通过中间产品两种定价方式模型的比较分析,看到协同定价的优越性和重要作用,得出中间产品定价不仅是利润分配的工具,更是提高供应链竞争力的重要途径。     

构建油田企业单项资产全寿命周期效益评价体系的思考

目前油田企业的资产管理方面存在诸多问题,如油气资产折旧、折耗及报废不合理,资产闲置严重,资产管理制度不完善及管理责任不够明确等问题。随着勘探开发的不断深入和企业自身的滚动发展,为了节减成本提高资产经营效率,油田企业需加强自身资产的管理。对于如何才能全面反映资产整个寿命周期各个阶段的管理状况,应该采用何种分析方法,评价指标、评价方法和评价标准进行构建评价体系等本文做了进一步的思考与探讨。     

Correlation dynamics and international diversification benefits

Forecasting the evolution of security co-movements is critical for asset pricing and portfolio allocation. Hence, we investigate patterns and trends in correlations over time using weekly returns for developed markets (DMs) and emerging markets (EMs) over the period 1973–2012. We show that it is possible to model co-movements for many countries simultaneously using BEKK, DCC, and DECO models. Empirically, we find that correlations have trended upward significantly for both DMs and EMs. Based on a time-varying measure of diversification benefits, we find that it is not possible to circumvent the increasing correlations in a long-only portfolio by adjusting the portfolio weights over time. However, we do find some evidence that adding EMs to a DM-only portfolio increases diversification benefits.     

CONVERTIBLE BOND PRICING MODELS

Convertible bonds are an important segment of the corporate bond market, with worldwide outstandings approaching US$235 billion. Simple pricing models value a convertible bond as being equivalent to a straight bond with an embedded option that enables the bond holder to convert to a specific amount of common stock. The straight bond is subject to both interest rate and credit risk, whereas the option to convert is dependent on the underlying stock price, which exposes the convertible bond holder to equity risk. The complexity of these features means that convertible bonds tend to be treated casually in major derivatives and corporate finance textbooks. This paper presents a survey of the theoretical and empirical aspects of convertible bond pricing. The limitations of these studies are highlighted to identify those areas of research that may improve the valuation process and facilitate the application of these securities for corporate financing.     

基于中等收入人群的阶梯电价改革对其经济利益影响的实证分析

实施居民阶梯电价制度的根本目的是为了促进节能减排,电价改革会极大地影响居民的生活成本。本文以四川省仁寿县视高镇为研究对象,从中等收入人群的角度出发,实地调查收集大量数据,通过建立数学模型,定量分析了阶梯电价改革对其经济利益的影响,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期能为相关部门制定改革方案提供参考。     

高校国有资产共建共享信息化及平台建设的探讨

在分析高校国有资产共建共享信息化及平台建设的意义、存在问题及现状和可行性基础上,我们提出了高校资产管理信息化及共享共建平台建设的实施方案,利用网络技术将各高校仪器设备管理系统通过中间平台进行互联,实现高校国有资产信息资源共享,通过资产信息资源的共享和利用,从而达到节约资金,提高国有资产的利用率。     

基于Bertrand模型的区域港口双寡头定价策略

基于Bertrand模型的数理分析研究了区域港口双寡头的最优定价策略,指出双寡头在定价策略上的合作有利于提高双方的价格和利润。当寡头存在强弱之分时,强势的寡头定价高一些,弱势的寡头定价低一些,在双方价格的纳什均衡点,双方可以获得最大化的均衡利润。并以上海港与宁波-舟山港为案例进行了实证分析。     

Regulating an Externality-Generating Utility Environmental Taxes Under Limited Information

Global warming is currently an important item on most nationalenvironmental agendas. In many countries, coal-fired electricity generatingstations represent an important source of greenhouse gases. We examinehow regulations to curb emissions affect public utility pricing regulationwhen regulators act non-cooperatively. We show that, when there is limitedinformation on fixed abatement costs, an environmental regulator prefersan emission tax over an output tax or a lump sum environmental tax. Thepublic utility regulator prefers the lump sum tax regime.     

普通高校收费定价模型研究

高等教育收费问题已经成为社会关注的热点问题。本文综合考虑了政府、家庭、学校及社会对高等教育成本的分担能力,制定了一个合理的承担比率,并以此为基础建立了学费定价模型,最后利用相关数据对模型进行了实证分析。     

基于期权的农产品供应链模式分析

首先分析了农产品供应链的一般模式及其存在的问题,然后结合期权理论与农产品供应链的自身特点,以及我国现阶段农民专业合作社的特点及发展情况,提出了新的模式＂公司＋农民专业合作社＋农户＋期权＂。在此模式的基础上,运用经典的Black-Scholes期权定价模型对棉花供应链进行实例分析,说明了在农产品供应链中引入新模式之后,供应链实现了收益共享、风险共担,由此促进了农村经济的发展。
