资助育人：创新贫困大学生人格完善模式

随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深入，贫困大学生数量日益增多。当前，贫困大学生资助工作取得了一定成绩，但也面临着许多问题。科学推进大学生资助育人工作，不断创新贫困大学生人格完善模式，是当今高校面临的一项重大课题。     

The effectiveness of non-standard monetary policy in addressing liquidity risk during the financial crisis: The experiences of the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank

A number of studies sought to measure the effects of non-standard policy on bank funding markets. This paper carries those estimates a step further by looking at the effects of bank funding market stress on the volume of bank lending. By separately modeling loan supply and demand, we determine how non-standard central bank measures affected bank lending by reducing stress in bank funding markets. Our results suggest that non-standard policy measures lowered bank funding volatility in the US and the Euro Area. Lower bank funding volatility in turn increased loan supply in both regions, contributing to sustained lending activity.     

Talent management: Current theories and future research directions

Research on Talent Management (TM) has been lagging behind businesses in offering vision and leadership in this field. After sketching a comprehensive outline of knowledge about TM, theoretical as well as practical, we introduce the papers in this special issue and their important contributions. This introductory article contributes to filling the knowledge gap by offering a research agenda at multiple levels and in multiple contexts. We also discuss methodological issues in the study of TM, and conclude by identifying several key trends that are now, and will continue to influence the practice and study of TM in the future.

2012年,广西富川县被确定为全国33个也是广西唯一的农村土地流转规范化管理和服务试点市（县、区）.人民银行贺州市中心支行对试点工作取得的成效、金融支持情况、金融支持面临的制约因素等进行了全面深入的调研,并提出了针对性对策建议.     

Refugee influx: Repercussions and research agenda for service scholars

Service provision is an integral part of hosting refugees. However, the service scholar community has remained rather dormant in regard to focusing on refugee issues. This is indeed surprising given international refugee influx is today one of the more pressing issues for developing and developed countries alike. This research note aims to identify the demands on countries’ “service ecosystems” after an influx of migrants arrives in a country, and suggests research avenues for scholars. Resolving service related issues can assist practitioners and government bodies in how to better design and manage the interface between refugees and the new (service) ecosystems these actors have entered when reaching a host country. Therefore, this research note outlines the challenges of such refugee in- or through flux relating to service provision by focusing on the incoming actors (refugees) as well as the resident actors (locals, service providers, government bodies etc.). Repercussions as well as the subsequent agenda for inquiry for service scholars outlined refer to the various system levels from micro to macro, such as on individual, family, city, regional, state and national level, but also outside the system on an international level.     

What happened to the class of Year 2000: Examining their research and employment records

Today's academic environment requires high levels of research from faculty to earn promotion and tenure [P&T], merit pay, summer research grants, and other university resources. Increasingly rigorous doctoral programs have increased the competition for publishing high quality academic research. Those individuals seeking faculty positions should recognize the varying research standards of different strata of accounting programs. Most P&T committees compare candidates' research productivity to that of schools in their strata (i.e., their peer or aspirational schools). This study thus examines the research productivity through 2009 for all Year 2000 graduates from U.S. accounting doctoral programs. Information is categorized by different strata of schools to highlight current research accomplishments, and, by implication, research requirements. These results should help faculty and university administrators make better informed decisions.

对证券投资基金的信息披露,不仅是实现对证券投资基金的有效监管、保护证券投资基金份额持有人利益,也是维持金融市场乃至整个社会稳定和谐的必要手段。现阶段,为加快我国证券投资基金发展,我们需要进一步深刻理解证券投资基金信息披露的内涵,认识我国证券投资基金信息披露的意义,了解我国证券投资基金信息披露的现状及存在的问题,完善我国证券投资基金信息披露,以促进我国证券投资基金的健康发展。     

通货膨胀预期管理下信贷支农问题研究

本文对国内外农业信贷、农产品价格与通货膨胀相关性进行研究。以农业大市广西贵港市为例,对农业信贷供给与需求、农业信贷的质与量供给进行实证分析。提出了信贷支农与通货膨胀预期管理有关思考,以供参考。     

金融支持油茶产业化发展研究--以百色市为例

油茶业集经济效益、生态效益和社会效益于一体,是我国食用油发展的重要项目之一。百色市是广西传统的油茶主产区之一,油茶产业化发展仍处于起步阶段,具有很强的可塑性。文章基于林业产业化特征,考察百色市油茶产业化发展的状况,分析金融支持油茶产业化发展存在的问题,提出金融支持油茶产业化发展思路。

本文以贺州市为实证,对我国农村合作经济组织的发展现状、融资特点、融资功能弱的原因等进行了全面深入的调查分析,并针对性地提出了拓展农村合作经济组织融资功能的对策建议。
