江苏化工园区环境信息管理平台建设研讨

化工园区经济发展占据经济发展的半壁江山，园区汇集大量工业企业。当前，产业园区环保基础设施不完善，企业治污治理难，排放达标难，隐性环境违法问题查处难，这些问题成为困扰产业园区推进生态环境治理面临的问题，制约着产业园区的高质量发展。解决经济发展和环境保护的问题，单靠单一政策，难以解决，需要综合施策，集成发力，既要靠人力，更要靠信息化手段，对江苏省园区环境信息监控预警管理平台建设进行研究，阐述并探讨平台建设的依据、目标、思路等内容。     

A Simulation Model Of Multi‐Echelon Retail Inventory With Cross‐Channel Product Returns

This study explores the relationship between a retailer's product returns processing structure and Multi‐Echelon inventory system performance under cross‐channel and same‐channel product returns policies with nonstationary demand. Our research contributes to the growing body of reverse logistics literature, offering insight into how a retailer's logistical returns management strategy can impact inventory effectiveness in cross‐channel retail environments. Adopting a contingency framework, we develop research hypotheses which we test through experimentation on a Multi‐Echelon retail inventory system within a discrete‐event simulation. Model parameters are derived from data collected from a large U.S. retailer of consumer durable and nondurable goods. We find an amplifying effect of a cross‐channel returns policy on the positive relationship between a decentralized returns processing structure and inventory effectiveness. Further, through our analysis of nonstationarity in demand and resulting returns, we uncover strong main and interaction effects that seasonal demand variation can have on inventory outcomes, even under only moderate levels of seasonality. Our results highlight the need for firms to align logistical structures for returns processing with the returns policy and the external environment, while also lending credence to calls within the logistics literature for improved modeling of nonstationary demand in inventory management research.     

嵌入视角下社交电商平台信任机制研究——基于扎根理论的探索

社交电商是整合了社交网络与电子商务的新商业模式，在移动互联网时代为网络经济的 发展开辟了新的空间，而信任是社交电商平台发展的重要机制。文章研究社交电商平台上用户信 任的转化机理与影响因素，运用扎根理论方法梳理出多阶段、多维度的信任要素，从嵌入视角构 建了动态的信任机制递阶升级理论模型。研究发现：用户与平台的嵌入阶段分为关系嵌入、结构 嵌入、认知嵌入，与之对应形成“身份信任- 行为信任- 认知信任- 情感信任”递进演化路径，演 化过程中各个阶段的影响因素分别是关系网络、结构制度、品质效应。研究结论丰富了电商平台 信任机制的理论内涵，对国内社交电商平台的发展有一定的理论指导与实践启示意义。     

吉林省未来医药健康产业科技创新发展研究

医药健康产业是当前我国的朝阳产业，同时具有提高居民健康生活水平以及拉动社会经济增长的功能。以吉林省医药健康产业为对象，研究了创新驱动背景下的产业未来发展方向。从推动相关平台和中心建设、培养产业相关优秀人才和团队、建设综合性医药健康产业基地、对医药健康技术研发创新企业进行扶植几种不同的角度提出未来发展建议。以期为建立适合吉林省医药健康产业的科技创新发展新模式提供建设性意见。     

Is the Value Spread a Good Predictor of Stock Returns? UK Evidence

Abstract:  This paper explores the predictive ability of the value spread in the UK. I replicate the US analysis of Liu and Zhang (2007) using UK data. In addition, I extend their work by exploring the predictive ability of the book-to-market, market-to-book and value spread on other size and value investment strategies, namely: large-caps only; small-caps minus large-caps (SML); value stocks only; growth stocks only; value stocks minus growth stocks (VMG) and a market portfolio that includes all stocks. The results are consistent with Liu and Zhang (2007) on the value spread. The value spread shows no predictive power for portfolio returns. Therefore, I show that the predictive power of book-to-market and market-to-book spreads depend on the portfolio formation strategies and the relative proportion of small-cap, large-cap, value and growth stocks in the portfolio.     

Default of Systemically Important Financial Intermediaries: Short‐term Stability versus Incentive Compatibility?

Financial integration and globalization have acted as a major stimulus in the development of large, internationally operating banks, which not only provide cross‐border services but also have a local presence. While these banks are themselves drivers of economic integration, they can pose serious threats to financial stability. Their size, interconnectedness and importance as providers of specific services mean that financial institutions can be too‐systemic‐to‐fail (TSTF). Since the entry and exit of market participants is a crucial feature of well‐functioning markets, the absence of any credible possibility of failure leads to serious distortions. This analysis gives an overview of the TSTF problem and discusses the challenges to be faced in establishing credible resolution regimes.     

基础实验网络平台建设的几点思考

结合省实验教学示范中心建设的需要,我们自主开发与建设了涵盖《材料力学实验》、《大学物理实验》以及《电工与电子技术实验》在内的三门基础实验课程的网络平台,运行两年来效果非常好。基于本人主持完成此项工作,重点阐述了服务于基础实验中心的网络平台的定位、建设的必要性,并就网络平台建设中的若干问题进行了探讨。     

文明单位在线创建网络平台开发的实践与探索

按照学校文明创建的总体目标,在校文明办的策划下,搭建一个操作简便、技术先进、安全可靠、规范统一、灵活可扩展的文明创建网络信息平台。按需求分析、开发流程设计、功能模块划分、数据结构构筑、程序编写和测试运行等步骤,创建一个通用的网络平台,可满足各年度不同的创建指标需求,保证文明创建的圆满完成。     

网商盘活第三方结算平台沉淀资金的对策研究

网络交易中各业务环节的时间延迟导致网商的销售款大量沉淀于第三方支付结算平台,由此导致网商面临营运资金吃紧、资金成本提高、财务规划困难和资金链脆弱等问题。买方、卖方、结算平台3方在沉淀资金盘活方面具有高度的可协调性,同时法律法规也提供了沉淀资金盘活的政策空间。网商可以通过签订循环融资协议直接盘活结算平台的沉淀资金,也可以通过对备货延迟、物流延迟和付款指令延迟的管理,实现对货款周转期的压缩,从而抑减沉淀在结算平台的资金规模。
