乡村振兴背景下的茶产业数字化供应链平台构建

利用现代"产业互联网"思维与技术,围绕"生态、特色、产业、文化、标准"等关键词,以信息化为主线,构建业务场景、主体场景、设施场景三个产业链维度和场景;运用现代供应链理论,实现"商流、物流、资金流、信息流"四流融通的一体化供应链管理模式;应用大数据和区块链理论,探索实现茶叶全产业链、供应链的大数据技术和商业模式,并构建基于"一品一码"和"供应链金融"的茶叶区块链业务模型;利用迈克尔波特的价值链理论,通过产业数字化平台的科技赋能,构建基于茶叶产销业务的基本价值链和基于信息、期货、金融、文旅、产学研用等经营活动的服务增值链。     

利用大数据分析技术的智能化网络故障诊断系统

随着网络技术的快速发展以及各种新网络业务的出现,网络的规模日益扩大和复杂。同时,各种网络服务对于网络可靠性的要求也逐渐提高,这就对网络的维护提出了更高的要求。在这种情况下,传统的网络维护模式逐渐不能适应现代网络发展的需求。针对现代大型网络的故障诊断问题,利用大数据分析技术,设计并完成了一套整体的智能化故障诊断系统。在此系统中,针对不同的故障类型,利用能够获取到的数据类型,针对性地设计了相关的故障诊断模块和算法。系统整体基于开源的数据处理平台构建,具备良好的可扩展性。通过实际案例数据的验证,结果表明此系统具备良好的处理实际网络故障的能力,将大数据分析技术应用于网络故障诊断领域也具备较强的可行性。     

基于网络DEA交叉效率模型的我国商业银行效率评价研究

本文从商业银行的实际情况出发，将其经营过程划分为资金筹措与资金运营两个阶段。结合网络DEA与权重平衡交叉效率思想，并利用熵值法处理交叉效率的集结问题，构建了商业银行各子系统及链形系统的交叉效率评价模型。将上述模型应用于我国16家商业银行的效率评价，发现这16家商业银行的效率普遍不高，且城市商业银行的系统平均交叉效率高于国有银行，国有银行的系统平均交叉效率略高于股份制银行。     

The Border as a Resource in the Global Urban Space: A Contribution to the Cross‐Border Metropolis Hypothesis

In a globalized urban world, cross‐border metropolises represent a spatial configuration emblematic of the interplay between the space of flows and the space of places. The multiplicity of contexts and processes at work can complicate the identification of what constitutes the singularity of the concept. In order to contribute to these reflections the present article hypothesizes that the specificity of cross‐border metropolises does not fundamentally stem from the form they take or the nature of the cross‐border integration at work, but rather from the particular role played by national borders in their formation. Opening up borders offers new opportunities for border cities and urban border regions to reinforce their positions at the heart of global economic networks, and to affirm their autonomy as cross‐border regional entities. Without minimizing the possible obstructive effects of borders, it is helpful to recognize that they might also represent a resource in the composition of cross‐border metropolitan regions.     

NO‐ARBITRAGE PRICING UNDER SYSTEMIC RISK: ACCOUNTING FOR CROSS‐OWNERSHIP

We generalize Merton’s asset valuation approach to systems of multiple financial firms where cross‐ownership of equities and liabilities is present. The liabilities, which may include debts and derivatives, can be of differing seniority. We derive equations for the prices of equities and recovery claims under no‐arbitrage. An existence result and a uniqueness result are proven. Examples and an algorithm for the simultaneous calculation of all no‐arbitrage prices are provided. A result on capital structure irrelevance for groups of firms regarding externally held claims is discussed, as well as financial leverage and systemic risk caused by cross‐ownership.     

Better cross hedges with composite hedging? Hedging equity portfolios using financial and commodity futures

Unless a direct hedge is available, cross hedging must be used. In such circumstances portfolio theory implies that a composite hedge (the use of two or more hedging instruments to hedge a single spot position) will be beneficial. The study and use of composite hedging has been neglected; possibly because it requires the estimation of two or more hedge ratios. This paper demonstrates a statistically significant increase in out-of-sample effectiveness from the composite hedging of the Amex Oil Index using S&P500 and New York Mercantile Exchange crude oil futures. This conclusion is robust to the technique used to estimate the hedge ratios, and to allowance for transactions costs, dividends and the maturity of the futures contracts.

论第三方物流合同违约责任的归责原则

20世纪末,第三方物流迅速发展,由传统第三方物流逐渐向现代整合性第三方物流过渡,相应的,第三方物流合同也逐渐从传统的运输、仓储合同向类型结合型的第三方物流合同转化。这种类型结合型的第三方物流合同系无名合同,其裁判依据包括双方之间订立的第三方物流合同本身(包括补充协议、体系解释、交易习惯)和民事法律规范。从双方之间订立的第三方物流合同角度而言,其违约责任多采用的是严格责任归责原则。从民事法律规范的角度来说,基于个案中能否确认货损发生的区间,第三方物流合同适用不同的违约责任的归责原则,或适用《合同法》总则的严格责任原则,或适用损失确认区间适用法律的违约责任的归责原则。     

调控背景下的地方融资平台发展战略转型研究

2010年6月,国务院下发了《关于加强地方政府融资平台管理有关问题的通知》后地方融资平台面临着城市基础设施建设融资困难且原有融资渠道受限的两难局面。本文基于此背景,对地方融资平台发展战略转型,探索城市经营模式提出相关建议。
