浙江省外向型经济发展地域差异的实证研究

近年来浙江省采取了非均衡的外向型经济发展模式,由于开放次序以及开放程度的不同,以及各地资源禀赋的差异,全省外向型经济发展很不平衡。本文运用相关性分析、因子分析和聚类分析相结合方法,对浙江省外向型经济发展水平进行科学的评价,可以有效的对浙江省区域内部外向型经济发展差异程度进行比较分析。     

外部环境变化对平台型电子商务生态系统的影响——基于面板数据的实证研究

阿里巴巴集团在将淘宝网一拆为三之后,又大幅度提高淘宝商城的准入门槛,导致了部分淘宝网中小型卖家恶性攻击淘宝商城大卖家,破坏淘宝生态系统的平衡。文章通过分析专营3C数码产品的TOP20的网商在受到攻击一个月内指标的变化情况,从实证的角度论证了电子商务生态系统具有自适应性。同时,验证了环境变化对电子商务生态系统具有积极影响。     

Corporate Innovation Culture and Dimensions of Project Portfolio Success: The Moderating Role of National Culture

This study examines the relationships between corporate innovation culture (analysis/practices) and dimensions of project portfolio success (strategic fit/portfolio balance) as well as national‐level culture practices as moderators. Data (N = 165) were collected in four countries differing in cultural practices. Analysis and practices were identified as positive, significant, and complementary predictors of both dimensions. As hypothesized, the corporate variables related more strongly and positively to the success dimensions when assertiveness was high rather than low. The findings, thus, suggest that corporate factors should be compatible with national culture to elevate the fit and balance of project portfolios.     

双边平台企业价格结构:来自银行业的实证分析

本文评估了双边市场中平台的竞争模型,并利用连接消费者和商户的银行卡市场进行了实证分析.分析认为,银行卡对消费者采取价格“补贴”,并从商户中获取大部分的利润,同时商户对消费者的估价比消费者对商户的估价更高.分析同时表明,消费者更高的需求或更低的成本提高了成交率,但是商户更高的需求或更低的成本却降低了整体价格.     

影响管理类大学生创新能力培养因素的实证研究

基于SPSS16.0软件的应用,应用大学生创新能力培养和多元统计分析中的因子分析法,结合管理类大学生培养的现状,对影响管理类大学生创新能力培养的因素进行了深入的分析与研究。在总结、提炼管理类大学生创新能力影响因素的基础上,采用实证研究的方法,通过问卷调查和因子分析法对这些因素进行分析与修正,得出启示与结论。     

开放式证券投资基金费用率的实证研究

我国证券投资基金费用结构的设计较多地借鉴了美国投资基金业的经验,但由于依附的资本市场发展程度不尽相同,在费用种类和费用比率方面还存在着一定差异。基金运作费用是我国投资基金管理过程中一个有争议的话题。本文从多角度对我国开放式证券投资基金运作费用的现状进行了实证研究采用多元线性回归方法,以中国开放式证券基金费用率为主要研究对象,结合国外对于此问题的相关研究,从基金的业绩,单个基金的规模,以及基金类型三个方面进行实证分析。

笛卡尔对我思故我在的论证确立了近代哲学中我的地位,实现了哲学认识论的转向。而在维特根斯坦看来,笛卡尔对我的界定是西方哲学弊病的一个重要的根源,并通过对笛卡尔我的重新定义达到消除哲学弊病的目的。     

Post-IPO Directors' Sales and Reissuing Activity: An Empirical Test of IPO Signalling Models

Signalling models of IPO underpricing argue that owners of high-quality firms signal firm quality by underpricing shares sold at the IPO and retaining a large equity stake because they benefit from IPO signalling by selling further shares in the aftermarket at a higher share price. This hypothesis is tested by examining whether the probabilities and volumes of subsequent share issues or insider sales are related to the proposed IPO signals. There is evidence that post-IPO share issuance is related to initial returns, but the same is not true for insider selling. Moreover, little evidence is found to support the view that the proportion of equity retained by initial owners is an IPO signal. Therefore, the signalling hypothesis is rejected.     

Epistemology, Research Methodology and Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence Versus Eva®

This article questions the continued use and application of EVA^® (economic value added) because it is epistemologically a non-sequitur, fails to satisfy the requirements of sound research methodology in terms of being a reliable and valid metric, and is unlikely to satisfy the requirements of Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence. In the light of these insufficiencies, the continued use of EVA^® is ethically questionable, and moreover in time is likely to result in class actions.     

中国加入中日韩东盟自由贸易区的贸易效应实证分析——以1980～2007年为例

本文以中国加入中日韩东盟自由贸易区的贸易效应为研究对象,通过对相关国家的经济指标时间序列(1980～2007年)进行了回归分析,得出了假定条件下我国经济贸易主要相关影响要素,从而进行了经济动向分析,为我国参与区域经济合作的政策提供依据。
