浅论电子产品质量监督与管理

本文从多年工作实践出发,结合浙江省永康市电子衡器产品质量监督实际,对现有电子产品质量监督中存在的矛盾和问题进行了分析,指出内在和外在的原因并提出如何加强电子产品质量管理的几点意见;同时提出树立服务意识,不断提高质量监督队伍素质和监督水平。     

The Political Economy of Real Exchange Rate Behavior: Theory and Empirical Evidence for Developed and Developing Countries, 1960–2010

Empirical results of testing the PPP hypothesis have constantly shown that relative prices do not converge to the same level, either in the short or the long run. Therefore, the PPP explanation of the real exchange rate does not provide a reasonable measure of competitiveness at the international level. This article puts forth a different approach based on the works of Ricardo, Marx, Harrod and Shaikh. It argues that the real relative unit labor cost is the main factor explaining the long-run behavior of the real exchange rate. The second section of the article explains the theoretical underpinnings of our approach. The third section analyzes the role of the real interest rate differential in explaining real exchange rate misalignments. In the fourth section, we present a graphical analysis of the interrelation among the real effective exchange rate, the real unit labor cost ratio, the short-run real interest rate differential and the trade balance for 16 OECD countries, Taiwan and three developing countries for the period 1960–2010. The fifth section investigates the long-run relationship between the latter three indexes through co-integrating and error correction models using the ARDL–ECM framework. The last section provides our conclusions.     

Purchasing process models: Inspiration for teaching purchasing and supply management

Most scholars of purchasing and supply management (PSM) are familiar with some form of a purchasing process model (PPM). A PPM is the visual representation of the sequence of activities that constitute purchasing and supply management. Such a visual representation can be a tool in teaching PSM since it gives students an overview of an otherwise intangible process. Moreover, a PPM can also be viewed as a representation of the identity of PSM, providing a schema of what is PSM (and what it is not). In this notes and debates article, a systematic overview of different types of PPMs, and their evolution, is presented, based on a literature review and a survey, with the models being classified as tactical/operational, strategic, cyclical, or decision-making processes. Our first aim is to inspire PSM scholars and educators when they are considering various PPMs to be used in their teaching of PSM. Our second aim is to debate the question where the evolution of PPMs is heading and explore whether a single holistic model can provide an accurate and representative framework to structure purchasing activities both today and in the future.

VP-UML系统建模工具研究

资源配置：政治经济学研究对象新论

研究对象问题既是政治经济学理论问题,又是创新构建政治经济学体系的基本问题。传统观点认为政治经济学的研究对象是生产关系,是阐明人类社会中支配物质资料生产、交换、分配及消费的客观规律的科学。但政治经济学必须随时代的发展而发展,其研究对象绝不能仅仅局限于生产关系,政治经济学从本质上要求研究资源配置问题,将资源配置纳入政治经济学研究对象,是体现政治经济学与时俱进,开拓创新的重要标志。     

供应链绩效评价体系、方法、对象研究综述

对近年来国内外关于供应链绩效评价的研究文献进行了系统分析与研究,回顾梳理供应链绩效评价的理论体系,对供应链绩效评价指标体系、评价方法、评价对象等方面进行分析,指出了现有供应链绩效评价研究成果的优点和不足之处,并提出供应链绩效评价未来的研究方向。     

论并购企业的财务决策

在并购企业兼并收购中,财务决策的科学性十分重要,它可使企业避免并购风险,实现成功并购战略。本文在对并购协同效应概念界定的基础上,运用了两种企业价值评估模型对企业并购的协同效应进行了定量分析,并探讨了企业并购决策时应考虑的支付方式问题。
