基于神经网络的电力电子电路故障诊断研究

电力电子电路模型具有很强的非线性,通常对其进行在线故障诊断比较困难,文章利用神经网络非线性映射特性,由神经网络来学习及存储电力电子电路的故障特征信号和故障类型穴或原因雪之间的映射关系,并将其用于在线诊断,从而达到对电力电子电路进行在线自动故障诊断的目的。

How Country and Safety-Net Characteristics Affect Bank Risk-Shifting

Risk-shifting occurs when creditors or guarantors are exposed to loss without receiving adequate compensation. This paper seeks to measure and compare how well authorities in 56 countries controlled bank risk shifting during the 1990s. Although significant risk-shifting occurs on average, substantial variation exists in the effectiveness of risk control across countries. We find that the tendency for explicit deposit insurance to exacerbate risk shifting is tempered by incorporating loss-control features such as risk-sensitive premiums, coverage limits, and coinsurance. Introducing explicit deposit insurance has had adverse effects in environments that are low in political and economic freedom and high in corruption.     

Price Transmission Effect between GDRs and Their Underlying Stocks—Evidence from Taiwan

In this paper we examine the price transmission effect between ADRs or GDRs and their respective underlying stocks. This linkage is investigated for Granger causality using difference form and VECM. Results reveal unidirectional causality from Taiwan's capital market to the foreign market. This asymmetry suggests the domestic market plays a dominant role in price transmission relative to the foreign market. Besides, the prices of both markets will make adjustment to establish a long run cointegrated equilibrium. An additional finding is that both the premium and net buy have significant impacts on international price transmission for over twenty percent samples. Empirical outcomes also provide the evidence that our model is quite robust.     

上网电价政策对发电企业成本的影响分析

通过对我国上网电价测算方法的比较,得到相应电价机制下发电企业的电价成本模型。不同电价机制下的电力工程造价系数说明,只有标杆电价政策对发电工程造价即发电项目固定成本存在明显约束,而经营期电价政策可以相对减缓发电企业电力工程造价见涨的趋势,也说明事前定价机制下发电企业降低成本的努力程度更大。发电企业减少成本的努力程度与单机容量和年利用小时数成正比。电价政策的改革调整激励发电企业采用高参数、大容量、低煤耗的大机组。从电价政策对发电企业运营成本的影响来看,不同电价政策郝对发电企业减少其运营成本有激励作用。近年标杆上网电价水平的调整能给企业带来更多的收益,而煤炭价格的上涨进一步加大了发电企业的成本控制压力。     

Supply chain vulnerability assessment: A network based visualization and clustering analysis approach

Supply chains are large, complex, and often unpredictable. Purchasing and supply managers and supply chain risk managers need methods and tools to enable them to quickly understand how unexpected disruptions in the supply chain start and grow and to what extent will they negatively impact the flow of goods and services. This paper introduces a methodological approach that can be used by both researchers and managers to quickly visualize a supply chain, map out the propagation path of disruptive events from the supply side to the end customer and understand potential weaknesses in the supply chain design; taking into account the structure, connectivity, and dependence within the supply chain. The approach incorporates a Petri net and Triangularization Clustering Algorithm to offer insights into a supply chain network's vulnerabilities and can be used to efficiently assess supply chain disruption mitigation strategies, especially in complex and difficulty to analyze supply chain systems.     

Growth effects of a revenue-neutral environmental tax reform

This paper analyzes tax-policy measures within a two-sector endogenously-growing economy with elastic labor supply. Pollution is either modeled as a side product of physical capital used as a production factor in the final-good sector or as a side product of production. The framework allows us to analyze the consequences of isolated tax changes or of a revenue-neutral environmental tax reform for economic growth. Although pollution does not directly affect production processes, it can be shown that a higher pollution tax as well as a revenue-neutral environmental tax reform boost economic growth, whereas a tax on capital, consumption, or labor reduces the long-term growth rate of the economy.     

青岛斋堂岛海域张网渔业经济效益分析

本文分析研究了2014年4月和10月青岛斋堂岛海域张网渔业的经济效益。结果表明:(1)张网渔业渔获物中不同种类价格差异极大,且多为低经济价值渔获种类。(2)4月甲壳类(三疣梭子蟹等)和软体类(短蛸)的捕获量决定了张网作业的经济效益;舒氏海龙、玉筋鱼等小型、低值种类的经济价值不足以弥补其上岸成本,可以适当增加网囊网目尺寸来释放这些低值渔获;(3)10月平均网产比4月高142.2%,但渔获上岸价格低于4月,导致10月张网作业经济效益为负值,处于投入大于产出的亏本状态。研究结果为选择性渔具的开发和张网渔业的"减船转产"提供了参考依据。     

基于ERP的中小航空公司机队投资回报分析

为了使航空公司更加了解其机队的运营情况,确保机队的初始规划能够在短时间内取得收益,基于ERP模型对中小航空公司机队运营经济性进行分析,选取某中小航空公司2012年至2017年机队的运营数据,计算出5年内的机队年净现金流和净现值,验证了该航空公司运行方案具备经济可行性,为国内中小航空公司的发展提供了经验。     

中国9大流域水利投入占用产出表的编制

首次提出了中国9大流域水利投入占用产出模型及中国9大流域水利投入占用产出表的编制方法。中国9大流域水利投入占用产出表反映了国民经济各部门对水利部门的资金、劳动力和各种商品及劳务的投入数量；反映了GDP增长与水利投资增加之间的关系；反映了流域水利建设对经济发展的拉动作用和保障作用。应用中国9大流域水利投入占用产出表计算了9大流域的用水系数、全部生产用水及工业用水的影子价格，提出了投资对增加值的后向总效应和后向净效应的概念及其计算方法，并计算了水利基建投资对国民经济的后向总效应和后向净效应。
