结合物联网概念与港口物流特点,将物联网技术应用于港口,具体介绍了物联港总体架构及主要业务功能,分析了各个功能模块的实施目的和操作流程,并针对物联港建设可能出现问题提出了应对措施,以实现通过物联港建设提高港口作业效率、降低作业成本、提升港口综合服务水平的目的。

就目前太仓港的物流环境进行了调研,针对其经营现状与存在问题,提出了一些建议及发展策略,以推动港口物流的建设。     

港口物流系统的发展战略和体系架构研究

从港口物流基本结构和特征出发,提出了我国港口物流系统的发展对策,在此基础上对更为现代化的“港区联动一体化”的港口物流体系架构进行深入探讨,并提出建构模型和具体战略对策。     

The influence of supply chain collaboration on collaborative advantage and port performance in maritime logistics

Although many academics and practitioners in the maritime industry have recognised the importance of supply chain collaboration (SCC) between ports and port users, there is still a lack of empirical work on this issue. This work empirically investigates the association between SCC, collaborative advantage and port performance in a maritime logistics context. Data were collected via a web-based questionnaire survey which engaged 178 responses from maritime logistics firms in South Korea. Hypotheses were tested by using structural equation modelling, following a hierarchical analysis process. The results confirm that SCC has positive impacts on collaborative advantage, which in turn helps to improve port performance. The finding indicates that collaborative advantage has a full mediation effect on the link SCC-port performance. This work invites managers to recognise the positive outcomes of inter-organisational SCC practices in enhancing collaborative advantage and port performance within port supply chain.     

浅谈工程造价管理的成本控制探究

文章首先对造价管理与成本控制的关系进行了简要分析,然后以轨道吊装设备为例,对其生产过程中的成本构成以及关键环节中的成本控制思路进行了介绍,最后结合上海优平港口机械设备生产制造企业实例,对成本控制方面存在的主要问题以及完善对策展开了分析探讨,希望能够促进成本控制效益的进一步提高。     

我国股市扩容速度研究的一个模型分析

我国股市经历了快速扩容的阶段,而如何确定一个理想的扩容速度是一件很有意义的工作。本文以上海综合指数为例研究了影响股市扩容的各种因素,以合理市盈率为基础建立了一个研究模型,并表明股市融资速度既取决于经济增长速度、实际利率等宏观经济因素,也取决于股指制定方式等制度因素,同时在短期还取决于股指相对收益率。     

Residents’ attitudes toward the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai prior to and during the event

This paper examines residents’ attitudes to a major non-sport-related mega event, the 2010 Shanghai Expo. Resident attitudes research can ascertain how best to accommodate host community views, a key issue in developing sustainable tourism strategies. The paper breaks new ground by examining attitudes both before and during the event, revealing considerable fluidity in attitudes, and it examines residents’ attitudes in China, reflecting the importance of non-western cultural and political systems on attitude development. The paper contributes to longitudinal research, an area where little research is available. Two studies were conducted before and during the 2010 Shanghai World Expo using the same survey instrument. It is based on a representative sample of residents of Shanghai who were asked about their attitudes to Expo 2010. Results indicate that residents on the whole strongly supported (77.9%) or supported (12.7%) the event with all the average scores of the attitude items higher than 5 (on a 1–7 scale). Some negative impacts were identified such as increased prices, traffic problems, crowding and congestion. Residents were classified into three groups in the pre-event survey (whole embracer, ambivalent embracer and neutralist), according to their level of support, and two groups for the survey during the event.     

港口工程中台风应对策略

在港口工程中,譬如外海防护建筑物施工,其作业常常遭受台风袭击。据调查,港口的重大工程事故的发生大多源自于台风,其产生的大浪和风暴破坏大量的工程建筑,因此港口工程台风应对策略成为决定工程结构安全、控制工程造价等的主要防御措施之一。笔者根据多年的实践工作经验,在本文中对港口工程台风应对的必要性进行分析,并从各个角度探讨应对台风工作的具体措施。     

福建海洋港口与码头产业人才培养调研与分析

通过对福建省港口与码头产业中的国际货运代理行业人才情况进行调研,分析货代行业人才的需求、供给、人才结构、岗位能力要求等方面,指出目前存在的问题,进而提出人才培养方面的建议。     

人口空间移动与公共资源配置的公平性分析——以上海为例

人口空间移动与公共管理和服务资源配置之间是双向互动的关系。以上海为例,分析2000-2010年人口空间移动特征,并引入泰尔指数测算公共资源区域配置的公平性。人口变动受外来人口迁移和市内人口迁移双重影响,现有的公共资源配置与常住人口总量及其结构不相匹配。未来公共资源供给和服务分配的政策应按照"有条件的均等化"的原则进行制度安排,在人口空间移动和服务资源配置的良性互动中调控人口发展和城市化进程。
