Cost control based on value chain paying equal attention to earning more income and cutting down expense

According to the idea of cost control based on the value chain, several important factors are necessary. Firstly, it is necessary to have enough resources, which must be invested to create advantageous value chain based on customer value. It is also necessary to be sure of the cost advantage of the value chain. Secondly, the consumption of resources must be reduced as much as possible to enable the smallest operating cost for the value chain and make sure of the cost advantage based on maximum business value or profit. It is a kind of cost control from the whole view of creation and supply of value. In practice, it is also a kind of cost control system based on the value chain. It includes enough control and necessary resource investment from the view of the value creation, and keeps consumption of resources to a reasonable level from the view of the value supply. The main object of the first factor is to construct the advantageous value chain from creating customer value; and the second factor is to strengthen the advantageous value chain from supplying or producing customer value. Therefore it is a new kind of idea to explore this cost control from the whole view of creation and supply of value. It is more profitable for businesses to gain sustainable competitive advantage.     

新形势下加强对国有企业“一把手”监督的思考

文章阐述了当前对国有企业“一把手”监督不力的表现，具体分析了监督不力的原因，并提出了加强对国有企业“一把手”监督的对策。     

腰-硬联合麻醉在老年人股骨头置换术中的临床疗效

目的探讨腰-硬联合麻醉在老年人股骨头置换术中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年11月至2014年11月我院行股骨头置换术的59例老年患者,观察患者麻醉前、麻醉后5、10、30 min心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、动脉血氧分压(Sp O2)变化,术后并随访3 d,记录并发症情况。结果麻醉后患者的5、10、30 min的SBP、DBP与麻醉前比较均降低(P<0.05);各时点HR及Sp O2比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。优良率为98.3%,术后无恶心呕吐、头痛等麻醉相关并发症。结论腰-硬联合阻滞在老年人股骨头置换术中的麻醉效果明显,安全可靠。

通过加强型平头齿刀在广州地铁三号线北延线砂层里的应用，能够比普通型平头齿刀达到更长的使用寿命和掘进距离．对盾构机刀盘的磨损起到了较大程度的保障。文章结合实例，针对平头齿刀的切削角度、刀具形式、材料工艺以及耐磨堆焊的分布形式进行了研究。
