构建大连会展旅游品牌战略的路径选择——以上海世博旅游为例

会展旅游是旅游产品结合会展活动的特性而衍生出来的新产品,也是中国旅游市场结构不断调整优化的结果。本文从分析会展业与旅游业之间的关系入手,总结了上海世博旅游的成功经验,并阐述了大连创建会展旅游品牌的优势条件,最后对构建大连会展旅游的品牌战略提出了建设性的意见。     

基于和谐管理理论的日本型经营体系再探讨

21世纪的今天，曾经辉煌的日本型经营的发展与变化，引起了研究日本社会变化的广大学者的关注．笔者认为，现代日本型经营体系，是以日本企业和管理者的管理哲学一一“和谐”管理思想基础上构建的。在国际化浪潮涌向世界每一角落的今天，“面向复杂性，和谐管理理论的概念、原则及框架”的构建，是21世纪经济模型建立的基础之一，基于“和谐”管理理论的日本型经营体系的再探讨，是和谐管理理论在实践中的尝试．

Complete streets at the municipal level: A review of American municipal Complete Street Policy

The Complete Streets Act of 2009 preceded a proliferation of municipal level complete streets policies across United States. These policies aim to challenge auto-centric street design standards in favor of “complete streets” that are safe for users of all abilities. This proliferation of “complete streets” policy is noteworthy progress in addressing the needs of non-motorized street users and sustainable transportation. However, research that critically and systematically analyzes the specific content of the policies and how they attempt to guide street design decision-making is limited. We address this gap through a review of municipal level Complete Street policy. We sampled a total of 113 municipal level complete streets policies drawn from The National Complete Streets Coalition’s database. We reviewed the policies to inventory their qualitative content, probe their definitions, and understand their implications for design and implementation. We conclude that most municipal Complete Street policies do not guide the negotiation of tradeoff between users within the street right-of-way. The policies are broad and defer to idealistic goals of safely accommodating all user types equally without recognizing the implicit hierarchy of accommodation. This study is limited to analyzing the content of the policies alone; we argue this is a necessary first step in critically thinking through Complete Street policy development and examining if current municipal policies are able to successfully challenge the primary accommodation of automobility. Without a critical analysis, there is a risk of replicating policy that is ineffective at achieving the core goals outlined by the Complete Streets concept.     

论瓦尔德兹戏剧中的隔膜主题

瓦尔德兹作为奇卡诺族的代言人，在其创作的戏剧中始终潜隐着隔膜的主题。通过戏剧展示了由于美国主流社会对奇卡诺族的歧视压制，而导致的生存在与其他种族之间、族群内部的阶层之间以及家庭内部的隔膜中韵奇卡诺人的困境与情感痛苦，反映了奇卡诺族个体实现自我价值的渴望。     

关于流动商贩的治理

流动商贩治理是城市社会管理的重要内容,对流动商贩的有效管理有利于促进城市社会管理的优化。传统城市社会管理体制下的流动商贩治理存在治理理念落后、治理主体单一、治理机制不健全、治理模式暴力因素明显、治理成本较高等问题。在新型城市社会管理模式下,要实现对流动商贩的有效治理,必须在治理理念、治理主体、治理手段、治理机制、治理模式等方面有所转变。     

Authentic dining experiences in ethnic theme restaurants

The literature on ethnic theme restaurants has already shown that patrons of such restaurants often wish to experience authentic ethnic culture, and customer satisfaction correlates with authenticity. This study examines the relationship between importance and performance of perceptions of authentic dining experiences in ethnic theme restaurants, and attempts to verify the influence of authentic dining experiences on repurchase intention in ethnic theme restaurants. After designing questionnaire content and sampling, this study obtained 538 samples. The analytical results show that authentic dining experiences effectively indicate customer repurchase intention. This study thus concludes that to attract more customers, ethnic theme restaurants should improve their service, settings, and food to provide customers a more authentic dining experience.

会展商务活动项目运作的综合性、系统性、联动性特征正在催生会展业态布局调整的新格局,会展主题街区的形成正是会展业态布局结构日益优化的结果。在梳理总结会展主题街区发展的历史背景和形成路径的基础上,以上海光大会展主题街区为例做了实证分析,探讨了以会展主题街区为载体的符合中国城市特点的现代展馆发展新模式,为完善和提升会展主题街区功能提出了相关的对策建议。

文章从构建会展业和旅游业战略联盟视角分析其合作的动因,采用定量研究方法对合约式联盟和股权联盟动因、处于不同产业链位置的联盟动因、不同类别组织间的联盟动因的差异性进行了分析。

唐代诗人孟浩然的《夜归鹿门歌》,通过环境、人物、动静场景的对比,图形-背景随着环境对比而不断改变,诗人用朴实自然的语言表现了内心感受,凸显了诗人对悠然自得、清闲脱俗的生活的追求及赞美之情。
