军校学员体质追踪测试与分析

通过对石家庄市某军校2004级学生的身体形态、身体机能和身体素质进行4年的追踪调研,并进行了全面客观地分析,得出结论,为提高部队院校体能训练的科学化水平提供理论依据和实践指导。

在库存管理中,多品种联合订货策略既是个难题,又是一个非常有实用意义的重要课题。为了得到更满意的结果,不断有人在这方面进行探索并伴随有研究成果。文章在他们工作的基础上,运用连续变量的极值理论,给予某些量的舍量近似,得到了一个新的方法。此法立论严谨．计算过程简捷。且所得结果更优。

中心城市经济布局是区域经济布局网络的连接点与核心,区域必须依靠城市把区域内所有的经济活动凝集成一个整体.随着社会、经济的进一步发展,开放型经济的出现,环北部湾经济圈中心城市群有必要进行跨国的区域整合.通过研究环北部湾经济圈中心城市群的经济发展问题,探索开放经济下的中心城市跨国区域整合途径是本文的宗旨.     

Creative Mediations of the City: Contemporary Public Art as Compass of Metro Manila's Urban Conditions

In this article, public art is proposed as creative agency mobilized to form urban imaginaries. These alternate visions are largely facilitated by artists and art collectives using urban communities as performative grounds. These projects promote a view of art as an effective channel for ‘recentering’ — the identification of a multitude of centers that endlessly fracture and shift, very much resembling the nature of cities themselves. An alternate vision of the city through cartography informed by contrast, temporality and ephemerality is proposed alongside dominant representations of the city. Works by artists Alma Quinto, Mark Salvatus and Wire Tuazon are representative examples of such strategies. Diverse in tactics and platforms, defined by site‐specific mediations, the projects facilitated by these artists reveal the uneven conditions that beset Metro Manila and its outlying areas. Quinto's altered Urban Plan/Duyan is the result of her engagement with women in an informal settler community in San Andres Bukid, Manila, while Salvatus's web‐based Neo‐Urban Planner is an astute observation of the obsessive yet futile ordering of people and space by the state. Tuazon's Amphibian installation is a commentary on the encroachment of multinational interests in local communities. These interventions are foils to state‐ and private‐led urban development schemes. Their strength lies in their direct engagement with the sphere of public dialogue and self‐determination. These artistic practices and strategies are shaped by community interaction, revealing that meanings residing in urban forms are relentlessly negotiated by the numerous actors that inhabit the city.     

Strategic Alliances in the Aviation Industry: An Analysis of Turkish Airlines Experience

SUMMARY

This paper investigates antecedents of success/failure in strategic alliances, which is implemented by airline companies as a response to globalization and liberal government policies. The relationship between Turkish Airlines and Qualiflyer Group, the largest airline alliance in Europe until its collapse in 2001, has been taken as a case study to present the question in terms of matching the goals, partner selection, alliance management, and areas of cooperation. Two factors at the macro-level and four factors at the micro-level are found to be important to succeed in strategic airline alliances.     

Identification and Trust in Public Organizations: A communicative approach

Abstract

Little empirical research has examined the link between organizational identification and organizational trust. Identification presupposes a level of consistency in its object, and this study proposes that trust can reduce uncertainty between organization and employee, enabling a bond between the two to form. Secondly, this research looks at how interaction with various organizational groups may affect organizational trust, thereby indirectly encouraging identification. It is thus proposed that organizational trust should be understood as an important mechanism mediating the relationship between interaction with employees at different levels of the organizational hierarchy and identification with the organization as a whole.     

A multiple group analysis of the training transfer model: exploring the differences between high and low performers in a Korean insurance company

This study suggests an integrative transfer of training model and examines the influence of pre-training performance on the relationship between work environment variables and transfer-related variables. Structural equation modeling was conducted with data collected from 365 Korean employees of a large general insurance firm. They were all participants in a leadership development program. The results of multi-group analyses revealed that the influence of work environment variables on transfer-related variables was moderated by employees' pre-training performance. The findings of the study imply that a more elaborate training transfer model that considers performance not just as an outcome variable, but also as an antecedent variable is required. Also, it is proposed that different strategies should be applied to promote transfer of training based on the employee's level of pre-training performance.     

应用型本科院校《现代物流学》课程教学改革研究

在应用型本科教育的背景下,《现代物流学》的教学需要在一定理论知识的基础上,从多方面来锻炼学生的应用能力、实践能力等综合能力。基于此,从教学方法、教学组织、教学条件、实践教学环节、教学资源以及课程考核等方面系统地对《现代物流学》课程提出教学改革的建议。

研究基于胜任力模型的高职院校辅导员绩效评价体系对健全辅导员管理和考核有着重要的意义,有助于辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化建设。笔者从介绍胜任力和绩效的关系出发,分析了基于胜任力的高职院校辅导员绩效评价的优势,进一步探索了基于胜任力模型的辅导员绩效评价体系的构建。
