北京先行经济指数研究

"北京先行经济指数"是我国第一个区域性先行经济指数,在试运行中取得了很好的效果。该指数以我国现行统计制度为基础,紧密结合北京实际,通过构造基准循环、"提取"先行指标、编制指数、返回检验等步骤,对北京先行经济指数的科学性和有效性进行了分析。先行指数超前GDP增速变化4～8个月这一重要研究结论在返回检验中得到了很好的证实。

本文分析和研究了高校人文社会科学研究竞争力评价指标体系,并以部分财经类高校为研究案例,提出了增强高校人文社会科学研究竞争力,实施“三优”战略的决策建议。     

我国城乡居民收入差别测度指标评析及修正

目前，国内学者采用了多种指标测度我国的城乡居民收入差别状况，但是由于这些指标都存在一些缺陷,因而不能准确地反映实际情况。文章介绍和评析了这些测度指标，并提出了调整的城乡居民人均实际可支配收入比指标，用以修正对我国城乡居民收入差别的测度。     

Intraday Empirical Analysis and Modeling of Diversified World Stock Indices

This paper proposes an approach to the intraday analysis of diversified world stock accumulation indices. The growth optimal portfolio (GOP) is used as reference unit or benchmark in a continuous financial market model. Diversified portfolios, covering the world stock market, are constructed and shown to approximate the GOP, providing the basis for a range of financial applications. The normalized GOP is modeled as a time transformed square root process of dimension four. Its dynamics are empirically verified for several world stock indices. Furthermore, the evolution of the transformed time is modeled as the integral over a rapidly evolving mean-reverting market activity process with deterministic volatility. The empirical findings suggest a rather simple and robust model for a world stock index that reflects the historical evolution, by using only a few readily observable parameters. Hedging Housing Risk*

An unusually rich source of data on housing prices in Stockholm is used to analyze the investment implications of housing choices. This empirical analysis derives market-wide price and return series for housing investment during a 13-year period, and it also provides estimates of the individual-specific, idiosyncratic, variation in housing returns. Because the idiosyncratic component follows an autocorrelated process, the analysis of portfolio choice is dependent upon the holding period. We analyze the composition of household investment portfolios containing housing, common stocks, stocks in real estate holding companies, bonds, and t-bills. For short holding periods, the efficient portfolio contains essentially no housing. For longer periods, low-risk portfolios contain 15 to 50 percent housing. These results suggest that there are large potential gains from policies or institutions that would permit households to hedge their lumpy investments in housing. We estimate the potential value of hedges in reducing risk to households, yet yielding the same investment returns. The value is surprisingly large, especially to poorer homeowners.     

我国固定资产投资宏观效益分析

固定资产投资的直接目的是增加固定资产 ,应考察投资和增加固定资产的关系 ,其宏观指标为固定资产交付使用率和项目建成投产率 ;固定资产投资的最终目的是促进经济增长 ,增加国民收入 ,应考察投资和增加国民收入的关系 ,其宏观指标为固定资产投资效益系数或投资系数。我国固定资产交付使用率“七五”时期比“六五”末不断提高 ,“八五”较为平稳 ,“九五”开始回升。我国固定资产投资效益系数“六五”以来较为平稳 ,“八五”较高 ,“九五”下滑幅度较大。应采取多种措施 ,不断提高投资效益。     

地区物价指数的编制方法研究

地区物价指数是反映不同地区价格水平的差异程度的综合指标。本文研究了建立地区物价指数及遵循的原则 ,同时给出了两种建立地区物价指数的方法     

石油企业用户满意度测评体系的构建

用户满意度CSD(Customer Satisfaction Degree)是目前国内外质量领域和经济领域中的一项前沿研究课题。近20年来，西方发达国家普遍意识到了顾客满意度的作用、地位和意义，从定性和定量两个方面对CSD进行了系统研究。针对石油行业的特殊性，阐述了CSD对石油企业产品和服务质量定位的重要性，以ACSI为依据给出了石油企业用户满意度指数理论模型，并由此提出了石油企业用户满意度测评体系和方法。     

关于不确定情况下净现值投资评价指标的探讨

文章对在不确定性情况下净现值（NPV）投资评价指标的有效性进行了探讨，提出在运用该指标评价项目时必须要考虑到风险的大小对项目决策的影响，并根据投资项目的统计特征。阐述了在此情况下该指标的计算。最后以实例进一步说明该计算方法的有效性。从而使项目的投资决策更为科学合理。     

平衡记分卡在建筑企业管理中的应用

在本的研究中，分析了平衡计分卡如何在建筑企业管理中应用的问题。从平衡计分卡所含的四个方面出发，阐述平衡计分法在建筑企业实施的步骤，并为四类具体的目标找出最具有意义的业绩衡量指标。此外，结合建筑企业实际情况，分析了在建筑企业管理中应用平衡计分卡值得注意的问题。并针对如何克服平衡计分卡在建筑企业实施中的障碍，进一步给出了几点建议。
