covered 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions throughout the country. It was found that the income status of migrant workers depends heavily on the education and technical skills that they have developed, rather than on identity‐based discrimination. Surprisingly, it was also found that those on less income and of lower economic and social status show more positive attitudes to society than those who are affluent and considered of higher social status. It is concluded that the decisive factor in attitude and behavior of migrant workers is historic rather than economic.

利用复变函数论的方法，研究了Clifford P-函数的积分问题，在一种广义范数条件下，得到了平面抛物复函的Cauchy公式与解析函数的各阶导数公式以及它们的某些直接结果。     

解决农民工工资拖欠问题的思考

本文认为,近年来我国农民工工资拖欠问题日益严重,已成为影响劳动关系和谐发展乃至社会稳定的重要因素。当前解决农民工工资拖欠问题的模式主要有两大类,即行政机关采取行政手段的讨薪模式和劳动仲裁委员会及司法机关采取劳动仲裁和法律诉讼手段的讨薪模式,这些模式都存在一定的缺陷。考虑到工会在解决农民工工资拖欠问题方面的优势,应完成工会从行政化向市场化的转型,创新工会工作方式,赋予工会运用有利于开展工作的法律手段的权力,通过工会加强和提高农民工自身力量,从而形成解决农民工工资拖欠问题的长效机制。     

A Study of the Ethical Performance of Foreign-Investment Enterprises in the China Labor Market

This paper analyses the ethical performance of foreign-investment enterprises operating in China in comparison to that of the indigenous state-owned enterprises, collectives and private enterprises. It uses both the deontological approach and the utilitarian approach in conceptualization, and applies quantitative and econometric techniques to ethical evaluations of empirical evidences. It shows that according to various ethical performance indicators, foreign-investment enterprises have fared well in comparison with local firms. This paper also tries to unravel the effect of a difference in business culture and competitive market forces on ethical performance by comparing the behavior of foreign-investment enterprises with that of the indigenous state-owned enterprises and collectives on the one hand, and with that of the indigenous private enterprises on the other.     

Market shares analysis: The Case of French Tourism Demand

This paper examines the magnitudes and determinants of changes in destinations’ shares of a major tourist origin market. The Almost Ideal Demand System model is used to quantify the responsiveness of French tourism demand in Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom to changes in relative prices, exchange rates, tourists’ expenditure budget, and external events. The results indicate that effective price competitiveness is a key variable driving changes in market shares. Policymakers who wish to maintain their shares of the French market should pay particular attention to tourism pricing policies, as well as to improving the tourism offer.     

知识员工薪酬支付过程激励的实证研究

薪酬对于知识员工的激励作用与其支付过程是紧密相关的。本文通过对广东省部分高科技企业知识员工薪酬支付过程激励现状的实证分析,论证了知识员工薪酬支付过程与其被激励程度之间存在着水平较高的正相关,同时,在薪酬支付过程中,支付环境、支付形式和支付时机对知识员工的激励程度相对较大。     

Stability induced by “no-quibbling”

We demonstrate the important consequence of one particular type of voter behavior: the “differentiation” (“no-quibbling”) constraint that alternatives too similar to the alternative which they might replace will not be considered. We find that imposition of a sufficient differentiation norm leads to stable outcomes of decision making in a spatial context. We also briefly consider the potential effects of other possible constraints on feasible choices, especially as these might synergistically interact with choices based on “no-quibbling.”     

结构失衡、供给约束与农产品涨价

近年来我国农产品价格大幅上涨,民众生活压力骤然增大.究其根源,见仁见智.文章认为,中国社会经济结构发展失衡是导致农产品价格大幅上涨的主要原因.多年来,受“重工轻农”思想观念的主导,各级政府以牺牲“三农”来支撑高速工业化和城市的快速扩张,导致了耕地面积和“职业农民”的锐减,农产品的生产能力严重不足.因此,必须修正宏观经济政策,加强农业的基础地位.     

东周时期管子的经济思想

东周时期一向被认为是我国古代历史文明的光辉时代。由于当时社会大变革， 在政治思想领域出现了许多学派， 各自著书立说， 互相进行激烈争辨， 历史上称为百家争鸣。许多政治家的经济思想是很卓越的， 对后世影响很大。本文重点评述管子的经济思想
