我国城市应急联动平台建设问题研究

应急联动平台建设是各政府部门应急管理的一项基础性工作,建立和健全统一指挥、功能完善、反应灵敏、协调有序的应急联动机制对预防、减少自然灾害、社全安全、公共卫生等突出事件造成的损失具有重大意义。本文将对我国城市应急联动平台建设中存在的问题进行分析,以找出相应的解决方案。

持续了40天的中海油并购优尼科的大戏已告落幕,对中海油来说,这并不是一个失败,对计划展开海外并购的中国企业来说,更是上了关于国际化的生动一课.实施海外并购要做足政治风险评估,同时重视并购领域的敏感性.海外并购的实践中还有很多具体操作的经验和技巧需要学习和探索,不断积累以灵活运用.     

Tourism Innovation in the Global South: Evidence from the Western Cape,South Africa

A research gap exists for the conceptual strengthening, measurement and analysis of innovation at the tourism firm and systems levels, especially in the context of the global South. This paper investigates tourism innovation in the Western Cape region of South Africa. In particular, the nature and types of innovation by tourism firms and system actors are interrogated. It is revealed that innovation by tourism firms is widespread, albeit is largely incremental in nature. The main contribution of this research is the development of an expanded evidence‐based tourism innovation typology from a cross‐sectoral survey of tourism firms and qualitative interviews undertaken with tourism system actors. 地方政府债务风险的衡量、分布与防范

本文以负债率、债务率、利息支出率、担保债务比重四个指标为中国债务风险衡量的主要指标,结合指标测算和债务情况及收入水平进行考察,结果显示中国地方政府整体债务风险可控,在近几年间政府有能力偿还债务利息.但中国债务风险区域分布不均衡,防控重点是经济发展处于全国中等水平的省市,这些省市亟须举债而在风险控制上相对较弱,经济发展较...     

国际场外衍生品电子交易确认平台发展趋势及启示

交易确认是交易后处理过程中的重要环节,可以通过电话、邮件、传真等人工形式进行,也可以通过电子交易确认平台完成。由于人工确认的不及时可能导致交易失败从而增大交易成本和风险,近年来电子交易确认在国际O T C衍生品市场上得到了广泛的应用。文章梳理和区分了交易确认的概念,回顾了电子确认平台的发展历程,并在此基础上对电子交易确认平台的发展趋势进行了展望。     

The value of relational learning in global buyer‐supplier exchanges: a dyadic perspective and test of the pie‐sharing premise

Research in collaborative interorganizational relationships has typically focused on the value of these relationships to a specific supply chain partner. Furthermore, the phenomenon has rarely been explored in a global setting. Using primary data from 126 cross‐border dyads, we investigate the influence of relational learning on the relationship performance of both the buyer and the supplier, testing the contention that both members (1) benefit from relational learning efforts and (2) enjoy equal pieces of the benefits pie. We find that three specific types of relational learning (information sharing, joint sensemaking, and knowledge integration) influence relationship performance, and that these dimensions of relational learning affect supply chain partners in different ways. We draw conclusions regarding the relative value of relational learning for both buyers and suppliers. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

产业间平台合作下的双边定价机制研究——基于对固有收益影响的分析

本文以近期日益增多的产业间平台企业合作为背景,针对合作后平台用户固有收益水平提高这一特征,构建了双寡头竞争模型,以此分析合作对平台定价的影响。研究发现,随着合作平台上用户固有收益水平的提高,该平台将提高产生较弱网络外部性的一边用户的定价,而对另一边用户的定价则必须视平台双边用户交叉网络外部性大小差异而定。不仅如此,合作还增加了该平台上双边用户定价的非对称程度。对与之竞争的非合作平台而言,双边用户的定价则恰恰相反。研究还表明,合作可能提高合作平台的利润水平,增加消费者总剩余和社会总福利。这启示规制机构在对双边平台合作进行规制时要特别谨慎,切忌过度干预。
