基于Petri网建模的节点边际电价计算方法

随着我国电力市场化改革的深入,电价在优化资源配置和促进电力系统经济高效运行方面的作用将越来越显著。作为一种图形化的数学工具,Petri网理论能够很方便地对离散系统进行仿真研究。给出了利用Petri网建模计算节点边际电价的方法,并对一个4区域电力系统的节点边际电价进行了计算。结果表明,此方法不仅能够快速得到节点边际电价,计算量小,而且计算过程能够反映系统状况,揭示电力市场行为规律,为电力系统规划和电网经济运行提供信息。     

农民纯收入地域差异时空特征分析——以河南省为例

利用SPSS18．0软件,运用层次聚类分析、因子分析等方法,计算加权平均离差、加权变异系数,从时间、空间和成因上分析了河南省农民纯收入的差异。时间上,河南省各地区农民纯收入的综合差异在2000—2003年间增速较大,2004～2008年间收入差距仅有小幅度的增长;空间上,位于豫中地区的郑州市收入最高,围绕其周围的豫北地区收入次之,豫东地区最低。农业收入、批发零售贸易和餐饮业收入、交通运输和邮电业收入、工业收入、文教卫生业收入、牧业收入等是影响农民纯收入的主要因素,根据这些影响因素,提出了提高农民纯收入的具体建议和对策。     

The Determinants of Net Interest Margin in the Ghanaian Banking Industry

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of net interest margin and the role of the financial crisis in explaining net interest margin (NIM) in the banking industry in Ghana. Further, we assess the sensitivity of our results to the measure of credit risk. We observe a sharp drop in NIM and an increase in bad debt growth during the 2007–2009 financial crisis in Ghana’s banking sector. Depending on the definition of credit risk, we observe marginal differences in the magnitude and significance of the determinants of NIM. Generally, NIM is explained by bank-specific, industry and macroeconomic factors. We find risk aversion, operating cost, inflation rate and previous year’s GDP growth to be robust drivers of NIM.

本文研究了在原有正向物流系统的基础上,再制造物流的网络优化问题,提出了一个单产品、单周期、有能力限制的再制造物流网络优化设计模型,用来确定再制造物流网络中各种设施的数量和位置,并在由此构成的各条物流路径上合理分配物流量。     

网络节点的动态性与组织数据关系重组

组织结构扁平化实质上就是组织数据关系的重组过程,信息网络技术在实现组织结构扁平化时,组织数据关系主要表现为网络节点间的数据传输处理关系。在弥漫连接面上,节点数目和位置的动态性能在保持数据传输性的条件下改变数据传输处理关系,因而能够支持组织数据关系重组,实现组织结构扁平化。基于Petri网理论论述了网络节点的动态性是如何支持组织数据关系重组的。     

China as a Net Creditor： An Indication of Strength or Weaknesses？

China's international investment position is characterized by large net foreign assets, a dominance of low‐return foreign exchange reserves and costly foreign direct investment in foreign assets and foreign liabilities. In addition, China's foreign investment positions are facing potentially large exchange risks. These features reflect entrenched institutional and structural problems in China, including underdeveloped capital markets, biased resource allocation and a defective social security system. China's net creditor status might actually be an indication of weakness rather than strength. To improve its international investment position, China must speed up economic reforms and allow the market to play a fundamental role in resource allocation.

On the Peaking of Consumption with Exhaustible Resources and Zero Net Investment

We investigate an intertemporal model with an exhaustible resource inflowwhich exhibits a single peak in consumption on the path of development. Thepeak follows the date at which net investment is zero. The ``top' ofconsumption is higher and flatter and peaks later when the discount rate islower. ``Low' endowments of the exhaustible resource stock (and ``high'discount rates) are associated with strictly declining consumption paths.
