高技术产业技术创新战略联盟利益分配研究

本文引入贡献率、投入比率、风险承担率以及谈判力强度等影响因素,分别对高技术产业技术创新联盟有形利益和无形利益分配进行研究,建立了基于 AHP －GEM的综合有形利益分配模型、无形利益 Nash 谈判模型及其推广模型,使利益分配更加科学合理,并以 TD 产业联盟为例进行分析,验证模型的可行性。     

Internationalization Strategies Underlying the Performance of Foreign Banks in Latin American Markets

In this article, we evaluate the internationalization strategies underlying the performance of foreign banks in Latin American countries. Based on a multiple case study, we investigated the organizational paths in the study countries, the market segments served and performance. Our results show that it is possible to consider both economic and behavioral perspectives in this kind of analysis in order to map the entry modes and features of large banks in the study countries. We observed that some banks may have similar strategies in local markets, with particular emphasis on local adaptation, while others seem to promote the development of previous corporate characteristics.     

分解纤维素霉菌的分离,纯化与鉴定

以滤纸纤维素为碳源,从我院青苑和南区草地的土壤中分别分离1株能分解纤维素的真菌菌株。分别对其进行了滤纸分解度、羧甲基纤维素酶活力(CMCase)、滤纸糖化力(FPA)和天然纤维素酶活力的测定,结果表明:①一种黑色霉菌对滤纸的分解能力最强,不到12小时滤纸全成糊状;②同时羧甲基纤维素酶活力、滤纸糖化力和天然纤维素酶活力也最高,分别为2.568(mg/ml)30min、0.28(mg/ml).h和227(mg/ml).d。     

中央企业发展定位与管理策略探讨

近年来,按照现代企业制度的要求,我国中央企业国有资产管理取得了巨大的成效,但在中央企业的角色定位与功能发挥上仍存在较大的问题。在中央企业国有资产管理和企业发展中,应当建构起既面向市场机制又服务国家战略的中央企业角色定位,对竞争性行业的中央企业和垄断性行业的中央企业区别对待,分别采取不同的管理方式和考核标准,以实现中央企业资源优势和社会责任的统一,进而达到中央企业的发展和社会发展同步。     

VIEDIOJET电气技术在济钢侧喷系统中的应用

介绍了用于济钢中厚板侧喷系统的VIEDIOJET电气控制原理，主要包括VIEDIOJET电气硬件组成、控制原理以及钢板侧喷的工艺原理；同时简要介绍了西门子S7—200、TD200的原理，实践证明，VIEDIOJET电气技术在济钢钢板侧喷系统中发挥了核心作用。     

委托—代理投资与金融危机的形成

回顾 2 0世纪 80年代以来发生的主要金融危机 ,作者认为委托—代理投资及其引发的道德风险是导致资产泡沫形成、膨胀和破灭并最终引发金融危机的重要原因 ,最后给出相关结论。     

The decline of the professionally-qualified accounting academic: Recruitment into the accounting academic community

The profile of the accounting academic has changed in recent years. The earliest academics were often recruited from the accountancy profession. Now the typical accounting academic recruit has a profile similar to the rest of the university, with the PhD being the qualification of choice. The reasons for this trend are examined using a cultural and institutional logics framework. The recruitment context and the institutional changes impacting on recruitment in accounting in academia are explored through the views of heads of department who have knowledge of both their institution’s recruitment policies and of the requirements of their discipline. As the research assessment process appears to be a driver of changing recruitment patterns, recruitment is considered in contrasting contexts: Scotland, where periodic research assessment takes place in both old and new universities, and the Republic of Ireland which does not have such a process. Despite differences in the views expressed by heads in these different contexts and differences in their research environments, the trend in all sectors is towards the recruitment (Scotland) or development (Republic of Ireland) of PhD holders rather than professionally qualified staff. The consequences for the nature of the discipline are discussed.     

IOS环境下塔防游戏实现

以软件工程思想为指导,分析了游戏策划方案,以iPhone平台塔防游戏项目为依托,采用MVC设计模式,完成了该款游戏的设计和实现,主要工作包括完成了游戏程序结构设计和资源文件结构设计,以及核心类和场景类;在进行相关技术分析的基础上,参与完成了物理引擎、动画系统和声音系统,完成了游戏的框架设计、结构设计和GUI设计;通过类设计和程序实现,完成了具体设计,对开发过程中的难点问题进行了分析,并提出了解决方案。     

构建福建国有资本经营预算管理模式的实践与探索

2007年福建对所出资企业试行国有资本经营预算体系,出台国有资本收益收缴管理办法,但国有资本收益收缴多年来仍未实现,省级国有资本经营预算制度也尚未建立。为此福建需建构国有资本经营预算体系,建立和实现国有资本预算、公共财政预算、社会保障预算三种预算体系,建立国有资本经营预算三级预算编制组织体系,完善规范的国有资本收益收缴制度;在海峡西岸经济区的战略框架下,促进国有资产的保值增值。     

基于PLC的旋风袋式除尘器自控系统设计

本文针对在国内工业除尘环保设备常用的旋风袋式除尘器,以S7-200PLC作为整个电气控制的核心。系统设计中采用了TD200文本显示终端,使参数的修改与显示既方便使用也方便维护管理。
