我国中小商业银行多元化经营的效应分析

本文利用超越对数函数和对我国中小银行1987～2004年间多元化经营行为的经济效应进行了实证分析，并从存量和流量角度探究了当前多元化经营的发展水平，提出了我国中小银行多元化经营的行为动因与逻辑。研究发现，我国中小银行存在明显的范围经济，但长期以来多元化经营发展缓慢，现行金融制度环境和中小银行经营机制缺陷是根本原因，外部市场环境约束影响了中小银行的多元化经营，内部风险控制不足制约了多元化的发展动力，过分追求规模扩张影响了多元化经营效果，市场定位模糊导致多元化经营的盲从，因此，要提升中小银行多元化经营水平，必须从外部金融制度和自身经营机制入手。     

出口退税政策调整对地方外向型经济发展的影响

本文对我国2007年6月19日的出口退税政策调整进行了简要介绍,并就此次调整对地方外向型经济发展的正面、负面影响做了分析。最后,就地方政府和相关企业如何应对此次调整提出了几点建议。     

Phoenix rising: Legal reforms and changes in valuations in Finland during the economic crisis

Finland experienced an extremely severe economic depression in the early 1990s. As a part of the government's crisis management policies, significant new legislation was passed that increased supervisory powers of financial market regulators and reformed bankruptcy procedures significantly decreasing the protection of creditors. We show that the introduction of these new laws resulted in positive abnormal stock returns. The new laws also lead to increases in firms’ Tobin's q, especially for more levered firms. In contrast to previous studies, our results also suggest that public supervision of financial markets fosters rather than hampers financial market development.     

石油化工循环经济的比较研究

针对石油化工是我国循环经济的重点产业，采用比较研究的方法，揭示了循环经济与生态产业、循环经济与清洁生产、循环经济与资源综合利用、循环经济与环境无害化技术等相互关系。进而从人才、政策、资金、技术等方面，提出加快石化企业实施循环经济的若干基本对策和措施。     

Managerial social capital,strategic orientation,and organizational performance in an emerging economy

This study replicates and extends previous research focusing on China, to a sub‐Saharan African emerging economy environment. Specifically, the study directly replicates the impact of social capital derived from the micro‐managerial networking relationships and ties with top managers at other firms and government officials on macro‐organizational performance using data from Ghana. This study further extends previous work by examining the impact of social capital derived from managerial social networking relationships and ties with community leaders on organizational performance. It examines how the relationship between social capital and organizational performance is contingent on an organization's competitive strategic orientation. The findings suggest that social capital developed from managerial networking and social relationships with top managers at other firms, government officials (political leaders and bureaucratic officials), and community leadership enhance organizational performance. The findings from the contingency analyses reveal some interesting trends. The impact of social capital on organizational performance differs between firms that pursue the different competitive strategies (low‐cost, differentiation, and combination of low‐cost and differentiation) and those who do not pursue those strategies. 排污税在循环经济发展初期推进效用的经济分析

循环经济发展的实质是在将环境治理成本计入生产成本的情况下,理顺产品的价格和供给数量。在循环经济发展的初期,单独使用征收排污税的方法对循环经济没有推进效用。在政府面临既要提高企业循环生产的积极性,又要避免产品出现剧烈的价格波动引起信用危机的两难境地的情况下,政府应探索多种方法推进循环经济发展。
