OSGi及其QoS获益驱动动态软件体系结构研究

随着软件领域中移动计算、分布计算和Web Service等技术的迅速发展,软件计算环境变得越来越开放、复杂、多元。如何应对不断变化的计算环境,构建一个自适应的动态软件架构,受到了越来越多的关注。文章首先介绍一个成功的软件系统结构框架实例——Open Service Gateway Initiative(OSGi)。然后,以请求质量QoS为核心,对面向服务的OSGi框架进行扩展,提出了一个动态自适应软件架构解决方案,它以用户QoS属性为目标驱动,通过动态调整软件自身结构,以进一步提高用户期望的服务质量。实验结果证明了该调度框架的有效性。

产业集群与区域物流网络空间系统演化机理研究

产业集群是区域经济发展的增长极、区域经济产业结构升级和发展的内在动力;区域物流是区域经济的重要组成部分,在一定程度上具有主导性地位的产业作用。文中通过对产业集群发展演化过程的分析,探讨区域产业集群在不同阶段对区域物流网络系统的要求;同时,从区域物流网络空间系统演化过程探讨其对区域产业集群演化发展的作用;进而,从产业集群与区域物流网络空间系统相互作用的关系,分析两者相互作用的机理;在此基础上,提出区域物流网络系统空间布局规划的创新思路,即从区域物流空间系统演化的规律进行规划和布局以及从产业集群发展角度进行规划和布局等,以指导我国区域物流网络空间系统的布局规划。

GeoEast软件是由中国石油天然气集团公司下属的东方地球物理勘探责任有限公司开发出的一种地震勘探数据采集、数据处理和数据解释一体化软件,1.0版于2004年12月31日正式发布。本案例介绍了东方地球物理勘探责任有限公司和GeoEast软件的背景,讨论了GeoEast软件项目研发的组织管理和时间管理,总结了项目经理刘超颖如何在传统的螺旋加瀑布模型的基础上创新出14331模型。最后,案例提出一个问题:刘超颖是再次担任2.0版的项目长呢,还是负责1.0版的推广应用工作?     

Project management infrastructure: The key to operational performance improvement

Process improvement programs such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Lean Sigma are very important and deserve serious academic research attention. However, definition problems make it difficult to study any specific type of process improvement program. Therefore, this study defines two organizational level program management factors, Strategic Project Selection (SPS) and Project Management Infrastructure (PMI), that are independent of any specific process improvement program. Drawing upon current literature, this study develops and tests theoretical models that relate SPS and PMI to operational performance improvement and to each other. Using empirical data collected from 53 supplier plants of one large high-tech firm, this study finds that at the plant level, SPS mediates the relationship between PMI and operational performance improvement. This insight contributes to both theory development and practice, suggesting that a viable strategy for a process improvement program’s success is to focus on PMI in order to enhance SPS and ultimately improve performance. Influence factors for operational control and compensation in professional service firms

Professional service firms have distinct operational challenges due to the type of work that is transacted by the employees of these firms, and due to the nature of the employees themselves. In this paper, we develop and present factors that influence professional service operations in firms and compensation structures for professional service providers. We establish professional service influence factors, which we posit will impact agency relationships in professional service firms. That is, we hypothesize that professional service influence factors (PSIFs) will moderate the effect of task programmability and outcome measurability in predicting the use of behavior- or outcome-based compensation schemes (control strategy). Logistic regression is used on data provided by 192 professional service providers in order to examine the impact of the agency variables and moderating factors on control strategies. The results indicate that company- and profession-based factors have moderating effects on task programmability when predicting control strategy. We discuss the implications of our findings.     

基于信息技术应用的公共服务流程优化概念与框架

流程优化问题是影响公共服务部门绩效的重要因素,流程优化也由此成为公共服务部门以及理论界越来越关心的课题。本文试图从厘清公共服务流程优化的概念入手,在拓展商业领域流程优化的阶段-任务模型的基础上,提出公共服务流程的优化框架。     

用PERT法求解不确定网络中活动时间参数的改进研究

基于计划评审技术(PERT)中β分布的假设,阐述了常规三时估计方法的不足,提出了相应解决对策,即采用限定概率三时估计法分别建立了β分布和Gamma分布拟合方差最小模型,用微粒群算法求解模型,并且将求解结果与常规三时估计方法进行了对比研究。实例证实,对于不同类型的活动,可以选择合理的分布类型并利用限定概率三时估计法,对各个活动的持续时间服从的分布密度函数进行拟合,从而提高PERT的精度和效率。
