数字化赋能视角下小微企业生态竞争力影响因素研究

在经济转型升级和生态文明建设背景下,小微企业的生存发展要顺应绿色发展趋势,打造生态竞争力。随着数字化时代的到来,数字化赋能小微企业实现绿色发展提升其生态竞争力必将带来深远影响。为更好研究数字化环境下小微企业生态竞争力受哪些因素影响,给小微企业生态竞争力的培育提供一定的参考,在现有相关研究基础上,从小微企业外部环境与内部管理、生产及文化层面出发,对数字化环境下小微企业生态竞争力影响因素进行识别并确定权重;构建了五维数字化赋能视角下小微企业生态竞争力影响因素关系模型;最后给出研究结论并提出相关建议。     

Generating Enhanced Fishery Rents by Internalizing Product Quality Characteristics

This paper demonstrates howadditional rents are generated in a fisherycharacterized by intraseasonal variation infish characteristics, including size,condition, and composition. Based on anexpanded conceptual model of the optimalharvest rule, fish characteristics affect preand post harvest production yields and outputprices. A dynamic empirical model, which uses asystem of quality characteristics and anhedonic equation, illustrates the complexrelationships and management choices associatedwith internalizing seafood qualitycharacteristics in a hake fishery. The modelretains the regulated open access managementsystem, but controls intertemporal andintersectoral quotas, production portfolios,and total allowable catch. Results demonstratethat including revenue-side effects frominternalizing fish quality can generatesignificantly greater rents and reduce therelative benefits of increased productionyields. If excluded, bioeconomic models canunderestimate the level of regulatory rentdissipation and overemphasize managementobjectives such as full utilization, whichcould misdirect processing decisions and resultin a suboptimal resource management plan.Implications for data collection,multidisciplinary analysis, and improvements inmarine resource management are discussed.

为了提高学生的动手能力,启迪学生严谨科学的思维方法,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,我们在植物生理生化实验教学中进行了努力的探索。通过加强实验教学,学生具备了更强的科学研究的实验技能,学生的综合素质也有较大的提高,教学效果得到社会、学校和学生的认同,较好地完成了实验教学的主要任务。     

世界工厂的定位能促进中国生产性服务业发展吗

中国生产性服务发展受制于需求因素。本文研究表明,世界工厂的定位使中国生产性服务缺乏有效市场需求的支撑而发展滞后。当前政府鼓励生产性服务发展的政策应该以需求为导向,立足于巩固和加强生产性服务与制造业的产业关联,进而扩大对生产性服务的中间需求。     

Ex ante contracting with endogenously determined communication plans

Summary. In this paper we introduce a new model of ex ante contracting for economies with asymmetric information to examine endogenously determined communication plans for information sharing in the interim stage. In contrast to the models used in previous research, in the present model agents negotiate not only on a contract of state contingent allocations but also on a communication plan, a set of rules describing how agents will reveal part of their private information at the interim stage to execute the trade contracts. We prove a result about the nested structure of the set of allocations implementable by various communication plans and establish the existence of core strategies for this cooperative game under various regularity conditions. Performance pay and worker cooperation: Evidence from an artefactual field experiment

We report the results of an artefactual field experiment with bicycle messengers in Switzerland and the United States. Messenger work is individualized enough that firms can choose to condition pay on it, but significant externalities in messenger behavior nonetheless give their on-the-job interactions the character of a social dilemma. Second-mover behavior in our sequential prisoner's dilemma allows us to characterize the cooperativeness of our participants. Among messengers, we find that employees at firms that pay for performance are significantly less cooperative than those at firms that pay hourly wages or who are members of cooperatives. To examine whether the difference is the result of treatment or selection we exploit the fact that firm type is location-specific in Switzerland and that entering messengers must work in performance pay firms in the U.S.     

Fiscal rules and budget forecast errors of Italian municipalities

We study the impact of the domestic stability pact on the accuracy of budget forecasts of Italian municipalities. Identification of the causal effect exploits a quasi-natural experiment generated by the removal in 2001 of the fiscal restraints on budget decisions for municipalities with fewer than 5000 inhabitants and by stricter budgetary restrictions and severe penalties for noncompliers in 2002. We find that relaxing fiscal rules had a sizeable impact on budget forecast errors, especially in 2002. In fact, revenue (expenditure) forecast errors for municipalities with fewer than 5000 inhabitants became 26% (22%) larger than in the past.
