高校需要尽快构建系统、科学、完整的科研政策体系。借鉴哈贝马斯的沟通理性理论,得出高校制定科研政策时要重视教师参与,弱化行政干预,建立和完善决策参与机制,提高高校教师的民主参与意识。     

You never know what you will get in an Airbnb: poor communication destroys value for guests

ABSTRACT

This study explores the antecedents of value co-destruction in the context of a new form of accommodation, Airbnb. Data were gathered using semi-structured interviews from people who had stayed in Airbnb accommodations during the previous 12 months. A total of 21 interviews were conducted, of people representing five nationalities. Using the grounded theory approach, the findings indicate that poor communication between the guest and host was one of the main reasons contributing to value co-destruction during the Airbnb accommodation experience. From the guest perspective, value co-destruction due to poor communication resulted in unexpected resource losses, including time and money. One interviewee also regretted the lost experience. Although the majority of the interviewees did not have negative Airbnb accommodation experiences, some did not experience a reciprocal and mutually beneficial relationship.

Home alone and often unprepared – intercultural communication training for expatriated partners in German MNCs

This article reports the results of a study of partners who accompany the expatriated representatives of multinational corporations (MNCs) on overseas missions and identifies that they are mostly home alone and often unprepared. Following a review of the literature on issues related to expatriated partners, in particular intercultural communication training (ICT), the article presents the findings of empirical research conducted in Germany on current ICT trends for expatriated partners. The study identifies the ICT methods German MNCs use to support these partners before and during international assignments. The authors surveyed 141 German expatriated partners who went on overseas missions to 36 countries. The results of this research project indicate that traditional ICT is only provided to the minority of partners in German MNCs, follows no predictable time pattern, and is mostly perceived as rather useless by participants. Particular attention is paid, however, to the target culture in the ICT design. Non-traditional ICT methods, such as Look-&-See Trips, are rather generously taken advantage of.     

The effects of the PDCA cycle and OJT on workplace learning

In the present article, we examined the effects of the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle and on-the-job-training (OJT) on workplace learning. We defined workplace learning based on the concept of an organizational learning cycle. Using survey data from a Japanese fire and marine insurance company, we found that PDCA, OJT (empowerment), and reflective communication had positive effects on workplace learning. These results suggest that quality management, empowerment and reflective practice may help to significantly improve workplace learning. We also discuss theoretical and managerial implications of this study.     

基于无线传感网的矿山井下通讯系统关键技术研究

基于无线传输协议,将无线通讯与有线通讯相结合,实现井下事故区域通讯系统的自愈,保障事故发生后矿井稳定的联络通讯、监测及定位;研究基于无线自组网技术与有线通讯相结合的自愈机理,开发可以自愈的通讯组件。文章基于码分多址的预约(ALOHA)防碰撞算法,结合传感网拓扑优化算法最优安置无线接收终端和路由,使传输监控系统达到传输最优目标。为井下监测、定位、通讯、安全预警、系统维护、跟踪、回放、查询、统计等重要数据和有用信息提供可靠传输支持,为井上营救提供重要依据。     

电力信息通信一体化运维体系探讨

综合分析电力信息通信的发展状况,结合ICT技术的最新发展成果,论证信息通信在电力新型应用模式中承担的重要工作角色,提出"以资源融合为基础,以规范流程为框架,以综合评价为核心"的信息通信一体化运维框架。指出了建设电力信息通信一体化运维体系,在资源模型、监测数据融合、智能告警、指标评价体系、运行状态评估、网络态势可视化等领域需要解决的关键技术问题。     

构建任务型教学方法对促进复合型人才培养的影响

任务型教学法正逐渐成为我国高校教学的主流模式,强调以学生为中心,以完成任务或活动为目标,发展学生综合运用能力进行交际,继以满足复合型人才培养的社会需求。文章从任务型教学法的教学理念入手,探讨了新型英语课程在大学课堂中的应用。

浅谈现代企业形象设计

随着科技日新月异的发展和网络等媒体各种技术的飞速发展,产生了全新的视觉体验。而且在当今瞬息万变的信息社会中,这些传媒的影响越来越重要,公司(企业)视觉传达设计便应运而生。视觉传达设计是通过视觉媒介表现并传达给观众的设计,起着沟通企业———商品———消费者桥梁的作用。企业形象是企业自身的一项重要无形资产,因为它代表着企业的信誉、产品质量、人员素质等。通过具体符号的视觉传达设计,直接进入人脑,留下对企业的视觉影像。塑造企业形象虽然不一定马上给企业带来经济效益,但它能创造良好的社会效益,获得社会的认同感、价值观,最终会收到由社会效益转化来的经济效益。
