城市灰尘(City dust)是指粒径小于20目(0.920毫米)、分散于城市不同区域的表面固体颗粒物,由街道灰尘、区域灰尘、大气灰尘组成.城市灰尘环境污染类型可分为城市灰尘动力污染、城市灰尘地理污染、城市灰尘物质污染、城市灰尘循环污染、城市灰尘人体污染等.通过建立城市灰尘防护林带、城市灰尘阻滞植被带、城市灰尘吸附绿化区等;对城郊土壤污染、城市地下水污染等进行大面积转基因植物修复、地球化学工程治理等,城市灰尘环境污染是可以预防、可以改善可以治理的.     

对税收管理员制度的一点思考

《税收管理员制度(试行)》的颁布为各地税务机关规范税收管理员的责任提供了依据,把税收管理员推到了税收管理的前沿。税收管理员制度是对税收专管员制度的继承和发展,但又与其有本质的区别。通过对税务管理员制度的深入理解和运用,可以提高税收征收管理工作科学化、法制化和规范化水平。     

中小窑(锅)炉消烟除尘脱硫一体化装置的研究

利用核凝原理、窑 (锅 )炉余热 ,在装置内设置收缩段、S通道、水位调节器等 ,实现水气自激、烟尘核凝凝聚、吸收脱硫 ,达到消烟除尘脱硫的目的 ,经测试 ,本装置可使烟气黑度 <1度 ,除尘效率 >98% ,脱硫效率 >85 %。     

Food waste reduction and taking away leftovers: Interplay of food-ordering routine,planning routine,and motives

The hospitality literature is quite deficient in insights on consumer behaviour towards food waste generation and its mitigation in out-of-home dining. The present study addresses this gap by undertaking a mixed-method study to examining a broad spectrum of diners’ behaviour, beginning from planning the meal and ending with bringing the leftovers home. To this end, it utilises the Stimulus-Organism-Response theory to conceptualise the association of planning routine, food-ordering routine, motives, attitude, and behaviour of taking away leftovers and throwing away leftovers. The results of analysis of the data collected from 276 diners in the United States confirm a positive association of food-ordering and planning routines with motives, which, in turn, are positively associated with attitude and the behaviour of taking away leftovers. Finally, attitude is not only negatively associated with throwing away leftovers but also partially mediates the association of motives with throwing leftovers away. Our findings provide useful inputs for businesses and researchers to motivate green consumer behaviour.     

浅析高压气流引射防尘雨幕在煤矿安全生产中的应用

矿尘始终是困扰井下安全生产的最大因素之一。长期从事采掘和粉尘作业环境的职工,易引起尘肺病,在高度粉尘作业场所工作的职工,视线易受阻挡,操作中易造成人身事故。其最大危害在于煤尘具有爆炸危险的矿井,煤尘在一定的条件下易发生煤尘爆炸事故,给矿井安全生产带来很大威胁。     

Development of crash frequency models for safety promotion of urban collector streets

The merits for development and application of crash frequency prediction models for safety promotion on any road type, with a focus on urban collector streets, are presented in this article. The city of Yazd, a medium-sized city in the middle of Iran, was selected as a case study and the data required for modelling crash frequencies along five collector streets comprising 31 street sections were collected. Six models including Poisson and negative binomial models and their deviations along with a hybrid artificial neural networks (ANN) model were developed to predict crash frequency along each street section. The overfitting problem was addressed using appropriate sensitivity analysis methods which were also used to identify the input variables with significant impact on the model performance. The results indicated that the developed hybrid ANN model provided the best performance in terms of accuracy and the number of input variables. The application of hybrid ANN model to evaluate the safety impacts of four different strategies, each resembled by one of the input variables of this model, indicated that these models can successfully be used for this purpose.     

深部“孤岛”工作面通防保障技术研究

由于矿井深部煤层具有"三高一扰动"的特点,进而在一定程度上使得深部安全开采问题逐步突出。受深部煤层煤质松软的影响和制约,在一定程度上为了防止生产和连续工作面之间产生干扰,通常情况下,通过"孤岛"布置方式确保生产的安全进行。采空区以及相邻采空区因"孤岛"布置进而导致容易发生通防事故。因此,通过对深部松软煤层"孤岛"综放面通防保障技术进行研究分析,进而在一定程度上对于安全开采具有重要的现实意义。
