国有企业成本管理现状及原因分析

本文从成本管理这一特定视角入手。分析了国有企业现状,有针对性地阐述了其存在问题的五方面原因,重点提出了解决之道——国有企业增强竞争力的有效途径：（1）成本管理理念的创新;（2）成本管理机制的创新;（3）成本管理内容和方法体系的创新。     

"私了"现象与中国法治进程

私了作为现实生活中客观存在的一种社会现象，给中国法治化进程造成障碍。在社会转型时期，私了的存在具有深刻的社会历史根源和现实原因。要消除私了现象，必须进行综合治理：注重公民的法律文化建设，消灭私了现象得以存在的观念基础；创新诉讼制度，降低诉讼成本，消灭私了现象得以存在的制度基础；加强司法队伍建设，保证廉洁司法，消除私了现象赖以生存的现实基础。     

异化现象与人的发展探析

异化现象存在于商品经济条件下的各个社会发展阶段。社会主义商品经济阶段是通过人们自身实践不断克服异化的过程 ,从而不断向消除异化的共产主义阶段发展。“三个代表”重要思想是克服异化的锐利武器。     

The effect of observables,functional specifications,model features and shocks on identification in linearized DSGE models

The decisions a researcher makes at the model building stage are crucial for parameter identification. This paper contains a number of applied tips for solving identifiability problems and improving the strength of DSGE model parameter identification by fine-tuning the (1) choice of observables, (2) functional specifications, (3) model features and (4) choice of structural shocks. We offer a formal approach based on well-established diagnostics and indicators to uncover and address both theoretical (yes/no) identifiability issues and weak identification from a Bayesian perspective. The concepts are illustrated by two exemplary models that demonstrate the identification properties of different investment adjustment cost specifications and output-gap definitions. Our results provide theoretical support for the use of growth adjustment costs, investment-specific technology, and partial inflation indexation.

沿海 "阴影"城市成因及应对方略——以日照市为例

首先对同一禀赋的50多个沿海城市进行了研究,发现其经济差距非常大;部分沿海城市虽然具有良好的港口、交通、环境等优势条件,但其发展却远不如相邻的周边内陆城市,出现了典型的"阴影"现象.其次,以日照市为例,在挖掘其优势条件与滞后效应矛盾的基础上,深入剖析了制约其发展的各种内外部因素.最后,根据这些制约因素提出了相应的发展策略,以期促使日照市尽快摆脱"阴影"现象.     

Efficiency in Turkish banking: post-restructuring evidence

Turkish banking sector went through a significant restructuring process in the aftermath of the country's financial crisis of 2000–2001. In this paper, we analyze the evolution of banking performance using a novel approach due to Ray [(2007). “Shadow Profit Maximization and a Measure of Overall Inefficiency.” Journal of Productivity Analysis 27, 231–236]. We derive ‘shadow unrealized profit scores’ as well as ‘shadow input–output prices’ for each year and bank in the sector from 2002 to 2011. We argue these scores operationalize the Hicksian concept of ‘monopolistic quiet life’. We provide some evidence the sector came closer to the ‘zero profit condition’ as well as displaying a closer approximation to the ‘law of one price’ over time. We show the variability of these ‘shadow prices’ essentially coincides with that of corresponding actual prices. We utilize shadow price information to show that business models and competitive choices of banks differ across ownership types with foreign banks competing on the broadest front compared to state-owned and privately owned Turkish banks.     

A simple proof of the existence of an equilibrium when the weak axiom holds

An elementary proof of the existence of a competitive equilibrium is given for economies where the weak axiom holds. It is shown by an induction argument on the number of goods that the problem is reduced to the question of the existence of an equilibrium in a two-good economy.
