中小企业人才流动的因素分析

员工的高流动率制约着中小企业的发展,一直是困扰企业的一个难题。中国企业要借鉴国外学者关于影响员工流动因素的研究,并从企业和员工本人两方面,深入了解影响国内中小企业人才流动的种种因素,避免一些不正常或不必要的流动,尽量减少由于员工流动给企业带来的损失。     

战时装备保障力量集中分散部署优选方法

研究了在已知保障力量总体保障实力、单个基本保障单位的服务效率、各保障对象需要保障的时间分布以及各保障对象与集中保障点间的后送时间后,保障力量是集中靠后部署还是分散靠前部署的优化选择问题,给出了优化选择的方法步骤,通过算例分析表明了方法的实操性和有效性。     

Technical Analysis,Investment Psychology,and Liquidity Provision: Evidence from the Taiwan Stock Market

We set out to empirically identify the effects on technical signals attributable to psychological biases, adopting a set of specific liquidity provision proxies for a sample of firms listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The main findings of our empirical analysis are that the "disposition," "information cascade," and "anchoring" effects each have significant impacts on trading signals. Our results should help to shed further light on the asymmetric market responses to technical buy and sell signals, while also providing some potential clarification of the different attitudes of traders toward big-cap and small-cap firms.     

父母影响了农村高中生的时间管理——基于207名高中生的实证调查

采用时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)和父母教养方式量表(EMBU)对207名农村高中生进行调查,探讨父母教养方式对高中生时间管理倾向的影响。结果表明:(1)时间管理倾向分量表不存在性别和年龄差异;(2)在教养方式上,父亲拒绝否认及母亲过干涉过保护存在性别和年龄差异;(3)母亲感情温暖理解对高中生时间管理倾向的形成有显著的积极影响,这说明农村高中生母亲教养方式对其时间管理倾向有显著影响作用。     

Effects of social support and grateful disposition on employees’ psychological well-being

This study proposes grateful disposition as an individual affective factor affecting service employees’ psychological well-being. Grateful disposition is the tendency to recognize and appreciate the contributions of others as positive experiences or to experience gratitude easily. To analyze the relationship between emotional dissonance and psychological well-being and the moderating effect of social support and grateful disposition, hierarchical regression analysis was used. Using convenience sampling from department store employees (n?=?239) in Korea, this study found that grateful disposition as well as social support moderated the relationship between emotional dissonance and psychological well-being. This study demonstrates the importance of individual affective traits affecting psychological well-being, which were overlooked in the previous studies, and provides an opportunity to discuss grateful disposition in service marketing.     

Too much liquidity? Seemingly excess cash for innovative firms

We show that more cash allows innovative firms facing financing constraints to undertake more research and development projects and that this phenomenon has been more pronounced since 1980. In contrast to the secular increase in the level of cash holdings, average excess cash has not increased appreciably. We analyze excess cash disposition and document a strong relation between excess cash and research and development spending. Finally, our results suggest that increased difficulty in valuing research and development might be a source of financing frictions. These findings imply that “seemingly excess cash” has played an increasingly important role in mitigating underinvestment in innovation.     

国外城乡统筹机制形成研究及对我国的借鉴

国外对城乡统筹机制形成的研究首先来源于对“二元经济”及其经济影响的深入探讨,正是“二元经济”条件下所存在的巨大配置损失导致理论界和实践界对“统筹”的强烈需求。统筹的关键和可行的突破口在于突破各类限制要素高效流动的效率壁垒,各国（地区）独具特色的统筹实践确有殊途同归之处：形成极具可操作性的统筹机制或法案以消除要素流动性壁垒,在结构转变中实现经济增长。所有这些方面对我国实现城乡统筹发展都具有重要的借鉴性。     

产权界定的资源配置效应分析

对零交易成本市场的分析表明,不仅在交易成本为零时产权的界定不影响资源的配置效率,而且对损害者征收与损害相等的税收来解决因损害导致的外部性问题并非一定是最优的方式.现实的市场运行中无所不在的交易费用往往导致市场的失效,因而产权的界定以及相应的不同形式的产权安排便具有重要的资源配置效应.     

股权分置与大股东权力寻租的治理

我国股市的股权分置制度和公司治理制度的不完善,导致了上市公司的非流通股股东利用本身绝对控股的权力,进行权力寻租,侵蚀上市公司利益,损害其他股东权益,导致我国资本市场的低效率.本文提出了建立起针对投融资人的资信评价体系;以新带老,缩小流通股与非流通股价差;加强公司内部治理制度和证券市场监管等措施,规范非流通股股东行为,防止大股东权力寻租的一些方法.     

浅析我国开放式基金赎回问题

开放式基金作为一种新型融资工具,对于推动证券市场的发展具有积极意义。但我国开放式基金在发展过程中不仅遭受了大规模赎回,还出现了“赎回困惑”现象,这些问题主要是由于基金发行存在缺陷、投资者缺乏长期投资理念以及“处置效应”等所造成的,为此需要完善资本市场、拓宽基金销售渠道、改变投资者的投资理念,为我国开放式基金发展创造更好条件。
