大学生创业孵化基地运营模式探讨

在高校创建创业孵化基地,是深入实施国家创新驱动发展战略、深化高校创新创业教育改革、激发全社会创新潜能和创业活力的重要措施。在创建的过程中,高校要根据孵化平台投资共建的实际情况,科学、合理地选择运作模式、设计运营机制、策划运作流程、创新盈利模式,以探索大学生校内创业孵化基地的运营新模式。     

Does a marching band impact college Football game attendance? A panel study of Division II

Marching bands are an integral part of the college football game-day experience by increasing both the quantity and quality of entertainment. Academic music programs could enhance a band’s entertainment value via better-trained members and recruitment of more highly skilled musicians. The impact of these influences on game-day attendance is explored using data from nine years of regular season games in Division II. The regression model controls for economic factors, home-team performance, demographic influences and game characteristics and employs boot-strap clustering methods for calculating standard errors of coefficients. Results suggest that a marching band, the existence of an academic music program and being a historically black college each exerts an independent positive impact on attendance after controlling for all other factors.     

Bioeconomics of some nonhuman and human societies: new institutional economics approach

New institutional economics (NIE) has been very successful in explaining the role of institutions such as the firm, money, and contract law in facilitating production and exchange in human societies. In this paper, I will show that the NIE approach, which so far has been used by economists to analyze institutions and organizations in human society, including the ethnically homogeneous middleman groups, can also be extended to explain the high degree of cooperation and coordination of activities of honeybees, ants, and schooling fish. In addition, the paper emphasize the importance of identity in nonhuman and human societies in eliciting cooperation and in detecting cheaters or fakers. This paper thus contribute to the integration/consilience of economics and biology by providing a more unified view of aspects of the bioeconomics of nonhuman and human societies.     

艺术设计教育中的素描基础教学

艺术设计专业素描课教学,在重视传统素描基本功训练,强调对素描本身艺术语言研究的前提下,应重视创造性思维,加强对学生的主观创造性的培养.在对不同物象的情绪表达、抽象表达、意象创造、设计构想等美学范畴的思考和训练中,要以提高学生的形态审美能力、设计表达能力和创新思维能力为目标,达到更好地与设计专业课的衔接和过渡,使素描真正成为艺术设计的基础.     

Management heterogeneity,competitive interaction groups,and firm performance

One of the fundamental problems in strategic management is to map a heterogeneous set of firms in an industry into subsets of firms within which firms are homogeneous in their conduct and performance. The strategic group concept provides an answer to this intriguing question. Researchers in strategic group theory argue that firms within the same strategic group are behaviorally similar and thus tend to compete more fiercely within the group than across groups. In this paper, we focus on the question whether firms within the same group show similar decision‐making characteristics. Strategic‐choice theorists argue that top management teams in firms have substantial discretion in determining the future strategic contour of firms. Upper‐echelon theorists also argue that top managers are the strategists who set the direction of firms and the pace of competition in the industry. Further, they argue that top management team characteristics are an important element that determines the market niche in which a firm competes and the strategic direction a firm follows. Based on these arguments, we expect that there will be a significant link between grouping of firms by the patterns of competitive interactions and grouping of firms by top management team heterogeneity. Moreover, we argue that the closer the TMT heterogeneity of a firm is to the dominant heterogeneity in the competitive interaction group, the better it performs. 文沿承中国传统文化——儒家思想"文以载道"的观点,简单阐述何谓德育,德育的历史发展进程,在大学英语教学中渗透德育的必要性和可行性。进而,重点论述了实施过程中应倡导的核心德育理念,应把握的重要德育原则,以及应采用的具体德育方法。笔者力图借助大学英语教学渗透德育。借此,在提高大学生英语水平的同时,提升他们的道德水准和人格魅力。     

俄罗斯、捷克、匈牙利三国不同类型保险公司考察报告

近期,中国人寿集团考察团赴俄罗斯、捷克、匈牙利三国保险市场进行考察,考察团访问了当地市场上5家不同类型、各具特色的保险公司。考察团就集团管控、合规监察、资源整合、品牌宣传、应对危机等方面的内容与5家保险机构进行了广泛而深入的交流。通过此次考察,我们对俄罗斯及东欧保险市场有了进一步的认识,对该地区不同类型保险机构在上述经营方面的经验有了比较深入的了解和掌握。考察团结合我国保险集团化建设的实际情况,借鉴考察所获得的经验,针对我国保险集团化发展提出了相关建议。
