Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) encapsulates the trend to use purchasing policies and practices to facilitate sustainable development at the tourist destination. Most research has focused on environmental aspects of manufacturing, while other aspects of sustainability or the challenges for the service sector are largely ignored. Yet SSCM is particularly important for tour operators, as the product depends on the activities of suppliers, such as accommodation, transport and activities. Therefore, tour operators' contribution to sustainable tourism will be more effective through the definition and implementation of policies that acknowledge responsibility for the impacts of suppliers. Exploratory research of SSCM practices amongst tour operators generated a wide range of examples of good practice across the whole supply chain, and recommendations are made for more widespread engagement. Owing to rapidly growing global competition, enterprises are increasingly focusing on their core competencies. The focal company faces the challenge of creating alliances with more suppliers to create outsourcing synergy and provide heterogeneous products for customers. This study proposes a fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (FMADM) method based on the fuzzy linguistic quantifier. An attempt is made to ensure that the evaluation results satisfy the current product competition strategies, and also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire supply chain. The fuzzy concept is applied to both the ordinal and cardinal information. Furthermore, the fuzzy linguistic quantifier guided order-weighted aggregation (FLQG-OWA) operator can be used to satisfy the enterprise product development strategy based on different phases of product life cycle. 相似文献

We consider a bank having several trading desks, each of which trades a different class of contingent claims with each desk using a different model. We assume that the models are arbitrage-free. A practical question is whether a bank using several models can be arbitraged. Surprisingly it can happen that in some cases there must be an arbitrage. In this paper, we propose a linguistic hybrid arithmetic averaging (LHAA) operator, which is based on linguistic weighted arithmetic averaging (LWAA) operator and extended ordered weighted averaging (EOWA) operator, and study some desirable properties of the LHAA operator. The LHAA operator can not only reflect the importance degrees of both the given argument and its ordered position, but also relieve the influence of unfair arguments on the decision results by weighting these arguments with small values. Based on the LWAA and LHAA operators, we develop a practical approach to multiple attribute group decision making under linguistic environment. The approach first aggregates the individual linguistic preference values into a collective linguistic preference value for each alternative by using the LWAA and LHAA operators (it is worth pointing out that the aggregation process does not produce any loss of linguistic information), and then orders the collective linguistic preference values to obtain the best alternative(s). Finally, an illustrative example is also given to verify the approach and to demonstrate its feasibility and practicality. 相似文献

为了提供一种公正、合理的水利工程总承包模式选择方法,将IFHA直觉模糊混合平均算子引入水利工程总承包模式决策模型,在建立适用于水利工程的选择指标体系和重新对总承包模式进行细分的基础上,利用IFHA直觉模糊混合平均算子确定指标权重,并集结各专家选择判断意见,利用IFWA直觉模糊加权算子集结各备选模式所有指标判断信息,最终得到备选模式综合指标值,确定某特定水利工程适用的总承包模式。经算例分析,验证该模型符合工程实际,且充分削弱了专家主观性影响,保证了判断信息在集结过程中的完整性。 相似文献
