胜任力视角下海南高职院校“1+X”证书制度试点探究——以酒店管理专业为例

在海南建设自由贸易港的发展契机和新时代高素质、复合型人才需求背景下,基于胜任力视角,将“1+X”证书制度与高职院校课程体系进行对接,通过文献及数据收集和分析,总结海南毕业生留琼率,对标海南星级酒店（企业）内部《工作职责》要求,从技术特征、知识特征和标准能力特征3个维度构建酒店管理专业“职业教育-企业”关系链,提出酒店管理专业人才培养的技术特征、知识特征和标准能力的要求,为推动海南试点院校将“1+X”证书制度与人才培养方案有效融合提供支持,以满足海南建设的人才需求。     

阵列天线在UXB系统标校中的应用

测量船基地现有标校塔与测量船距离只有980 m,无法满足高频段统一X频段（UXB）系统天线的远场标校距离条件。针对这一难题,提出了一种利用阵列天线合成准平面波的方法,实现在近场距离条件下的远场标校。在现有标校塔上架设安装阵列天线设备,利用16个单喇叭天线组成4×4的天线阵,并通过控制单个喇叭天线元的幅度和相位,使得传播到测量船UXB天线口面处由阵列天线合成的电磁波是准平面波,满足X频段天线远场标校要求。综合运用最优化理论和遗传算法,对阵列天线元的幅度和相位权值进行调节和优化,使得合成的电磁波更为接近准平面波。计算机仿真实验和外场条件下的实际测试均验证了该方法生成的准平面波能够满足UXB天线远场标校要求。

Investment responses to Japanese tax reforms: A cross-industry comparison

This paper examines the investment responses to past Japanese tax reforms for individual industries. To identify the tax effect, this paper estimates investment functions by using a covariate of the change in tax-adjusted q caused by tax reform. This method alleviates the measurement error problem and enables the derivation of estimates indicating the valid adjustment cost of investment. Moreover, the findings suggest that firms’ investment responded significantly to tax reforms in the 1980s in general. Also, investments of only a few industries responded to those in the late 1990s, implying that the manner of investment response slightly differs among industries.     

从用人单位英语需求角度看高职英语课程改革

通过分析用人单位对应聘者英语水平的要求情况,结合目前高职英语课程设置的状况,提出了高职英语课程改革的可行性建议。为使高职毕业生的英语水平达到用人单位的需求,应引入多元化英语测试体系,采用＂1＋X＂课程设置模式,积极推广职业英语。     

Rotation Patterns and Trend Estimation for Repeated Surveys Using Rotation Group Estimates

A general approach for constructing filters to produce trend estimates from a repeated survey is described. This approach accounts for the correlation structure induced by the rotation pattern used in the survey. Different filters are developed depending on whether the trend analysis is based on elementary estimates available for each rotation group or overall estimates obtained by combining the rotation group estimates. The properties of trend estimates obtained directly from the elementary estimates, those obtained from the simple average of the rotation group estimates and trend estimates obtained from the best linear unbiased estimates of the population characteristics of interest are compared. These comparisons are done for a number of rotation pattern, enabling an assessment of the impact of the choice of rotation patterns on trend estimation.

Generation X and Their Future Buying Behaviors in the Foodservice Industry

Abstract

This paper details the demographic, societal, and psy-chographic influences on Generation Xers and discusses how these influences impact their buying behavior. Stereotypes attached to Generation Xers -i.e., they are fatalistic, pessimistic, listless, rootless, and goalless -have led to distinct buying behaviors in this population. Research is reviewed to show that Generation Xers are highly affected by technology, diversity, change, and choices, leading to seemingly paradoxical and elusive behaviors in Generation X's buying patterns. For the hospitality industry, the response to Generation X's consumer needs has taken the form of cybercafes and entertainment eateries, and recent trends in how the wine industry and the hotel industry are meeting the needs of Xers demonstrate the power of this population. Generation Xers are emerging as leaders who shape the future operations of the marketplace.

“1+X”证书制度体现了职业教育作为一种类型教育的重要特征,是落实立德树人根本任务、完善职业教育和培训体系、深化产教融合校企合作的一项重要制度设计。通过重点分析在“1+X”证书制度背景下管理机制如何更好地保障人才培养的效果,发现管理机制还存在运行机制需进一步协同、动力机制缺乏有效性、约束机制还尚未完善等一系列问题,提出形成完善运行机制、构建全新动力机制和健全长效约束机制等相应的改革措施,以期为顺利推进“1+X”证书制度的有效开展提供理论和实践依据。
