浅析我国移动支付的常见模式

随着移动互联网的普及和移动电子商务的兴起,移动支付作为一种新兴支付手段发展迅速,得到了业界越来越多的重视.本文简要介绍了移动支付的常见模式,详细分析了我国移动运营商、银行业和第三方支付企业推出的移动支付解决方案及其业务流程.     

基于指数加权算子与自适应粒子群优化灰色模型的负荷预测

针对传统灰色预测模型GM(1,1)在预测增长较快的电力负荷时预测效果变差及数据离散度越大导致预测精度越差这一局限性,对传统灰色预测模型做进行改进。一方面,采用指数加权算子对原始数据序列进行处理,有效地减弱异常值的影响,强化了原始数据序列的大致趋势;另一方面,利用自适应粒子群优化算法与GM(1,1)模型相结合,优化GM(1,1)模型中的背景值,使其更合理,使原始信息得到更好的利用。     

林业信息化中电信运营商的机遇及应对策略

林业信息化是实现林业现代化建设的基础和重要标志,经过30多年的发展已进入全面加快发展的阶段。这为处于向综合信息服务商进行战略转型的电信运营商而言,提供了巨大的市场潜力及政策支持。但鉴于信息化过程的复杂性及长期性,运营商在面对机遇时仍需统筹规划,对优势区域进行重点投资和建设,让林业龙头企业的信息化实施带动产业信息化,并积极构建产业合作平台来弥补自身不足。     

Sustainable supply chain management in tourism

Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) encapsulates the trend to use purchasing policies and practices to facilitate sustainable development at the tourist destination. Most research has focused on environmental aspects of manufacturing, while other aspects of sustainability or the challenges for the service sector are largely ignored. Yet SSCM is particularly important for tour operators, as the product depends on the activities of suppliers, such as accommodation, transport and activities. Therefore, tour operators' contribution to sustainable tourism will be more effective through the definition and implementation of policies that acknowledge responsibility for the impacts of suppliers. Exploratory research of SSCM practices amongst tour operators generated a wide range of examples of good practice across the whole supply chain, and recommendations are made for more widespread engagement. Applying fuzzy linguistic quantifier to select supply chain partners at different phases of product life cycle

Owing to rapidly growing global competition, enterprises are increasingly focusing on their core competencies. The focal company faces the challenge of creating alliances with more suppliers to create outsourcing synergy and provide heterogeneous products for customers. This study proposes a fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (FMADM) method based on the fuzzy linguistic quantifier. An attempt is made to ensure that the evaluation results satisfy the current product competition strategies, and also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire supply chain. The fuzzy concept is applied to both the ordinal and cardinal information. Furthermore, the fuzzy linguistic quantifier guided order-weighted aggregation (FLQG-OWA) operator can be used to satisfy the enterprise product development strategy based on different phases of product life cycle.

在公路方案优选的多属性方案决策中,运用概率有序加权几何(P-OWG)算子对各方案的属性值进行集成,根据得出的综合属性值对各方案进行排序和优选,可以十分方便的选出最优的方案。     

大型体育场馆工程项目LCP融资模式研究

大型体育场馆项目往往存在投资额巨大,融资模式单一,且建设和运营相脱节的现象。为了保证项目在全寿命期内的成功,设计了大型体育场馆工程项目的LCP融资模式。LCP模式不但将经营方引入项目的全生命周期,而且还设计了与该模型相匹配的风险分担、利益共享和信任机制,以保证公共利益和商业利益的实现。     

Consistency among trading desks

We consider a bank having several trading desks, each of which trades a different class of contingent claims with each desk using a different model. We assume that the models are arbitrage-free. A practical question is whether a bank using several models can be arbitraged. Surprisingly it can happen that in some cases there must be an arbitrage.
