基于蚁群—关键链的资源受限项目调度

针对资源约束下的多项目调度问题,在前人提出的有效启发式算法研究路径基础上,提出了基于蚁群—关键链的多项目资源调度算法：采用了蚁群算法找到关键链,然后利用关键链的“剪贴法”,在该计划中嵌入输入缓冲和项目缓冲,保证项目计划在非确定环境下的稳定执行,并能更准确地确定项目的完工时间.

铁路行包快运节点的等级划分是其布局优化的基础，针对目前节点等级划分大多依靠经验而不够客观的问题，采用重要度计算和聚类分析的方法，对全国行包快运节点的等级进行划分，并在此基础上给出节点布局的方法和建议。     

A hermeneutic analysis of critical success factors for Enterprise Systems implementation by SMEs

ABSTRACT

This study employs the critical hermeneutic approach to identifying current knowledge limitations and propose future research directions. Through five hermeneutic cycles of review, analysis, synthesis and interpretation of the existing literature and success stories reported by 30 small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs), this study identifies critical success factors (CSFs) that are unique to SMEs, frequently cited in the literature, and influential as perceived by SMEs. The study offers contributions by providing a synthesis of CSFs for SMEs; highlighting current knowledge gaps; proposing avenues for future research; and demonstrating the suitability of the critical hermeneutic approach to studying CSFs for ES implementation.

企业竞争力的实质是企业有效使用各种生产要素的能力,即企业对自身可控资源进行整合后投入到关键领域的能力。在实施资源整合过程中,本文从关键成功因素的角度试图把资源基础论中的要素与关键成功因素相结合,识别关键资源,立足关键资源,同时把握其他发展所必要的资源,最终形成竞争优势。     

Oppression, emancipation, and volunteer tourism: Research Propositions

This paper develops research propositions for volunteer tourism using a combination of critical theory and social movement theory as a foundation. As is often the case with emerging areas of research, a theoretical foundation has been difficult to establish in volunteer tourism. The inherent contradictions of volunteer tourism, particularly concerning the interplay of oppression/emancipation, dependency/resistance and dominant hegemony/agency beg to be deconstructed with a critical theory lens. Social movement theory then in turn offers a tool through which researchers can look to break the hermeneutic circle by examining good practices in volunteer tourism, particularly concerning potential improvements for all stakeholders in self-efficacy, resource networks, and consciousness-raising experiences. The paper culminates with a proposition model based on these theoretical perspectives.     

Numerical evaluation of the critical price and American options

An approximate solution to the American put value is proposed and implemented numerically. Relaxation techniques enable the critical price to be determined with high accuracy. The method uses a modification of the quadratic approximation of MacMillan and Barone-Adesi and Whaley which gives an expression for the critical price. Numerical experimentation and iterative methods quickly provide highly accurate solutions.     

Sustainable consumer empowerment through critical consumer education: a typology of consumer education approaches

It has always been assumed that consumer education serves the purpose of empowering people in their consumer role. This paper reviews the conventional understanding of consumer education and empowerment and then suggests an alternate approach. The argument is made for consumer education that helps people find their inner power and social potential to challenge the status quo, to change the system from a holistic perspective. Consumer empowerment of this type is totally self‐sustaining. Once learned, it cannot be unlearned. This form of sustainable consumer empowerment is the preferred direction for the future of consumer education.     

结合关键链技术和Project软件编制施工进度计划

为了实现关键链技术和项目管理软件的结合,并在我国工程管理领域得到应用和普及,简要介绍了关键链技术,针对关键链技术的局限性,提出了合理工期计算方法,分析了工期中包含的工作日和非工作日,探讨了缓冲区的设置和缓冲时间计算的方法;分析了关键链技术和网络计划技术的异同,改良了Project 2003软件,克服了关键链技术和软件结合的瓶颈;建立了施工进度计划系统、网络计划技术模型和关键链计划技术模型,有助于施工进度计划的编制和优化.通过工程案例,编制了施工进度计划,计算简单、操作方便,证明方法可行.     

浅谈Partnering模式应用的CSFs及其障碍

Partnering模式正被广泛应用在各种不同领域中，评定Partnering模式应用的CSFS及其障碍越来越被组织或学者重视，逐步成为了项目管理中的一项议程。总结了前人的研究成果，提出了普遍认为的CSFS，具体分析了Partnering模式应用的障碍，为Partnering模式的推广提供了借鉴作用。     

我国进一步推进水价改革的思考

随着工业化和城市化的发展,供水成本的不断上升和水资源的日益稀缺已经成为经济社会发展的一大障碍。水价政策能够在解决这些问题上发挥重要的作用。无论是工业和服务业用水、城市居民用水还是农业用水,其价格都应该体现水资源成本、供水成本和环境成本。水价改革必须在确定保障正常生产生活的基本用水量的基础上,通过水资源成本和环境成本在水价格中的充分体现,兼顾水企业和用水主体的利益,达到节约用水和水资源环境可持续发展的目的。
