合理接续条件下旅客列车开车时刻研究

在分析接续列车到达时刻协调性的基础上,引入合理接续条件的概念,运用同余理论从多列换乘接续列车的可达性和合理性方面构造多列车换乘衔接模型,界定各方向列车的合理开车时刻。以青藏铁路旅客列车为例,在采用季节性旅客列车开行方案的基础上,模拟验算各方向列车的发车时间范围,说明算法模型计算过程比较简单,但对于实际列车的开行需要进行综合统筹,才能达到满意的效果。

Allocation of track capacity: Experimental evidence on the use of priority auctioning in the railway industry

Allocation of track capacity concerns multiple users facing demand indivisibilities, running trains over an inelastic supply of railway tracks. The paper suggests a Vickrey-type mechanism to handle incentive aspects of this technically complex optimisation task. Here, the price for operating a train will correspond to the bids foregone by other operators who are pushed off their preferred routes. The paper reports the results of 11 experimental markets using variations of this mechanism where each market includes up to 10 trading periods, and subjects bid for routes over a highly stylised railway network. The experiments generated solutions that capture 90–100% of potential benefits.

Liquidity,exchange listing,and common stock performance

The liquidity of securities—the relationship between volume of trading and changes in market price—has won increasing recognition as an element of investment strategy in recent years. Relatively high liquidity is deemed to be a desirable characteristic of a stock, especially for the institutional investor, who typically trades in large volume. Thus, firms can generally be expected to seek means of enhancing the liquidity of their shares. One of the supposed means of accomplishing this is by listing one's stock on a national securities exchange. This paper examines the relationship of common stock liquidity to both exchange listing and price behavior during major up and down movements in the market. Our conceptual and empirical analyses indicate that liquidity is linked to price behavior; and we suggest that the view held by at least some corporate officers—that exchange listing increases liquidity—may be erroneous. More specifically, it appears that when the amount of firm capitalization is taken into account, exchange listing does not result in greater stock liquidity.     

基于应急物资优先权的铁路空车调配研究

近年来突发性的自然灾害发生频繁,应急物资调运优化问题成为研究热点.基于模糊综合评判方法对应急物资优先权进行了分析,并结合车种代用,构建了考虑应急物资优先权的车种代用空车调配模型.分析表明,若适当选取多目标的权重系数,则该多目标模型既适用于应急救援过程中的物资调运,又适用于日常的物资调运.     

铁路运输与区域经济系统相关性与协调性定量评价

交通运输与区域经济是相互影响、相互促进和相互制约的两个系统,两者之间只有形成一种动态平衡协调关系,才能相互促进、协调发展。利用相关性分析与灰色关联度模型对铁路运输与河南省区域经济两个系统的相关性进行了定量分析;对于交通运输与区域经济发展的协调性,运用多维灰色动态协调模型,进行数学建模分析。通过运用多种量化工具,分析结果表明,铁路运输与区域经济发展之间相关性极高,应加强铁路运输适应区域经济发展的需求。根据上述结论,提出相关建议。

随着物流被列为十大振兴产业革命之一,目前,我国铁路多经物流运输企业正面临着一个十分良好的发展机遇,近年来,不少企业通过各种方式扩大自己的生产经营规模,以取得更好的经营效果。通过运用多元线性回归模型来分析企业的规模经济,分别从理论和实例两个方面相结合进行研究,论证铁路多经物流存在着局部和总体的规模经济,结合此多元线性回归模型分析铁路多经物流由于规模扩大而出现经济的原因。
