长株潭城市群低碳经济发展现状、目标与重点领域探析

长株潭城市群节能减排工作取得明显成效,碳排放总量不断增长,人均碳排放量和碳排放强度均处于较低水平,能源消费碳排放效率较高,碳排放弹性系数持续下降。但其节能减排形势仍不容乐观,节能减排任务仍然非常艰巨。通过构建长株潭城市群低碳经济发展评价指标体系,测定评价结果,由此测算2015年及2020年的低碳经济发展水平,并设定低碳经济发展目标。研究表明,长株潭城市群仍处于从高碳经济向中碳经济转变的阶段,与真正的低碳标准还有距离。要实现2020年达到中碳经济的高级阶段、逐步向低碳经济过渡的整体目标,有必要从重点领域进行突破,构建低碳工业体系、打造低碳服务业、促进能源节约与结构优化、健全低碳交通系统、引导低碳消费模式、建设低碳政府、发展碳汇林业;并采取切实措施,加强规划引导和政策调节、构建发展机制、推进“两型”建设、推进合作交流,持续推进长株潭城市群低碳经济发展。     

成就目标导向的文献综述

成就目标导向是成就动机研究的前沿课题,是目标设置研究的延伸。成就目标就是个体在追求成就的过程中在头脑中形成的一种愿望状态。它是认知因素和情感因素的复合体。两种成就目标导向,即学习目标导向和成绩目标导向对个体的成就行为起着决定性的作用。成就目标导向研究主要集中在对成就情境下个体所采用占优势的成就目标类型及其对个体认知、情感和成就行为的影响,主要集中在教育、体育和工作管理领域。     

Customer orientation,engagement, and developing positive emotional labor

Frontline employees must deal on a daily basis with emotionally demanding customer interactions. Such interactions, when coupled with organizational directives to focus upon exemplary customer service, can prompt employees to express feelings and emotions that are not genuine. Such ‘surface acting' has been found to create stress in frontline personnel, but an understanding of how this negative aspect of emotional labor may be minimized is lacking in the services literature. How a frontline employee's individual attributes might interact with a service work context to build deep, as opposed to surface, acting is the current focus. Applying job demands–resources theory, this study investigates how a frontline employee's customer orientation helps to develop positive work engagement, even in the face of contextual demands. Engagement is then linked positively to the beneficial behavior of deep acting which, in contrast to surface acting, has been identified as a less stressful form of emotional labor.

从分析我国翻译事业的现状出发,提出了翻译人才培养应以社会需求为导向的观点,认为翻译工作的特殊性决定了翻译人才培养模式的特殊性,而传统外语专业教学模式不适合于翻译人才的培养。     

法学维度的价值分析与刑事政策价值体系的建构

目前,刑法学界不乏关于刑事政策价值的研讨,而对于刑事政策价值体系及其建构,问津者寥寥。刑事政策的价值体系是指由刑事政策的若干由社会所认可的价值所构成的系统,它由价值客体、价值主体和价值目标所构成。三者相互联系,密不可分。     

Why are Some Engaged and Not Others? Explaining Environmental Engagement among Small Firms in Tourism

This paper examines the reasons for different levels of environmental engagement among small firms in tourism. Drawing on theories of motivation, notably Social Cognitive Theory, Motivation Systems Theory and Goal Orientation Theory, as well as the literature on environmental sensitivity, it proposes a novel conceptual framework that is subsequently used to inform an empirical study. The findings of the research suggest that varying levels of environmental engagement may be explained by differences in worldviews, self‐efficacy beliefs, context beliefs and goal orientation. The mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between participative goal setting and team outcomes – a study in China

In the late twentieth century, it is popular to research the effect of participative goal setting. The general conclusion is that the relationship between participation and performance is inconsistent and unclear at individual level. With team becoming a more dominant mode in organizing, motivating, and managing, it is worthwhile to investigate the effect of participation in team goal setting. This study aims to test the mediating effect of psychological empowerment (PE) on the relationship between participative team goal setting and team identity and team performance. Executive MBA students (371) in 75 groups from China Europe International Business School in China participated in the study. The data from Business Strategy Game and questionnaire found positive relationship between participative team goal setting and team identification, and team performance is partially mediated by PE. Implications for the goal-setting theory and practice are discussed, and future research directions offered.

基于伦理学视角的高校德育目标的反思与重构

当前,我国高校中存在着诸多道德失范现象,但作为道德教育主阵地的思想政治理论课却普遍受到大学生的冷落。反思当前高校德育现状,过分强调观念性德育目标,忽视德育目标主体的嬗变和德育目标的层次性。并淡化了事实上的道德伦理行为是造成高校德育教学效果欠佳的主要原因。因此,高校德育目标应从弘扬人的精神生活追求、尊重个人价值选择、建立德育主体的道德信念并发挥高校的社会批判功能等方面进行重构。
