城市公共设施供给中的融资创新——一种基于政府付费或补贴的资产证券化方式

城市政府当期财政难以满足未来城市建设中的公共设施需求,城市发展需要公共融资创新."私人生产、政府付费或补贴、公众消费"模式是城市公共设施融资中一种吸引私人投资的较好模式.在该模式基础上,提出了一种基于政府付费或补贴的资产证券化创新方式,阐述了该方式的运用范围、基本结构和运作流程,并分析了该方式在城市建设中运用的基本条件.     

Do religion and spirituality matter for hotel workers’ well-being and guests’ happiness? An update of the Attraction-Selection-Attrition theory

Drawing on the Attraction-Selection-Attrition (ASA) theory (Schneider et al., 1995), this paper examines how adhering to religious regulations and offering spiritual facilities may affect hotel workers’ psychological well-being and guests’ happiness. Using a mixed method approach, we collected data through two studies on religious practices and spiritual facilities at 5-star hotels in Jordan. In the first stage, interviews were conducted with 18 senior managers at hotels in the Dead Sea area (study 1). In the second stage, data were collected from Muslim guests who visited and stayed at a 5-star hotel in Jordan (study 2) and the hypotheses were tested with partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3.3.3. Our results indicate that spiritual facilities at hotels enhance workers’ well-being and guests’ happiness while not adhering to religious regulations adversely affects workers’ well-being and guests’ happiness. The paper offers a contextual and novel framework to understand the linkages between religion/spirituality and psychology at hotels in a diverse cultural context in the Middle East. The empirical studies highlight the contextual relevance and extension of Schneider’s (1995) ASA theory by incorporating religiosity/spiritualty and well-being of hotel employees in a Middle Eastern context.     

基于主成分分析法对保障房的商业设施配置研究——以武汉市为例

保障房性住房政策极大改善了中低收入阶层住房难问题,其商业设施配置对保障对象生活有重要影响。为了研究武汉市保障性住房商业设施配置,本文选择武汉市五处保障房商业设施,调查了影响保障对象生活的商业设施业种,通过主成分分析法,将保障房商业设施配置中的多类业种综合成为三个主成分。并提出了在保障性住房商业设施规划及管理中的一些建议,这将为保障房公共设施配置提供更具合理性和科学性的决策依据。

Idiosyncratic use of credit facilities by consumers in an emerging economy

A worldwide increase in household debt since the turn of the century has created considerable concern about the indebtedness of households, especially those in emerging economies that have been hit particularly hard by the global economic slump. In this study, the credit consumption of consumers in Swaziland (N = 264) was investigated by means of a survey that aimed to identify and describe factors that encouraged consumers' use of credit, the influence of credit on their buying behaviour when choosing major household appliances or furniture as well as consumers' knowledge of the conditions of credit facilities that were available for their use in retail. Findings revealed that consumers unequivocally appreciate the convenience that is associated with credit, specifically to cope with unexpected purchases, to benefit from special offers and opportunity to afford expensive goods. These advantages apparently negate the negative consequences such as high interest rates and strain on household budgets. Mean scores that were obtained in the knowledge test that only reflected upon credit agreements that respondents have actually entered into in the past, confirmed their ignorance pertaining to their contractual obligations and their consequent vulnerability. Consumers' age and gender seem to have noteworthy consequences for efforts to enhance informed consumer decision‐making. Younger females were significantly better informed that their older counterpart while the reverse was true for males, although differences were not significant. The significant inverse relationship between income and the LS‐means for the credit knowledge test differ from findings in developed countries and provide valuable opportunity for further investigation.

美军未来地面运输装备前瞻

现代科技与人类创造力的完善结合创造出许多极富想象力的现代机械,文章介绍了四种将在未来装备美军的地面运输装备,包括未来战斗系统中的后勤机器人车辆、未来战术卡车系统、机械外骨骼、仿生学机器人,它们不仅是可以高效完成战场运输任务的运输机械．更是美军科研创新体制先进性的证明,其研发思路和功能运用对我军相关研究具有启示和借鉴作用。     

城市环境设施的设计原则

分析总结了城市环境设施规划的基本原则,将其归纳为经济性、实用性、生态性三个方面。认为只有对这三个方面的原则系统地和全面地分析把握,才能科学地设计出优秀的现代城市环境设施。     

乳腺癌术后患侧上肢PICC置管化疗的临床应用

目的探讨PICC在乳腺癌患者患侧上肢临床使用效果。方法确定健侧上肢无法置管,患侧上肢无肿胀,术中只结扎腋静脉的分支,对腋静脉没有影响的25例患者,实施患侧上肢PICC置管,置管后做好肢体及导管护理。结果 25例患侧置管患者,14例在贵要静脉置管,11例肘正中静脉置管,胸片显示：管尖端均进入上腔静脉中下端,留置时间为126～168d,6～8疗程。贵要静脉发生穿刺口感染1例,肘正中静脉发生静脉炎4例,经处理后症状改善,全部顺利完成化疗,无严重并发症发生,顺利拔管。结论正确评价患侧上肢血管,严格规范置管和导管维护,重视对患者宣教,乳腺癌患者患侧上肢可行PICC置管。     

基于联合分析法的城市住区绿地雨水设施 居民喜好度研究

城市化进程带来如城市内涝等诸多环境问题,使得 海绵城市和低影响开发成为热点。城市住区绿地作为城市绿地 的一个重要类型,既是住区居民重要的景观游憩场地,也是海 绵城市低影响开发的重要海绵体,是兼具径流绩效和景观绩效 等综合绩效的复合设施。如何让雨水设施在发挥径流绩效的同 时兼具满足居民需求的景观绩效,是目前相关研究的难点和热 点。居民喜好度的研究是住区绿地雨水设施景观绩效优化提升 的重要方法之一。通过联合分析法,遴选雨水收集、雨水转 输和雨水调蓄3个环节的源头减排雨水设施,模拟江南住区中 心绿地雨水设施场景收集居民评价,进行不同居民群体的设 施喜好度效用值相关性统计和住区绿地不同类型雨水设施效 用值及相对重要性分析。并通过走访、文献查阅解析所得数 据,为住区绿地雨水设施景观绩效提升和低影响开发设计提 供启示和借鉴。
