西部地区集装箱运输发展研究

本文首先分析了西部地区集装箱运输发展面临的三大形势，即西部大开发、我国已经加入WTO和集装箱运输的第四次革命，然后从六个方面探讨了西部地区集装箱运输发展的制约因素，最后提出了西部地区集装箱运输进一步发展应采取的十大对策。     

The Application of Mathematical Programming Approaches to Estimating Container Port Production Efficiency

Container terminal production is both an important and complicated element in the contemporary global economy. This paper aims to evaluate the efficiency of the world’s most important container ports and terminals using the two alternative techniques of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Free Disposal Hull (FDH) model. The results give an insight into the current efficiency ranking of the world’s major container ports and terminals. They also confirm expectations that the available mathematical programming methodologies lead to different results and that appropriate variable definition of input and output factors is a crucial element in meaningful applications of DEA and FDH. It is also concluded that the availability of panel data, rather than cross-sectional data would greatly improve the validity of the efficiency estimates derived from all the mathematical programming techniques applied.JEL Classification:C61, D24, E23, L23, L25, L92     

集装箱码头港区作业及道路系统的仿真和应用

本文运用EM—plant仿真软件对港区作业及道路系统进行仿真，以重庆寸滩港集装箱码头为工程实例进行建模。得到一系列重要的性能参数，为港区设计方案的选取起到一定的指导作用。

结合对德国物流业的实际考察体会，对德国铁路集装箱“门到门”运输中的合同签订、重载汽车的运输组织等方面进行分析，在此基础上，提出我国铁路实现“门到门运输”的一些启示。     

集装箱物流中空箱调配不确定性优化模型及算法研究

在集装箱空箱调配的问题中,仅仅考虑各个办理站间的空箱冗余和需求情况是不够的,而调配的过程中必然会有其他进入办理站的箱流.只有将两者结合起来协调优化,才能得到合理的空箱组织策略.本文构造了集装箱空箱调配的优化模型,并对模型的求解算法进行研究,提出了基于遗传算法的求解方法.     

集装箱信息的条码化研究

现代集装箱码头很多作业已经实现了自动化或半自动化,但码头理货和闸口工作人员仍要用无线手提终端机人工输入集装箱信息。本文研究了使用条码技术(39条码和PDF417码)对集装箱信息进行编码。运用了文本压缩技术,将包含集装箱信息的PDF417码压缩为5行二维条码。通过将集装箱信息的条码化,并借助市场上已有的无线条码数据采集器扫描条码,可以实现码头理货和闸口工作人员录入数据的自动化,降低工作强度,提高生产效率。     

Measuring the perceived container leasing prices in liner shipping network design with empty container repositioning

This paper aims to measure the perceived container leasing prices at different ports by presenting a two-stage optimization method. In stage I, we propose a practical liner shipping network design problem with empty container repositioning. The proposed problem further considers the use of foldable containers and allows the mutual substitution between empty containers to decrease the number of empty containers to be repositioned. In stage II, the inverse optimization technique is used to determine the perceived container leasing prices at different ports, based on the solution obtained in stage I. Based on a set of candidate liner shipping service routes, a mixed-integer nonlinear programming model is built for the proposed problem in stage I. The nonlinear terms are linearized by introducing the auxiliary variables. Numerical experiments based on a realistic Asia-Europe-Oceania liner shipping network are carried out to account for the effectiveness of our two-stage optimization method.
